La Bella Boutique, the only hotel I’ve stayed at where you have to PAY for new towels! Guests are basically renting items that should be complimentary in the first place. How ridiculous. Our stay was subpar at best. Staff were not at all welcoming. The water in the pool was so dirty you won’t be able to see your legs when you’re underwater. We swam on a Wednesday morning, I can’t even imagine how the water is on the weekends. We also asked for an extra pillow and had to pay P50 for it as well. Was thinking of asking for another dental kit but decided not to since we’ll probably have to pay for that too. Won’t recommend.

We stayed here inquiring for the best rooms but the room have mosquito the bed and comforter are wet the aircon is to low. We availed a room with balcony to enjoy fresh air but the room given to us have a broken door so we can't access the small balcony. It also claims that they have mountain view but there's none. Weak and unstable wifi signal, no netflix subscription, you need to pay for an extra pillow, they'll only provide you 2 pillows and they do not have a extra towel you need to pay extra. The room is too small for the price. The slippers is not available and should be requested. The rooms are also too thin, we could hear hammering and alarm noises during midnight which disturbed our sleep. There are restaurants around which are a bit pricey for the quantity of their serving but still the food taste great and we enjoyed it. Nonetheless, the cleanliness is commendable, high water pressure with no heater the water is so cold you to call the staff to use it but no one came. staffs are not approachable and hotel service are not good. Everything in this hotel is photogenic and what other call as "aesthetic". Some facilities are closed. Verdict: service are not great i would not like recommend this place: for the admin to maintain the facilities properly. There are broken doors and we can't maximize what we paid for. The rooms are too pricey for the quality if amenities you can avail for a 3 star hotel. I will not definitely come back here. Pls improve this place.

Location is too far from the main road better make sure you have your own transportation so that you get in and out of the hotel to move around tagaytay. Also, the service is very poor. We stayed there with 6 guests and when we requested additional keycards they told us they cannot give us additional ones. We also ruquested additional toiletries like soap and shampoo but they only gave is one tiny soap. Tinnier than the budget soap you can buy from a sari-sari store. We requested also additional cutlery like a spoon so we can make coffee inside the room and they gave us only one that we had to use the coffee sachets to stir the coffee in the mug. In additon their pool is not heated. Imagine, in Tagagaytay's weather and the pool is not heated. You'll get sick just dipping in freezing cold water. Checking out is also not smooth. We already checked out in the reception and were already at the guard house only to find out that we need to get additonal "clearance" from reception before we can get out of the place. We had to go back again to the reception to get it considering that the guard house is located far from the reception area. All in all the experience is bad. It is like the staff is undermanned and that they do not know what they are doing.

Definitely not coming back here. The room is so tiny. We can literally bump into each other while fixing our luggage. The bathroom is very old and narrow, not to mention the rust on its door and all the yellow stains on the floor. VERY Unhygienic! Key cards are malfunctioning, same with the water heater (had to call maintenance several times). The pool is small so we haven't had the chance to use it, since the Hotel shares it with the residents (Plus its very cold!) This is the real example of expectation VS reality.

Overrated. The place is no longer well-maintained. The ads on social media are not exactly what you will experience when you go there. If you book in La Bella Residences, you are not allowed to go to the hotel, like even in the lobby to take pictures. The restaurants they show on social media are already closed, they only have Sweet Knot, Mendiola's and an Italian resto (I forgot the name). Bodhi is already closed. Menu on these restaurants are too expensive but the quality if food is not really worth the price. Service is also slow! The glass pool and the pool itself is too small, you won't have great pictures when the place is too crowded. The jacuzzi has a separate payment of like 1,000 for 2hours I believe. The rooms are small, wifi is not too strong. Nothing really special in this place.

As an American living in the Philippines, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by certain things anymore, but this hotel isn't really designed for foreigners. 1. Cable TV is local only. Not much choice to watch, even for my Filipina wife. 2. Bathroom is tiny and certainly not of a design I'd seen before. Shower and toilet are right next to each other, and I mean, inches from each other. 3. They only give you one pillow and if you ask for more you are charged 50 pesos. 4. (actually should be #1) This is 2023, not 2003, the WiFi was horrible! Slow, connections keep dropping, etc. There's absolutely no excuse for that in 2023. Because of #1, wanted to watch YouTube but streaming wasn't possible. 5. A severe lack of easy to get to power ports to plug in laptops, chargers for cell phones, etc. People not only surf the net these days but we all travel with our tech and need to plug them in. 6. We ate dinner in the restaurant off the lobby. We ordered appetizers and main courses. Both appetizers and my meal came at the same time. My wife got hers as I was finishing up mine. Big pet peeve of mine. Appetizers should be delivered first, and main courses should be delivered together! Given that we were the only couple in the restaurant, that shouldn't have been a problem. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and attentive. For example, the remote for the Aircon wasn't working when we got to our room. Someone replaced it fast. We did ask for another pillow for the 50 pesos, and that was delivered very quickly. My wife and I are traveling around Central Luzon as we decide on where to build our new home, so we are staying in a variety of places. I typically like these Boutique Hotels, but this one, I would pass on if I ever come back to Tagaytay.

I was booked for two nights accommodation. The first night, we had problems with the wifi, which was not attended to. Subsequently, we had to use our own IP to assist us with our internet access. On the second night, after coming back to the hotel, tired and in need of a bath, our access card to the room didn’t work and our room had not been serviced. To add to our disappointment, reception kept on making excuses that we did not have a make room card. Which must of been misplaced by housekeeping as there wasn’t never one in the first place. In short I cannot recommend this hotel as a 3 Star, as it lacks all the ratings of a 3 Star. I am disappointed about how the staff made excuses, rather than action solutions to the issues, presented to them.

Overall, I recommend this santorini-feel experience. It is a welcome respite from the bustke of the city. Check-in through prebooking by Agoda was a breeze. The interior design exudes with artistic expressions and influence with highlight on the native art of Ifugao. The elevator provided easy access to rooms although the keycard doesn't have access on the elevator to go up to the Roof Deck bar. The unit we booked was of two rooms with a lounging area with cable TV and dining table. Free bottled water greeted my family. The pantry has goblets and cuos and saucers. Bathrooms that are super clean have hot showers with free organic soaps, toohtbrushes and toothpastes. Their toilets have bidets, yehey! Towels smelled clean and fresh. The beds are fitted with memory foam that eased my back pain making it really comfy. The nice thick blanket and pillows smelled clean too! Lighting inside the room was warm. I brought my nylon guitar with me so plucking it added classy feel to the ambience haha. You can also order food by calling the celphone of the Italian Resto, Bella Ciao, for yummy Italian menu. Other restaurants, though a bit pricey, are also conveniently located on the ground floor (Organico) and outside the building across the clean street inside the compound of La Bella. In general, our stay during this Holy Week was relaxing. It helped us meditate because the place was quiet and serene. Bird sounds are what you hear in the early morning, calling for a nice walk and exercise. And finally, all staff were really courteous! Thank you La Bella Boutique Hotel!

+ the hotel lobby and outdoor look overall is nice - the pool is kinda small for all guests. We were just 5ppl and it felt crowded. only 1 lounge seating by the pool. + clean room and hallways + the room we booked is 1 bedroom and it's very spacious. - the furniture feels cheap. It's mostly made of metal just painted in white. It feels like outdoor furniture, it is not comfy and the smell of the room is like a strong chemical from cleaning products. + the staff is very polite. + peaceful area + quiet area no traffic / car sounds

I recently had the pleasure of staying here at La bella boutique hotel nestled in a serene pine forest, and I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. The Santorini-inspired architecture added a touch of Mediterranean elegance to the tranquil surroundings. The scent of pine in the air was refreshing, and the view of towering trees from my room was simply enchanting. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The interior decor seamlessly blended Santorini's iconic white and blue hues, creating a calming and sophisticated atmosphere. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and their recommendations for nearby coffee shops added an extra layer of convenience and delight to my mornings. Speaking of coffee shops, the ones surrounding the hotel were an absolute gem. Each offered a unique and cozy ambiance, perfect for enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee while soaking in the natural beauty that surrounded me. It was a delightful way to start my days and unwind in the evenings. Overall, my experience at this Santorini-inspired boutique hotel surrounded by pine trees and delightful coffee shops was nothing short of magical. If you're seeking a peaceful escape with a touch of Mediterranean charm, I wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

Place is quiet and peaceful, studio room is very comfortable and air-condition is very cold, but the receptionist is not friendly, i dont think they love their job.

I am not recommending this place. To any consolation there is a tight security in the area.I am still suffering from all the mosquito bites up until now and flies are everywhere. My honest opinion is that this used to be a great place but the totality of the experience is far worst than expected. The room smells bad and really small. The internet is not working and there is not much food option specially the breakfast. These are non negotiable points in hospitality but you completely missed out on that part.

A very nice and quiet place for relaxation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is not that large and can be a little bit crowded so better time yourself when there are only few people.

Great place to stay around Tagaytay area. It does not have any Taal Volcano view since it's on the other side of the road but I would say it has a good room, accommodating service and relaxing location. If you're coming from Sta. Rosa exit of Calax, it would be around 45 minutes to get there without any traffic along Tagaytay mainroad. Arriving at the place, there is a security check point where you need to provide your valid ID. I also discovered that they also have some those renting and owned units so I don't know the review there. (Maybe some time). For the hotel stay experience, it was beautiful. We arrived late but there's an available front desk for check in. There's also a lot of covered parking spaces. There were also elevators to take us in our rooms at 3F. Rooms have their own air conditioning units, TVs, heater at the washroom (Please revisit all equipment if working well esp for room 302) and some complimentary items. When we booked via Booking, we didn't get with the free breakfast, however it didn't hold us to have a good meal beside the hotel (less than 20 steps from the main door) to start the day. They have very limited choices but it was nice since it was a good deal. There's a swimming pool and forest facilities though I didn't try to swim and explore. Hoping I can be back for another good hotel experience. To add they have function rooms and outdoor space. Contact them to get the details.

Clean rooms but basic. CR might be a tad small for some. Staff very courteous. Secluded in the heart of Tagaytay. No view but the serenity of the place will more than compensate for that. Limited parking. Food options inside. I will go back here. 😀

Good: -Fast check-in check out process -Jacuzzi is recommended to try in the afternoon -Fast receptionist response -Cold aircon Bad: -Studio Room is a bit small for 2 people -Room is not maintained well -Slow wifi connection Worst: -The 2 rooms we booked smells like leaking sewage coming from the bathroom, no available rooms to be relocated. They just given us air purifiers. Did not help at all. -We booked a room with breakfast, and when we confirm with the receptionist that checked us in. She said there was no free breakfast. When we checked out, a different receptionist said that we have breakfast to claim in their restaurant. Book at your own risk.

Very nice, santorini-feels, very peaceful, quiet and a great find for a quick get-away! I'm so glad i found this place and thanks to the very accomodating staff who entertained my call at such short notice! 😄 i booked the day before our trip haha! Then we paid a fair amount, once again a value for money place! Inside the compound is a hotel, private residence, then there is also a restaurant and 2 cafes were open when we visited and so many IG worthy spots!!! May free brekky pa kami 😊 and can also swim at the pool.

Overall we had an 'ok' stay - the toilet in our room is always clogged, they've checked 2x already and said it's fixed but still in the middle of the night we found out that it's still clogged. Didn't bother to ask to change rooms since we only stayed 1 night. We do love that there are a couple of restaurants within the property so no need to go outside. As expected it's a little bit pricey and the quality is just ok as well.

I was excited to go here because of the cozy and Santorini-like ambiance of the place. However, my friends and I are very disappointed as to how they treated us during our stay. Their overall service is BAD. Except kuya who assisted us in the jacuzzi. FO people are not consistent with the info they give to guests. They’re also not answering calls and emails (BIG 👎🏻) The place itself is great, but the service needs improvements.

Great place to unwind, if you want a peaceful place to stay and rest this place is your good option. No crowd with clean and cozy surroundings. If you're planning to stay, Mall and convenient stores are quite bit far from the place. Although inplace resto open to serve food too. Have your own transportation is a plus.

I always love going here. The quietness and ambience makes you feel relaxed. I hope this place will stay as it is now, where you get to enjoy peace as you walk around the La Bella. *Don't forget to bring an insect repellent spray 😉

Visited during their pre-opening, the service is excellent especially the sales and marketing team who assisted me for my reservation and who made us feel at home and gave me free access on their jacuzzi! The portions of their a la carte breakfast meal is quite small. But in general, this place is worth a visit! Thank you Ms. Terry!
