My
recent
experience
at
the
Via
Appia
Hotel
was
extremely
disappointing.
From
the
moment
I
checked
in,
it
was
clear
that
this
was
not
going
to
be
a
pleasant
stay.
Upon
entering
my
room,
I
was
shocked
to
find
a
dirty
bathroom.
There
were
hairs
on
the
toilet,
and
a
foul
odor
that
lingered
throughout
the
entire
room.
It
was
evident
that
the
room
had
not
been
properly
cleaned
before
my
arrival,
which
is
completely
unacceptable
for
a
hotel
of
this
caliber.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
service
at
the
hotel
was
abysmal.
The
front
desk
staff
were
unhelpful,
showing
no
interest
in
addressing
my
concerns
or
rectifying
the
situation.
It
seemed
as
though
they
were
understaffed
and
overwhelmed,
resulting
in
a
severe
lack
of
attentiveness
towards
guests.
Furthermore,
I
was
shocked
to
discover
that
I
was
being
charged
for
a
lost
key
card.
This
was
despite
the
fact
that
the
front
desk
had
never
informed
me
that
I
would
be
responsible
for
paying
for
a
replacement.
It
felt
like
an
unnecessary
and
unfair
additional
charge,
especially
considering
the
numerous
other
issues
I
encountered
during
my
stay.
Overall,
my
experience
at
the
Via
Appia
Hotel
was
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare.
The
dirty
bathroom,
terrible
service,
understaffed
environment,
and
unexpected
charges
left
me
feeling
unsatisfied
and
frustrated.
I
would
strongly
advise
against
staying
at
this
hotel
if
you
value
cleanliness,
customer
service,
and
fairness.
