We booked here and we were expecting a decent place to rest as the internet that we booked (Agoda) presented the pictures and amenities. But it's really different, actually quite opposite from what the Agoda says about the hotel. The entrance enough was weird like it does not even look like a hotel. The staff said that it was a sleeping inn rather than a hotel. If that is the case, why don't they update their details in the Agoda or Google? Staff was very few although they were accomodating. We have a look of the rooms there and it was dirty, the toilet specifically and the faucet was not even working. The space around the room is claustrophobic. Overall, it does not look like a hotel. We have to book another hotel at that moment because we really can't stay at that place again.

Poorly maintained, the room we got has many dead insects. Couldn't sleep well because the bed has live ants too. They have a really nice view when you get to the top but overall, the whole place was very unattractive, needs major cleaning because it looks like an apocalypse happened in there.

The hotel is definitely budget friendly. We booked at this hotel since we're attending a wedding at a nearby place less than 5 mins drive from the hotel. At a quick glance upon our arrival, you can definitely tell the hotel have seen better days. When we arrived we instantly noticed that the hotel was poorly maintained. There were a few garbage around their parking area along the main road. Upon getting inside their gate, we noticed that the place is not just poorly maintained, but poorly cleaned as well. Their hotel corridors still have traces of muddy foot prints which gave us an idea that they barely clean the place. The room that we booked was a 1 bed room suite that can accommodate 5-6 people. The aircon was only present in the bedroom but not in the common area of the suite. The glass windows/panels (facing the main road) definitely haven't been cleaned for years - the other glass windows/panels have been somewhat cleaned, but still sort of dirty. The room was dusty, which we requested be cleaned before we move our things inside. Their supposed "jacuzzi" is on the 3rd floor, but take note that it's not a hot tub because the water is cold and they have no way of heating it. Also, the railings all over the hotel are crumbling and are very rusty. Not sure if this is the effect of the pandemic with it being closed for a while, but it's sad seeing a hotel looking like this. The TV in our room doesn't have a single channel in it, and the tv plus is not working either. The batteries in their aircon and tv remotes are all dead, so the remotes are basically useless. They don't provide the rooms with garbage bins, so I had to request for a garbage bag instead where we can put our rubbish. Also, they don't have a trash can anywhere, so when I took out the garbage, they just told me to put it outside their main hall and someone will just pick it up. The rooms are noisy. You can definitely hear the vehicles passing by on the main road. It can be a little too loud at times, that I had trouble sleeping. Their main hall has a karaoke, and it can be a little too loud when someone is singing. In all fairness, we felt like the staffs were doing their best to provide the best service they can give. However, we felt like they were not properly trained, and they are severely under staffed. It's worth noting that I thought their water heater and shower were very good. Also, internet is not a problem here. Both Smart and Globe can get 20-30Mbps speed anytime of the day. The view on the 3rd and 4th floors are also nice. Please take note that they don't serve breakfast or any kind of food as of the writting of this review. Grab food can be booked but the choices are extremely limited (only around 7 merchants) If you're on a budget or needs to attend an event nearby, as long as you're not sensitive to noise, then this hotel may be worth checking out.

Staff are so funny and accommodating. Recommending to book them directly coz it’s cheaper. No wifi in our room but it’s ok, very relaxing view and the place is quiet. Clean rooms, sheets and bathrooms. Didn’t had the chance to use the jacuzzi coz it was a rainy and very cold day. Will definitely book them again.

The room we booked was supposed to be 2 beds and they gave us 1. A very small claustrophobic room. Had to haggle since we booked a 2 bed room.l and they said it wasnt in their system but we booked thru the net. Anyways, they gave us a room w 2 beds. No hot water, and very poor lights.. as in 3w for the whole room. Tv not working as there was no black box. Ac was good. Im still happy as they are fur friendly and the garden beside was fab! You just need to ask permission from the farmer who lives there. The night was good and you can take pictures on the deck. Its just creepy at night though. So 3 stars from us. Room: 3 star Staff: 3.5 Ambiance: 2 Facility: 2.5 a night to stay. Pwede dito.

The place looks nice on the outside, some maintenance would be needed but ok. Staff unfriendly, we arrived earlier (12 instead of 2 pm) but couldn't get the room. We came back, room ready, no towels (after a long travel a shower was what we wanted), 3 attempts 1 towel richer no solution for number 2. Room super dirty, bathroom had black mold on the sink, mold on painting, party stuff floating in the dust on the ceiling. Bedsheets had traces of unknown origin. Alongside our room was the 'Jacuzzi', when the bubbles came the compressor made so many noises it overruled all. The smell was horrible and cigaret laying on the floor. The whole place needs to be maintained well and cleaned properly (put back some of the money you make with the hotel to maintain it well), the main ' ball room' is just a massive room with large round ' wedding ' tables. Nothing nice or so. Beside the above, the hotel is far from the center, hard to get a Jeepney or Tricycle to get up town. Lucky for us we found a nice restaurant (Mexican) across the street to eat dinner at night. We should stay 2 nights, but only made it one night and moved to the Domicillo Design Hotel.

It was noisy, we cannot sleep well. The room is quite dusty, intercom and remote control not functioning. No room upkeep. Our door was attempt to open twice. The attendant did not assist us to carry our baggage all the way to 4th floor. The staff was friendly though smiles aren't all. Entirely, the service is poor, too expensive for a budget hotel.

The worse hotel you could go, opposite on what they offer, very bad management, disrespectful staff, no commodities and a dirty place.

Staff says with WIFI but turned out No Wifi due to technical problem and said they will fix it but 24hrs passed, still no WIFI.. ON and OFF lights in the CR. TV has like 5 active channels only and not cable. But to add, the manager was great for He gave us some considerations when it comes to last minute changing of room. Thanks to the generosity of the Manager.

This place is AWESOME!! Stayed here with 20+ guests from my wedding and they were the best host ever! The chef of the hotel was superb and the staff were super friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are in a large group.

For those who are tight-budget but wanted to stay in a more decent place, I recommend this hotel. We stayed for an overnight because it is nearest hotel from the event we attended. We had early checked-in, and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The bathroom is clean, although the some parts of the place is not that clean because they were on general cleaning. They also have jacuzzi but you have to pay another fee if you want it warm. The rooftop is awesome! :)

I booked on this hotel since I will be attending a wedding on a nearby location. Upon arrival, it seems that they are doing some maintenance on their facilities. There is no person on the front desk where I could ask about my reservation. I was guided to my room and asked to wait for around 5 minutes outside. It seems that the room is not yet ready upon my arrival. Upon entering the room, Ughhh! a strong odor of room deodorizer welcomed me. Worst experience upon entering a room. The room itself also looks like an ordinary room where you can find elsewhere for a cheaper price. The only thing I appreciate is the air-conditioning. Kudos to the honest staff though since they manage to keep the other room of my girlfriend secured because of forgetting to close the door and leaving the key while on the wedding.
