I
found
this
place
using
Google
Maps
because
I
was
looking
for
the
closest
hotel
I
could
find
next
to
a
sports
event.
This
was
less
than
500
meters
away.
Perfect.
What
I
should
have
thought
was:
Why
didn't
this
hotel
show
up
in
my
trusted
hotel
websites?
ANSWER:
Because
it's
not
good
enough
for
the
trusted
websites.
We
got
a
Deluxe
Double
Room
(P3800
a
night)
with
a
double
bed.
When
we
got
there,
the
bathroom
stank
of
disinfectant,
and
the
floor
was
slippery
with
the
liquid.
The
toilet
bidet
leaked.
THERE
WAS
LEFT-OVER
SOAP
FROM
THE
LAST
GUEST.
The
shower
handles
were
all
corroded.
The
sink's
faucet
was
loose.
There
was
only
one
set
of
electrical
outlets
in
the
room,
which
should
be
illegal,
with
all
of
today's
gadgets.
When
we
arrived,
I
requested
for
a
massage,
thinking
these
would
be
quickly
booked
on
a
Saturday
night.
I
was
told
there
was
none
available,
not
because
they
were
booked
but
because
the
therapists
went
home
early.
I
complained
that
this
was
really
wrong
for
a
place
that
advertises
itself
as
a
spa,
until
the
manager
intervened
and
called
back
the
therapists,
one
of
whom
was
not
feeling
well.
They
should
have
let
her
stay
home.
When
I
was
delayed
for
10
minutes
getting
to
the
spa
and
said
I
wanted
a
2
hour
massage,
SHE
CALLED
THE
FRONT
DESK
TO
COMPLAIN
BECAUSE
THAT
WOULD
FORCE
HER
TO
LEAVE
AT
1230,
AND
THAT
THERE
WERE
SUPPOSED
TO
BE
2
CLIENTS,
NOT
JUST
ONE
CLIENT
ASKING
FOR
TWO
HOURS.
This
just
ruined
any
ambience
the
place
had.
TO
BE
FAIR:
The
staff
are
very
helpful
and
the
food
in
the
restaurant
is
pretty
good,
can
pass
for
home
cooking.
The
place
looks
nice
from
the
outside
but
the
rooms
and
amenities
are
deteriorating.
It
needs
better
management,
and
until
that
happens,
avoid
this
place.
There
are
so
many
similar
places
like
this
in
Tagaytay,
which
maintains
the
ambience
so
much
better,
