It was a surprisingly pleasant experience to stay here at a very reasonable price. The location is good especially if you wanted to go to different places during the day. It's just that the rooms with a view are right in front of the main road. You can hear the cars and trucks pass by as you sleep. Kung malalim ka matulog, ok lang. They have comfortable beds and pillows. The design of the place itself is really not bad. The rooms are quite generous with larger hallways than usual. I love that there's no carpets in the room. Minimal to no sound proofing nga lang. On weekdays, they have complimentary plated meals (good serving size) and selected menu on buffet (lugaw and pan de sal) with free flowing coffee and tea. On Saturday morning, they offer buffet breakfast. You'll find a few standard filipino breakfast staples (dilis, bangus, tapa, scrambled egg), pancake, and candied banana fritters. The food quality compensates for the lack of variety. Bang for buck! I'd stay there agian. Thank you to the kind staff who attended to us very well.

The room we booked had a large balcony with free wine and chess. The bath in the toilet was clean and the view from the window was beautiful. Hotel very clean,staff very accommodating，food is delicious the cheese cake impressive.Will stay again

Spend a weekend here and so far it met my expectations. The staff are accommodating and check-in was smooth. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is complete with amenities such as locker, electric kettle, etc. Rooms have a great view of Taal Volcano. You can hang out in their lobby and even played the grand piano as long as you want. They have an open air lounge and view deck on the top of the hotel. Breakfast has good servings but they should check their Daing na Bangus as my wife has an allergy attack after eating, fortunately they were able to provide antihistamine meds. Though with this incident, will still stay here again in the future.

A tidy hotel. The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast menu was very impressive. One thing that surprised me, was the fact that there were no complementary items in the room. The view of the Taal volcano from the room was impressive. But it was incredible from the viewing platform.

We like their room, very spacious. Staff are also courteous. Though, it took sometime before they gave out swimming pool towels. Need to follow it up pa, tapos na mag swimming mga kids wala pa un towel. Breakfast buffet is also good. I love the beef tapa and my kids like the pancake and pandesal. They have alfresco area in the 5th floor where you can make tambay at night and a view deck for your ig story pictorial😊

Location is awesome as it is accessible to food hubs, malls, convenience stores, etc. Overall experience is A1. We were hoping to catch the best view of the sunrise and Taal but access door to rooftop is closed.

Still emerging from the pandemic, good food, limited gym, awkward check in/check out procedures. Rooms were immaculate and service outstanding. Would happily stay again.

They have some of the most attentive, friendliest, most proactive staff I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Above and beyond, these people should win some kind of award for hospitality. The rooms are okay but has ZERO SOUNDPROOFING. The sleep was SO BAD and ill never stay here again unless the sound proofing is updated. Cars, vans, trikes, ambulance, laughing people - they go on aaaaaaalllllllllll night and there is ABSOLUTELY NO SILENCE in this hotel. You might as well set up your bed on the street- it's THAT loud. Such a shame coz the service is impeccable and the breakfast is good. However, if your goal at staying at a hotel is having a good night's sleep and rest, you won't get that from this hotel's rooms.

It’s was amazing view of the Taal Lake 🌋,our overnight stay was become very more special night 🥰. The Deluxe King room was very spacious and clean and most of all Ate Vangie was very accommodating and positive vibes!🥂I can’t wait to stay again here 🔜🥰💕

Our Christmas became more special because of this place. I booked a room 3 weeks before Christmas and only their deluxe is available on December 25. Luckily the room is huge enough to accommodate 4 adults (family). The hotel is sparkling clean, always makes sure that things are sanitized. When it comes to their staff, gosh! I have nothing but GOOD WORDS!!! They're all so friendly and accommodating. The resto staff, receptionist, cleaning ladies, pianist, and kuya guard, they're all so friendly. We will soon come back. The price is so worth it. 🙏❤️

Had a chance to take a vacation in tagaytay and stayed in this beautiful European inspired hotel. Moreover, the rooms are big and spacious. I had a wonderful experience in Cafe Etoile loving the strong punch of their coffee matched with their Red Velvet slice cake so yummyyy!. Moreover, this Hotel is very accessible and has a good location near malls, church, convenience store. I would definitely go back and try their other food choices on their menu and check in once I go back to tagaytay again. Thank you for the accommodating staff. :)

I didn't stay here but I ate at the restaurant. The food was great, much more the ambiance. Crew were courteous and helpful, like they were afraid to disappoint us.

Very elegant and stylish with a European design. Western people will surely enjoy the view and accomodarion of the hotel. Food wise has a good selection. Not as big like 5 Star Hotel in Manila but the elegancy of the interior is really beautiful.
