A business hotel that's easy on the budget. It's not the best in the area but their service is on point. From the front desk receptionist to the restaurant staff and guards, everyone is attentive and very well trained. Upside: Clean rooms, nice lobby, outdoor pool open until from 8AM until 8PM by appointment, located right behind Fora Mall and very near Ayala Malls Serin. Downside: Rooms are smaller in size and the bathroom was designed where the toilet is behind the door. Not PWD nor plus size friendly. Instead of drapes they have blinds that don't overlap so you can see outside and could likely be seen from outside at night. These gaps in facilities were deal breakers. Do we recommend this place? Maybe for business trips and for those on a budget and would like to stay in a place with a pool, yes. Are we going back? Maybe not, there are better places with the same or slightly higher price point.

Quest Hotel is a simple hotel. My family and I got the one bedroom suite. We also saw a cockroach in our bathroom but the staff disenfected the bathroom right away. The pool was not heated and has an okay size. The rooms needs more furniture like seating areas and the bed was quite hard. Breakfast was plated and not a buffet, it had a maximized space with not too many seats but we were able to get a seat right away. Quest hotel is a 3 star hotel but my experience was great and the service was excellent. They don't have any wow factor but overall it's there to suit your needs and let you have a good night sleep.

The place is clean but the amenities are not that complete (no complementary toothbrush and toothpaste) compared to the price of a deluxe room. The space is not that big but they have swimming pool, and good breakfast. Parking is an open space. Staff are respectful but one of the tellers need to be familiar with the booking.

We availed the deluxe twin room. It has excellent quality of beds and pillows. Wifi signal is great! Very nice and clean bathroom as well. I love that the hotel has an access to the Fora Mall and it has a 7/11 nearby. If your room is located at 1st or 2nd floor facing the mall and pool, it can be noisy but tolerable. I just wished they have another set of curtais to block sunlight and minimize the noise outside. Will definitely go back!

The staff are really nice, they are very flexible and considers the needs of their clients. The food are great too. I love their breakfast. The location is so convenient since itโ€™s near the Fora Mall and Serin. The facility is so clean. Staff Christian is so accommodating and goes beyond what we expected. Weโ€™ll definitely comeback.

Very good value with spacious rooms and good service. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment and found the bathroom spacious, bed very comfortable and very nice to have the living room area. The cafe in reception serves great food and French pastries there is a small mall opposite at the rear of property which is convenient. Very minor comments would be that the water does not drain fast in shower and hair dryer didn't work - this didn't affect our stay.

The toilet is too cramped. The blinds don't cover the whole sliding doors. There's no buffet breakfast. Security is lax. Parking is disarray, guests couldn't be dropped off the lobby because cars are parked in the driveway & by the lobby itself. Aside from the front desk officer, everyone is courteous.

Worst experience, super disappointed, my booking remark is need a quiet room but this hotel is definitely not noise proof. The pool is beside our room, and the noises can be heard clearly. During vacation, I bet everyone wanted to sleep and wake up as late as you could, but the room next door, a kid started to cry from around 6am and cried for almost an hour!! After that, the pool started to gather people, and the noise was really disturbing. My room rate was 7000 per night and totally not worth, this is the worst hotel I ever had.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in Tagaytay to visit Mt. Taal and quickly tour the island. Traveling back and forth to Manila for this one tour was too much of a hassle as the bus ride each way was about a 4-hour drive (with traffic, transportation change, and walking). I chose this hotel near the bus stop back to Manila. The service was pleasant, and I could check in 30 minutes later to my room. The hotel is close to the Ayala Mall and many family-owned businesses and restaurants--easy access to many things within walking distance! The hotel has in-room massage services, and I used that service a few hours after checking in! The masseuse was a lovely day, and I thoroughly enjoyed the massages! If you ever use this hotel during your stay in Tagaytay, I highly recommend using their in-room therapy services. The breakfast was great, too. I enjoyed my breakfast place and pastries before checking out. You can save more money to go somewhere outside the hotel for breakfast. As for me, I liked the convenience, and it was quick access from my hotel room (lol). Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I liked this place.

Location: Very Good - the hotel is located just 5 min walk away from the rotunda behind Fora Mall. They are following the minimum health standard starting from check-in to check-out. Slippers are available upon request and no hygiene kit included in our room. But that is understandable since technically, it is not included in the description when I booked the room. I just thought that it is included automatically. My only complaint is that I cannot call anyone when I tried to request for slippers. So I have to go down to the receptionist and personally request for slippers. But overall, it is still a very good stay. The staff are very kind and will greet you everytime.

We enjoyed the comfy beds while chit-chatting, eating and watching movies through their smart TV (of course, use screen sharing). There are various food choices in their menu and I must say, the food is delicious and served in real French-style cuisine. They have lots of wine and cocktails too! The breakfast is served in complete set yet, you can choose to upgrade your meal or drinks. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is just behind the 2 main malls in Tagaytay so you can explore whenever you want โค๏ธ

The in room dining that we wanted did not meet our satisfaction. In terms of time given, because according to the food and beverage manager, they can only serve in room dining until 7 am. It's not good news for late risers like me. For the room, it was good , comfy bed , the lighting was OK, TV options passed the satisfaction of the kids. There's a little problem at the bathroom because when the exhaust fan is open, it sucks in the drainage foul smell. The drainage at the shower is a little clogged, too.

Stayed alone for two nights in this gorgeous hotel. For the price you're paying for, this is probably one of the better options in Tagaytay. Excellent location, located behind a mall and plenty of transportation options around the area. The staff were all very polite and were very prompt with my requests. The rooms were spotless and had all the basic necessities. The aircon was strong, although with the Tagaytay weather, you might opt to have it at its lowest settings. The food is expensive but pretty nice. Overall, I had a very wonderful stay and will be staying again in the future.

Relatively new looking hotel in the area. Just behind the Fora Mall which have a few restaurants, shops and supermarket inside. The rooms are really nice, clean and cosy. Thereโ€™s plenty of parking around the hotel compound. Staff were really friendly throughout our stay. Tried the in room massage therapy and it was really good.

My first impression of the rooms was how big and modern they were. They were also very nice and the beds were so comfortable. The check-in was a bit slower than most other places (there were a lot of things we needed to show and fill out) but they were very kind and helpful.

Dirty rooms, not well maintained. A lot of dirt and you can sense it Cable TV not working Outside noise from the street can loudly be heard from inside the room. The toilet lay out is not well though of Hot shower took 15 minutes to work. The only thing okay about this hotel are their staffs. But the good service should be in all aspect.

Very poor customer service! Special rooms doesnโ€™t even have basic stuff. I checked in with little less towels knowing that the staff at front desk acknowledged 4 guest. Breakfast service is very poor too at sitting guest and waiting, itโ€™s like the breakfast crew that serves food there have no experience and very unprofessional at their job. I wish no families or guest have to experience this hell like situations and I do not recommend this lodging with families and kids! I am very disappointed and not worth your money even if you paid for the most expensive room like I did.

Reasonable rates at a prime location. Room space is adequate (except for the bathroom). Cleanliness can still be improved. Black out curtains MUST be improved. Cannot totally black out the room. (A no-no for those sleepers who cant withstand even a dim light). Staffs are one of the friendliest bunch we encountered. (Even the guards! Kudos!) (Except for the one masungit staff under baker j, maybe its not her day, i guess) They are quick to address any of our concerns. Parking i guess is adequate also. Glad that it has good clearance, we had experience windy days there. PS. Croissant at baker j is a must try. ๐Ÿ™‚

ROOM - The lighting in the bathroom is too dim; it needs to be brighter. - The room is quite spacious considering the price and would be a good option for a family. LOCATION The hotel's location is convenient with a nearby mall for meals. SERVICE - The reception service needs improvement as it takes up to 2 hours to get a room, and I had to make three follow-ups for my key card and room.

We started off our 2 nights at Quest Hotel from March 1 to March 3 because we wanted to check it first hand if it's worth staying. When you arrive at the hotel, there will be two open parking spaces, I could easily say that you won't have a problem with parking. There's also a basement parking. However, it can only accommodate about 10 cars at least and it's first come first serve basis. Not a deal breaker if you ask me. The hotel is directly behind Fora Mall and 5-10 mins walk to Ayala Serin. 15-20 mins walk to Bag of Beans Athena using the overpass. The location's very convenient and quiet as only few cars passes by in front of the hotel. No problems with check-in, they'll ask for the IDs for those who will be staying and a fee that'll be refunded after checkout (they accept credit cards for this and will be automatically refunded to your card after 7+ business days if I remember correctly). The room we availed for was the Deluxe King room and personally requested it to be on the upper floors to enjoy the cool breeze and view. It did not disappoint. You enter the room and the room was cleaned thoroughly. The bed was so soft with the comforter and added linen. The pillows were perfect for us as well. The distance of the TV from the bed is great but don't get your hopes up regarding the channels as it was quite limited. We had our laptop with us and connected it to the TV to watch Netflix/Disney+ instead. The bathroom would be a bit small for some but the shower area is very spacious ( Plenty of space for two [smirk] ) . Small, but very clean. The internet did not disappoint, it was consistent and at around 80-100+ Mbps with low latency. It was very convenient especially we still had virtual meetings during the day and didn't encounter any problems. If you're bringing a pocket Wi-Fi just in case, we used Smart at the time and the signal was great! Next, the food. Big portions. they have a snack bar during the weekend and it will not disappoint you. The price is cheaper than what you'd expect and they are delicious. The same goes with their menu for breakfast and lunch. We tried almost every coffee and juice that they have, and didn't find one that we didn't like. The staff are interactive. I've chatted with some of them and it was nice. They'd greet you every time. I also saw how they clean the rooms and they were very thorough. So rest assured that the rooms are clean and they would disinfect the elevators every 4 hours I think. But some staffs disinfects them every chance they get. We liked it to the point that we stayed for another 2 nights and our review did not change. on our last day, we checked out and was about to home but got stuck in traffic. We decided to extend another night and booked without a problem. We totaled to staying for 5 nights. It was a very memorable stay. Looking forward to more stays in the future. Quest Hotel... Baka naman... Charot! Congratulations as well to the bride and hope she had a wonderful wedding that day. (forgot when)

Nice location. Cozy rooms. Sadly cramped toilet. They should consider changing the door into sliding instead of swinging. One has to maneuver himself to use the toilet. For someone with a large frame it will require stepping into the shower first before being able to access the toilet bowl. That also would mean risking being trapped in between the walls. Did I mention that one has to be ready for check in at 3 pm and a check out at 11 am. One of the few hotels that I have ever experienced such. Anyway to each his own. The pastries in the hotel cafe as well as the coffee is commendable. They however should consider coming up with weather proofing the back door. With strong wind and rain the swinging door could not just hold it. The view from my corner room was amazing. That was a very good consolation to the cramped restroom. I spent hours feeling the cold tagaytay breeze while having my night tea. I still would want to visit the place because of its affordability and its strategic location. The food in the function needs improvement. Say for instance service vegetable tempura without the dip. When we asked for the dip, peanut garlic sauce intended for fresh lumpia was offered. Callos without chorizo de Bilbao, curry that lacks the needed curry powder etc.

Location is very accessible, near malls, restaurants, parks and churches. Fast check-in and check-out process, staff are attentive. Love the bed, very comfy and the room was spacious. Cons: Cramped toilet area and you can hear the noise outside the hotel (even vehicles passing by)

Honestly, wasnโ€™t expecting much considering the price of the room that we booked. Itโ€™s cheap and OK. Itโ€™s just that the hotel is not well-kept. Dirty hallways, 1 elevator is under maintenance, and staff needs to undergo training in my opinion. The waitstaff at Baker Jโ€™s were gossiping about other guests infront of us during bfast (who were obviously a guest too). And the other day, the skinny tall guy with eyeglasses who seems to be a manager at Baker J blatantly shows annoyance and stress while guests are present. I used to work in hotels and F&B industry and this is unacceptable. No staff etiquette at all. Coffee and pastries are 5/5. Whoever from your management replies in my review, just ensure to actually execute improvement on your service and not just reply just because. Comfy bed, fast internet, but moldy rooms. Tight space for the toilet, with small tiny insects in the bathroom.

    - Walking distance to Fora Mall. 3 min only. - Good transport hub - The whole hotel is very clean. - Excellent customer service all around especially the receptionists and cafe staff. They smile a lot and proactively help guests. - The breakfast might not have a lot of choices, but the quality and portion is superb. No complaint from me at all. The ambience is so relaxing. - Great parking with underground carpark, it's useful when raining. One minor thing: the toilet might be a little too small. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay with my family, and will surely revisit this hotel.

My name is Mary. We spent two weeks at the Quest Hotel with my family. My husband, daughter, and I shared the same room. I had my mother and brother in separate rooms. I booked two rooms at Agoda agency, one for me, my husband, and my daughter. One more room is available for my brother and mother. When they found out we were from the US We were charged an extra ten thousand pesos for an extra bed we didn't ask for, and I still have to pay for it. I haven't heard of that before, even though I've traveled throughout Canada. I have traveled to Germany. This has never happened to me before, even though I've traveled to different parts of Asia before. It's not always true that they want American money, but it has happened to me and it happens often. Additionally, there are times when towels and washcloths are not provided or forgotten. Anyway, after that happened, I never wanted to come back to the Quest Hotel ever again. We stayed at a different hotel, the Taal Lake Vista Hotel, and it was fantastic.

worst experience on dining. you will need to wait in vain until the waiters will notice you. they will acknowledge you by nodding when you call their attention but they will not attend to you. 4 or 5 times of calling their attention and still no one attended. you have to go to near them and ask. ๐Ÿ‘Ž on a positive note: security gurards and the pool guy are friendly and helpful.

Generally our stay is okay but not great. Good ambiance from parking to lobby to our hotel room. Clean facilities. Room it too tight and cr is too cramped. Aircon facing the glass window, air hitting the the roll up blinds causing unnecessary noise that affected our sleep. Also, there is a gap between the two roll up blinds, someone from outside can peep into the room. Too much noise from the outside. One major concern is their feedback mechanism. We we requested for a basin for the use of our child on her bath time. Request happened at night and the other the next morning, yet no feedback given if its available or not. We made a follow up call for them to confirm if its available or not. So not recommending the hotel if you have infants checking in. Also, we did not feel the warmth hospitality and that needs to improve. Good point is our plated breakfast was converted into a buffet due to the hotel was fully booked. The food served was good. And staff in the restaurant is accommodating.

This is a new hotel which is behind Ayala Malls Serin and a small strip mall (Fora) very near the Tagaytay rotunda. Facilities are clean and neat, rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you're looking for a relatively cheap place to stay in Tagaytay and are ok with not having a view of Taal Lake, then this is a good option. Will definitely be back here in the future!

Nice new hotel. Room is basic. We got adjoining rooms.so its a good facilty. Aircon was very cold, super love!!! Drinking Water is not free after your first 2 small bottles. Breakfast is ala carte as of this time. If you stat here better bring some extra pillow as only 1 pillow is provided. Bed was very comfy. Running water is very strong. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

Service workers and staff really sweet and helpful. I recommend the hotel mostly because of them. Hotel old, rusty and need complete upgrade soon. Pool area good and comfy. One thing though...there is NOT a moment of silence on this hotel. Roosters going crazy, dogs barking constantly and lot of traffic noise. Fix is easy. Three layer glass and windows who are completely tight.

The Quest Hotel in Tagaytay is conveniently located to many local attractions. The staff are especially helpful and professional. My partner and I had many questions and requests on a daily basis and every single time they were very happy to help. The room was modern, clean and especially well laid out. The restaurant staff deserve equal acclaim. I will be back there in six months and believe we will receive the same excellent service. Great work guys. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was in a good location. Close to malls, markets, transport, the town centre. We also found some great views close by. The place was well staffed and people were the extra mile types. Very courteous and respectful. We always return that hospitality. Thanks for having us there for our stay. We found the pool was a nice treat in the afternoon. I hope to return again.

Ok experience Stayed here for 3 days, food options are limited and the mall in the vicinity has limited restaurants as well. Checking in was a breeze, the room is small and ok, cleanliness not up to my par. Bed on its own was very good, comfortable. The sheets though felt dirty. My only letdown. The pool was nice but preferably temperature regulated as the weather in the area is generally cooler. Staffs are nice.

This hotel exceeded my expectation for its price. Room was clean, complete with essential amenities. The bed was very comfortable I really slept well during our stay. I hope they can improve some of their breakfast offerings. I ordered their Beef Tapa and it was great. My companion ordered the Chicken Adobo Flakes but didn't taste like adobo. I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for no-fuss hotel. It's minimalist and smells nice.

I booked (deluxe) for 2 persons last february but when we get there the room was set only for 1 so we had to request for extra slippers, etc. And also I did not expect a "safety fee" (1.5k) fortunately I had cash, though refundable upon checkout. The hotel has convenient location. The room was clean, though the bathroom was small. It was ok overall.

I chose this place to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary of my wife. As we stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, I would say, we had a great time. Cleanliness - 5/5 they regularly sanitized the common area. Room - 4.5 though I only booked deluxe, its good but there is no cabinet to put your stuff. And the design of the room is simple. Service: 5/5 it was evitable the smiles thru their eyes. Receptionist are very helpful and professio al. Kudos to all the staff! Food: N/A unfortunately, their resto was closed due to renovation. Value for money:4.5/5 Maybe the one that I will not recommend is their massage service. It is quite pricey. We've waited for 25 minutes, our schedule is 10 pm but the therapist arrived at 10:25 pm. I will rate their massage as 2/5. We availed sweddish massage good for 60 mins but lasted only for 35 minutes. Nagmamadali yung dalawang therapist. So, my recommendation is to try other spa. Nonetheless, thank you, Quest Hotel!

This is really value for money. The room is adequate size and the beds are nice. The bathroom is a bit small but has adequate amenities like hair blower, hot shower, and toiletries. They also have water dispenser along the hallways. The location is also good as it is near Tagaytay Rotunda coming from Aguinaldo Highway. Has good access to Fora and Ayala Mall Serin. I only hope that the pool is heated so we can enjoy it better. I also appreciate how the staff is attentive to our needs. We didn't avail breakfast because it was an additional 500 pesos per head. There are better breakfast options nearby.
