Pretty good over all experience. Clean room with very good wifi connection. Fast and smooth check-in/ out procedure. Quality of service is excellent. Very secure with ample parking spaces. Quiet place which is ideal for those who wants privacy.

Booked for overnight for 1 Room for 2 adults and 3 kids with Free breakfast and drinking water. Delivered only 4 breakfast saying that the room is good only for 4. I asked for more dringking water and when checking out they want me to pay the additional water. No one help us to bring our things to the room and when checking out. Really a bad place to stay.

If you just want some ME time in Tagaytay and to enjoy the fresh air, this is a good place. Rooms are clean and cozy. It lacks a good view though, cause medyo tago yung place and hanggang 2nd floor lang. Good thing you can enjoy the pool and place is also quiet. About the food, they offer room service and dine in on their small restau only for breakfast (i think due to pandemic). But if you will bring or order food, you'll defenitely need to have your utensils too because they dont provide it, this I find a bit hassle. There is no complimentary water din, you need to buy. Grocerie's a bit far from the place so you so might want to visit it before u check in.

Nice place. Good location. Clean rooms. Hot shower was very nice. When I say good location, its ok if you have transport. Happy with the stay but would not stay again. Please don't be put off by my review as its a nice place.

Staff are very friendly. Mobile phone signal on its own is weak, need to connect to their WIFI. Room is clean with no ants or bugs. Recommended for those who want a decent bed and breakfast. They also have a swimming pool and contacts for massage therapist.

Had a great time with the family. Breakfast is pre-ordered, location is accessible and easy to locate. Pool is available but may get be too cold since the climate here can really be cold. Massage is available too. Recommending this for group or family. Kid friendly as well.

Great and peaceful place. The bed, pillows, and comforter are very comfortable. Walled compound, sufficient parking spaces, security guard, and with CCTVs. The staff are very accommodating. The swimming pool could be better if it was heated but good addition nonetheless. There's also a very relaxing free massage.

We attended an event and needed to stay the night. We found this place. It was not a big hotel so we did not have unreasonably high expectations. However, the rooms were ok and the bed and pillows are quite comfy. We had a really good night's sleep. In addition, it is a quiet area, which we like. The staff were courteous and the food was tasty. It is a family friendly establishment. Overall, we had a nice stay and would likely book again when in the area.

I do not like the policy in this hotel about the corkage fee. There is no complimentary early check in even though there are no other guests checked in. It is far from the town. You need to think twice before booking this hotel.

My go to hotel in Tagaytay whenever i want to relax and unwind. They have cozy rooms and reasonable rates. I highly recommended this place because cleanliness especially the bathrooms has been maintained throughout the years.

I stay here whenever I have business meetings in Tagaytay. They never let me down in terms of providing me with clean and neat rooms. Toiletries are provided. The towels smell clean and crisp as if fresh from the laundry room. Best of all, staff are so attentive to your needs.

The place is close enough to Manila,l. If you want some peace and quiet, or want to recharge, the place is great for that. I had been told that the hotel was fully booked, but I swear, I did not feel that at all. All guests were very respectful and considerate of others, and I think the place does not attract rowdy travelers. The staff are very accommodating and attentive, thank you to Faith and DJ! Room was clean, complete toiletries, strong wifi. The beds and pillows were very premium as well. This place is totally worth it. Will definitely come back.

it should be zero star! Worst hotel... if your travelling alone you cannot stay... they insist that it is the property announcement, very weird style to limit guest to enter this facility... All hotels maximum 2 adults whether 1 or 2 guest stay in the room and the others will be excess... strongly not recommend for all types of tourist travelling alone... AGODA is processing the refund thanks to them...

A bit separate from the city rush. No view of the volcano but quite enough to provide peace of mind. Parking is available within the compound. Food served is good. Polite and humble staff members. Clean rooms with complete amenities. Small and sweet place.

Weak wifi signal inside room 110. No service water provided. Published rate for the room is overrated. On the positive note staff are friendly, they have clean room. if you like a place secluded from the busy street this place is for you.

Nice layout, our room was facing a terrace. Clean room, clean sheets, cool and quiet AC, working hot shower, friendly and prompt service, and spacious and secure parking. I had the swimming pool for myself on a Sunday evening! Wish they had a hot pool or jacuzzi. My only complaint is that the toggle for the faucet and shower is broken. My parents also noticed that the towels are a bit old.

They won't accept 1 person to use the room as their policy however it is not stated in their policy in online booking site which they told me confidential. they never returner my money. hotel is old and rustic with a bad receptionist.
