    The location is perfect. It is near the Southwoods exit. It is also near the Vista mall. This hospital also has a large parking area. Unihealth Southwoods alao has great doctors. It is pricey though but overall, it is not a bad place to go for check ups or emergencies (make sure to bring your ng lots of cash).

    Very frustrating no professionalism and most of all no care at all to their patients. Nurses need to be trained again because they cannot provide simple information and mostly don’t know what they are doing they will just say they will come back to you but will not commit at all. Doctors should be the one you will rely on specially on your queries but they will ask nurses instead to do their job very incompetent people. Paying for doctors that have visited patient just to ask status of the patient and not even introducing themselves as doctor ending I did not know that I needed to pay a doctor fee for doctors just asking patient situation not even returning to you and will not even inform the client. Calling the attention to the Management this has been already raised way back 2 years ago and still their services from utilities, nurses and doctors are still the same. This is definitely not a Hospital that I will recommend. They will never attend to your needs or even care.

    My father was admitted last year for covid. While we were able to bring him home after several agonizing weeks, there's little to be desired about the services from this hospital. While there, he developed a bed sore ultimately because their care services was completely lacking "care". Google "bed sore stage 4" for images, and see how infuriating it can be for any family. He had to extend weeks at the hospital and take further bedsore care after he was released. We complained about it, but to no avail, at the end the message was that they're not accountable. They failed their Hippocratic oath ("first do no harm") . I gave 1 star coz their billing is always on time.

    Doctors and nurses are excellent. It's a pity I can't say the same for the hospital administration, which appears to have taken a Masters class in dissembling. When we returned to the Philippines to give birth at this hospital, they told me that they couldn't accommodate my culture that advocates it is hiya if the husband is not there at the birth of his child. When I offered a compromise, they did not respond *until the day before the birth*, forced our doctor to tell us rather than telling me directly - and then straight-up lied and stated that they had already told me this. But they told me I was welcome to pursue a different hospital if that was unacceptable. As I was out with my eldest son at the time, and it was the day before, there was no time at all to get another hospital and put my wife through that - but they knew that. So now I get a lifetime of hiya knowing that I wasn't there for the birth of my son. Shame on you, Southwoods. When you stand before God one day, remember this moment. Because He will.

    The nursing staff and doctors are rude and do not care about patients. My elderly father-in-law sat in a wheelchair for several hours with virtually no assistance. After several hours ant arguments they tried to make up lies and hold him for COVID testing, ONLY to try and extort money and separate him from the family so nobody can argue. This facility needs government intervention and an investigation into their practices. They neglected an elderly patient in the middle of the night and treated the family as if they were db, resulting in much lost time and more worries. Something needs to be done. Avoid this hospital if you can somehow manage.

    We have been in this hospital at around 11am for our doctors’ appointment. We have HMO membership. Initial approval of HMO took about 30-45 minutes. Then for the procedures done, we were asked by our doctor to being the request for approval again. We went down around 1:30 PM, and guess what? We are still waiting waiting for the approval. As of this time, it’s already 5:29 PM. Worst, the HMO department seems to have lost the ENT request form we sent them. Doctors are great but they have the worst system, and zero customer service. The people from the HMO department even have some attitude. They have to understand that these people are in pain that’s why they are in the hospital. No empathy at all. Will not be recommending this hospital at all! If you want, you need to block your whole entire day for it, which is the worst!

    If there’s less than this rating I would happily give. I called for an ambulance for my 72yr old aunt who passed out and hit her head and lives with her 73yr old husband who’s been using a walker for many years due to stroke. I very well explained to them their living situation and I was like a ping pong ball being passed to four persons. This is obviously an emergency when calling an ambulance is the last option. The fourth person I talked to said they need approval from their supervisor for this matter 😂 please Dont try calling this hospital for any emergency.

    My OB required some labs to be done. I checked their prices it's almost triple than any other hospital labs. They priced the entire pre natal package for 4,300++, so I backed out. Good thing I did, coz I only spend 1,890 at Global Medical Canlubang for the entire package. Unihealth is a dollar standard hospital.

    P700 for medical certificate/fit to work? Come on! Seriously!? It's almost considered as robbing your patients! And to think that the doctor nor her secretary didn't even issue an official receipt. I hope that the management will really look into this matter. It's understandable that the doctors are being paid for their professional fee, but I really don't understand why you need to charge additional for med. certs. separately - ranging from 200-300 pesos is reasonable but 700 is just really too much.

    This is our go to hospital because of the location. Doctors were mostly good however, they really need to improve the department approving HMOs. This is the only hospital I encountered that you would need to allot at least an hour's time just to get an approval. Total waste of time. Other hospitals don't take that long to approve HMO.

    I had my RTPCR in this hospital in Jan 02, 2023 and until now I have not received the result. I provided my email address several times in their supposed laboratory number, but no response. And now, I called the hospital, was transferred to Laboratory dept and 5 minutes into the call nobody picked up the phone. Is there laboratory dept very busy? Service is awful!

    Unsafe parking spaces and even gave me a return of fake money if P200 in exchange of my P1k for the P50 parking space on the road and not a real parking space, please check and investigate

    Hi! I'm trying to conduct a medical examination for my employee, but the staff at this hospital are so sarcastic and rude, especially those assigned in the laboratory and the three staff members assigned in HMO. Of course, I'm just trying to ask them for assistance, but it seems like they are unwilling to help. I will definitely avoid this hospital.

    First time I encounter a hospital that sell 10 pesos ballpen if you don't have a pen with you. Doctor's assistant dont know what they do. Just let you fill up a new form even if you have a record already and you have told them that you already have and you just need to follow up for results. So disappointed.

    I waited 2 hrs just to get a schedule for 2d echo & that's bec it's their anniv and all of their staffs were busy attending their "party", another 2 hrs to secure approval slip for my HMO, this hospital is good in wasting their patient's time!

    Nurse’s has no sense of urgency on patient needs. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Facilities were TOO OLD TO USE. Coming here is such a waste of MONEY.

    A lot of protocols before you enter like a triage form and registering your visit in their system or you’ll not be accommodated. We usually go here for the laboratory, radiology, and check-ups and the service is good. To lessen exposure, you may opt to ask diagnosis departments for patient results to be sent via email or Viber.

    no clear answers given from staff nurse and from the doctors I needed to go back for fit to work certificate where in the first placed I already I asked for it the day I was discharged but they don't even bother. make sure when you go to this hospital lalo na sa ER dapat may 6 digits kayong ready.

    Definitely agree on OPD aspect of the hospital. The person answering calls on this department do not have the right knowledge in answering certain inquiries. They should act on it and provide good customer/patient service since they are already receiving bad reviews concerning the staff of different departments of the hospital.

    Well-managed hospital.. Staffs are friendly and attentive. with pay-parking available on-site. Flow of hospital transactions are from slow to average depending from time to time. Covid-19/health protocols are strictly observe.

    If i can grade half star I will, this hospital need an upgrade with their system, with staff and their process. Laboratory staffs are so incompetent, they passed me around just to check my vein, they extract in left then right arm and then back to left arm. They keep saying i have complicated veins. 😩 they act confident but for real they are so incompetent.And not just 1 but 3 staff who extracted. I am like dude is this serious. I do have complicated veins but this is the 1st time that 3 person extracted my blood. Just dont go here unless its emergency. This is worse hospital.

    I was admitted for 3days. Facilities were too old to use, rooms has insect, - cockroach, mosquitoes and spider, hospital process in admission and patient discharge was too slow! Employees and nurse has No sense of urgency on patient needs! No resident doctors for everyday checking of patient! Doctors for OPD were always late on their schedules! You will wait for 2 to 4hours to be able for you to check up! HMO approval you will wait for 2 to 3 hrs! Everything has a price on this hospital! Advise, if you want a long life do not go on this hospital, your health will only get worst!

    The room is equipped with cctv and they will not tell you. That's horrendous. Invasion of privacy. Before realizing we have cctv in the room I already changed clothes and breastfeed my son the whole time. It's working or not they should have told us that they will give us a room with cctv. I complained but the response I got is sorry nalang Po.

    Worst hospital, my son was admitted here for 3 days, nurses and doctors have no urgency and unprofessional. Old rooms and facilities. Admission and discharge process is very slow. Please dont go here, you will be very disappointed.

    THIS HOSPITAL IS HELL ON EARTH!! WORST HOSPITAL EVER! My husband was rushed to the emergency room, and the nurse that accomodate him don't even know how to get blood. When the nurse inserted the injection to get blood from my husband, the blood burst out all over his clothes and hospital bed. My husband got agitated as well because the medical staff there just roaming around and do not even accomodate us!! Had to wait for hours to get accommodated! And we are having an emergency! Medical staffs are not well trained and unprofessional. I plead to the nurse to accomodate my husband and just snob me! Definitely worth the sue because they are doing illegal services here.

    WORST HOSPITAL. Worst service, very slow. no maintenance. rooms are disgusting. security personnel, laboratory personnel, cashiers are arrogant. if you're dying, might want to consider going to other hospital than here.
