Days Hotel address in the map is not easy to locate, we got lost and finally... the room is so dark, so old, there are no other light inside the room. Incomplete inside room amenities. Inconsistent description in the hotel, no wifi, no telephone line, no signal, inside lock is not good enough to leave, medyo diskumpyado sa lock ng room, not a good hotel to stay in your working days out... but you will enjoy the view and the ambience of serenity and peace and calmness... A place to just relax from the hustle and bustle... Ang ganda sana ng room, pero kung naghahanap ka ng free coffee and hot water, this is not a place for you. This is a place for you to relax iyong walang internet just you and the nature lang. PS nagbook kami for New Year's Eve, ang lungkot, ang lungkot ng ilaw, ang lungkot ng room, ang lungkot ng hotel...

The hotel looks like it has seen better days. It is need of changing old carpets, wallpaper, paint, and furniture. Not up to the standard of an international hotel chain. Cannot comment on the service because the hotel was affected by the pandemic. At least the front desk was always available to respond to our requests. Also there was no wifi in the room. :(

This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a 3 star at best, and I'm being very kind. We had a reservation for 3 rooms. We also reserved the patio/garden area for our family reunion at 12 noon. We ordered everything in advance and asked them to have the food ready by 12 noon, we get there and the food is not there until 1pm. After lunch, we check in our room and I find no towels whatsoever. I call to ask for towels and they didn't send us anything until hours later. I also wanted to add that the carpets in the rooms are old and musty. The beds are ok, comfy enough but it doesn't save this hotel. Oh on the weekends they have acoustic bands playing really loud in the garden area where all the rooms face, so expect no sleep until 11pm when they stop the bands from playing. This will be the last time we stay here.

The hotel is great especially the view of the lake when you are in there balcony. The staff are awesome and hospitable I want to give this hotel a 5 star but i noticed some stuff inside the room are very old like the chairs, sofa, busted lampshade , exhaust fan is broken (comfort room) in the deluxe room

I tried to visit this place after 12 years. It was my wedding venue. There so much downsides but the people are well accommodating. They let us see the garden even though we don't check in. I hope they fix and relive the place because the view is still breathtaking like the first time.

My family took 2 rooms with 2 queen beds (we are 8 people in total) so ideally it would be 2 person per 1 queen bed which perfectly makes sense. Upon checking in the receptionist (Sally) told me that i need to pay additional 8,000pesos because they will only allow 2 people per room. Mind you we took the biggest rooms. When I asked her why, she cant even give me a direct answer. When my brother started to confront her she lowered down the price to 4,000, I questioned her again as to why I need to pay- she said she’ll just give me free breakfast for 1 day. We drove 4 hrs to reach there only to be catered by this kind of service. Disappointing.

Will not book in this Hotel Again! Ms Sally, the receptionist was impolite. The only Hotel I went on that the slippers had a fee if you avail one. And I guess the rice was already spoiled. Better not to stay on this hotel.

The hotel is dated. The phones on level D doesn't work. They have a sign that says you have to call a mobile number to call front desk. The elevator was slow. But their air con units in the rooms are nice and cold for it's small size and the staff are really friendly. And they are next door to restobars and Romana's tarts and buco pie. Plus there is a 7Eleven across the street. And the best part is the room rates are cheap.

Location is good but the place is really dated and needs some major updates. Hallway feels like a scene in a horror movie.

They don't have a bidet, a telephone that you can use and the AC is pretty weak. I commend those staffs! They are so polite and hospitable.

The hotel is quite old. The TV is old, not smart tv. The cable is non-existent. The pool is not clean and not heated. The rooms are old as well. They havent updated this place in decades. The only good thing about this place is the view and the nice workers.

Spacious twin sharing room with queen beds, but we were given a room with mechanical door key unlike the rest with electronic door keys, no bidet, busted balcony lights.

The place has vintage feel which is great.. Unlike all modern hotels nowadays.. Even though the place has been standing for a long time already it's still being maintained. The receptionist we talked to was very helpful and gave out excellent service..

A good hotel to stay when in Tagaytay. However, the hotel needs a new look. They have a good location, good views, but the rooms needs a little make over. Plus the staff needs to be more friendly.

Good venue for conference, training, seminar, and any other business related activities. Possible for birthday, wedding, baptismal venue. A little problem with the sound system.

Looking for a nice place to stay in over the weekend? Cozy place with an awesome view and live bands on Friday and Saturday nights. The grill/ restaurant is a nice idea on poolside at night. It's very welcoming and I just love the view from the balcony of this place.

The place needs refurbishment. It looks so old and delapidated. Compared to all the new hotels in tagaytay l will give it a 2 out of 10

Location is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Also near a mall so that's a plus. Service is nice, prompt and very polite. Rooms are spacious, unlike some same priced hotels that feels like you're in a shoebox. Has free bfast and food is.. meh. Maybe im just unlucky but i got stomach flu after.

Very friendly and polite staff particularly from the restaurant named Jerry. We enjoyed the spectacular view of Taal Lake and the landscape at the back site of the hotel. The room is spacious enough for the kids to play around. Maintenance of the pool should be given attention. Also, the front desk personnel should be given reorientation in answering issues and concerns.

The food doesn't have a taste. We were 4 who checked in a room but the towels, toothbrushes etc were good for 2 persons only. So i need to call the staff. Extra pillow is so pricy as I will compare to Manila Hotels that I've been. Its only the view that made me calm down.

It was a first time to experience this hotel in tagaytay and unfortunately we recieved poor service from the staff, the front desk officer are not welcoming. On the rooms, we expect it to be clean and good ambiance. I notice that upon opening our room, it smells stinky, it seems that the housekeeping staff did not clean it well. The Towels and kit are lacking, it seems they forgot to replace it so we even called and ask for the towels and bathroom kits. What we paid for the superior room cost is not worth it.

Lecrl E Rm 515 book through agoda was stinky and with poor to almost non functioning toilet bowl, very poor room wifi and cracked door panel.despite of requesting it from front desk to fix it it was still the same after we came back.fortunately when we followed it up and requested a room transfer they agreed and upgraded us from a standard to superior room which now has a refrigerator and no more stinky smell room at level B but still with no room wifi. Parking was ok , buffet breakfast is poor for a 4 star hotel.lastly the photos i posted is from the upgrade superior room which is more less acceptable but still sub par for a 4 star hotel as it look old and badly needs repair and upgrading of hotel itself. Also on the agoda App it claim to have a fitness gym but we ask the front desk including the house keeper and were told no more fitness gym so quite misleading info ng hotel sa agoda app
