I am writing this review not only to share my family's devastating experience but also to shed light on the severe issues of negligence and medical malpractice that have taken root within Las Piñas Medical Center. My father, George Carpentero, fell victim to a series of incomprehensible errors during his confinement, and it is my duty to ensure that his suffering does not go in vain. This review serves as an urgent call for accountability, justice, and systemic change within the walls of this institution. The harrowing events that unfolded during my father's stay have unveiled a shocking lack of ethical responsibility, professionalism, and basic human decency. It is not just a matter of isolated incidents; it is a reflection of a deeply flawed system that prioritizes profit over patient well-being. The egregious instances of negligence, incompetent medical practices, and complete disregard for patient safety have left an indelible mark on our family. From the inadequate care in the ICU that led to severe rashes on my father's private area, to the shocking mishandling of urgent medical needs, it is evident that the medical staff at Las Piñas Medical Center is failing in its duty to uphold even the most basic medical standards. What is even more distressing is the persistent lack of accountability demonstrated by the hospital. Rather than addressing these issues head-on and taking immediate corrective measures, the hospital has repeatedly shown a callous disregard for patient concerns and well-founded complaints. My intention in sharing this review is twofold. Firstly, it is a desperate plea for justice for my late father. His suffering, deterioration during confinement and even after discharge were not inevitable but were the direct result of a system that failed him in every conceivable way. Secondly, and perhaps even more importantly, it is a plea to prevent further victims of malpractice and negligence within Las Piñas Medical Center. By shedding light on these atrocities, I aim to prevent others from enduring the same pain, anguish, and profound loss that my family has suffered. I implore everyone reading this to take heed of the lessons embedded within this excruciating experience. Demand accountability, transparency, and ethical medical practices from the institutions that are entrusted with our lives. This review is not simply a recounting of past events; it is a call to action. Let us unite in our demand for change, for a complete overhaul of the practices and protocols within Las Piñas Medical Center. Let us ensure that no more lives are needlessly to suffer, no more families are subjected to the heartbreak that we have endured. It is only through collective action that we can bring about the systemic change necessary to prevent further victims of medical malpractice. In conclusion, this review serves as an urgent call for accountability, justice, and change within Las Piñas Medical Center. Let my father's suffering be the catalyst for transformation within this institution, so that no more lives are lost to the same preventable mistakes. Let us stand together and demand the change that is long overdue KUNG GUSTO NYO BUHAY ANG PATIENT NYO, RECONSIDER BRINGING THEM TO THIS HOSPITAL

The telephone operators are not reliable. It is very seldom that you can get through and be able to talk to somebody. I think nobody is fixed in manning the phone to attend to callers. I hope the hospital looks into this esp. that it involves in saving lives. On the other hand, there are good resident doctors here so we need not go elsewhere for consultations and medical concerns.

The industrial help desk employee of the hospital seems incompetent and inconsistent. He was listening to music and was ignoring us, even though we took a number and were sitting on the waiting chairs. I usually would understand if the room was packed, but it wasn't. I would alsos understand if he was busy, but the only thing he was busy was singing along the music and not entertaining the customers in front of hin. We initially went to the hospital and we wanted to check if the laboratories that were conducted was within the coverage of our health insurance. We went a week before said laboratory and the help desk on industrial did not informed nor gave notice that we weren't within coverage but rather asked us to come in the day before the laboratory. Trust and building rapport is one of the fundamentals of a business and the hospital, and I trusted the said employee with the implications that we were covered. We went the day before, and NOW the help desk notified us that we didn't need to come as we weren't covered. Instead of saving us time, instead of properly doing his job in determining the coverage of our insurance, we were at appalled at the news. We are upset at the employee. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone with health insurance. Need a more thorough employee.

Updated as of July 21,2022 Gave one more star, two stars now. Their doctors offices have improved 💯! It’s air conditioned but still chairs are the old uncomfortable seats but it’s fine. Not a lot of people The HMO receiving area is near the cafeteria, they have tons of seats . They move slow so it might take a while. There’s a PNB ATM inside that works. Picture is the doctors office on the 3rd floor. Went on a Friday morning 8:30am No pls don't. If you want to be healthy, get treated, pls don't go here. Now it's GCQ, they only have OPD. Triage area is outside, very little shade. I needed to give my urine sample, they asked me to pee in a makeshift not even fully covered tarp area. If you want the whole world to see you pee, go ahead. Just go to another hospital please

Unless you have money, you're in no rush, go here. With urgent medical issues, go somewhere else. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Most of the doctors are rude and unprofessional. I notice a lot of them lack modern knowledge about medicine. They couldn't help me at the ER so I had to transfer to other bigger hospital. The facilities looks outdated and the ambiance looks and feels like a morgue. One time we had to brought in our neighbour due to a heart attack. Sadly he passed away since they are unable to revive him. I wouldn't wanna go back here other than a real emergency.

II had various horror stories of this hospital is the past but when something bad happened to a family member and we brought them there. I can say that because of their fast thinking and real concern he was saved. They took care of my kin from the ER to ICU and did a great job. My kin was operated by Dr Collasido and he did a great job. Thank you to this hospital that he was saved.

When you call their number it would tell you to dial an extension or 0 for operator assistance, when you dial 0 it would tell you it is an invalid extension!!

my father was rushed to this hospital due to mild stroke last Dec 5, 2021 and some complications. when he got admitted in to his room, no doctor is attending to his needs. only nurses doing rounds. I am not sure if they are short staffed or something. cause every time we ask for a doctor nurse are telling us no doctor is in duty now. last doctor that attended to my fathers need was 29 hours ago.

My father's experience at Las Piñas Medical Center exposed alarming malpractices that demand immediate attention. Our trust was shattered by lapses in communication and patient care. This is a call for accountability and change. Patients' lives are at stake. It's time for action. #PatientSafety #Accountability #HealthcareConcern

Went for an OBGyn check up, we went early, told us to comeback 2 hours later, went there and then told us again to come back 3 hours later, we did and still told us to wait for another 2 hours. We wasted so much time just for a check up. They don't know what time their doctors come in, nor follow what was said to their customers. I would rather that they tell us frankly that the doctor is not with the premises, rather than giving us hope to wait said amount of time and fail to live within those expectations. Highly disappointed of this hospital. Be sure to clear your whole day if you want to get checked. Their doctors don't come in time.

This is just to share our dismay to the hospital. My nephew had his newborn screening blood sample taken after 24hours of his birth. However, after 1 week the NICU nurse called informing us that the blood sample was contaminated, though annoyed, we complied with their request to take the blood sample. Then after a month we thought we can get the result, we again received a call from their NICU staff saying the second sample collected was again contaminated. To our disappointment, I think it is not fair on our part to be treated like this. We need a through explanation from their side and would like to request the DOH to inspect the said hospital because of their poor service. We are very disappointed with their negligence.
