I had a bad experience upon check out! I paid the full amount of 20,000 online to Booking.com for 2 nights and 3 days (December 24-26, 2021). I have received an email confirming that my payment was successful. However, upon check out, they asked us to pay another 20,000, insisting that our payment did not reflect or appear on their system. When my wife and I were talking to the receptionist, I got fuming mad and questioned why my payment did not reflect on their system. This kind of fact causes inconvenience and suffering towards their guests. Further, because of this deception, we waited for over an hour which is clearly a hassle for us because of the traffic when we go home to Manila. Long story short: they would have insisted for us to pay 20,000, were it not for our sudden anger towads their abysmal and deceptive service upon check out. We will never stay at the OYO 642 The Junction Hotel again. Sad experience.

We stayed at The Junction last September 2020. The rooms are big enough to accommodate us. The rooms smell really good! Thumbs up to their quality beddings and towels as well. The remote controls for TVs and ACs were sanitized and even wrapped in resealable plastic to ensure safety of the guests. The foods in Bells & Whistles taste really good also. This place is highly recommended. :)

A surprise find. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Very clean rooms with quality bed linen and towels. Roomy showers, excellent cable TV selections. Jepney stop in front. Free shuttle service within Tagaytay. Low cost shuttle service beyond. As you can surmise, I was pleased.

The rooms are clean and nice. The first room we got had a faulty aircon and it wasn't getting cold but they just upgraded us to a bigger room without hassle. It was a nice move. We love this place so far and would recommend it to friends.

One of the best bars in Tagaytay City with live band every night. ♡ Everyone is very nice especially Sir Ronald. We are actually regulars because of the whole experience. The food is good and presented very well and their variety of drinks is also delightful.

The rooms were big and clean. Manager and staff were accommodating. Security wise not as very good because they have open hallways and you can hear traffic noises along Mahogany Drive from the room. Try the restaurant below the hotel, Bells and Whistles. Their food is awesome. I recommend their Bulalo ,Bulalugaw w braised beef and Champorado. They are Comfort food experts in Tagaytay. Limited parking.

The family suite is wide and spacious. The beds are comfortable and good quality. The staff are friendly and there is a bar which features live band at night. The food is good to and you should try the pancit. There is also a parking for vans which is perfect for family and group of friends. The floor of our room is a bit dusty though which may not be a good deal but it made my foot dirty :) although I think it's normal since it is near the road and the place is cold due to moisture. I'm surely going to visit this hotel again.

The Bells & Whistles is a nice place for friends to dine. It provides a variety of Filipino cuisine. It also entertains its customers with a live band.

Had an overnight stay there during rainy season. It could get too noisy inside the rooms when there is a heavy downpour

I don't know the other food,. But I don't like the pancit canton, and the overload pizza. But I like the four cheese
