She's very unprofessional and rude. I highly suggest her to undergo training. With this line of work or business, she should be professional communicating with patients. It's her job to assist and educate them what to do (pass the paper given by the guard, fill out the form, and patiently wait for their names to be called). People waiting in line were also complaining about it. When I politely asked for a receipt, she declined and I was told that's it and dismissed the conversation and dodged me. I feel sorry for the next patients who will be encountering with this woman. Please be patient and dont stoop down on her bad behavior. Hopefully management will somehow take a look at this matter. I feel sorry for the Philippines for having this kind of system and hiring employees like her.

Please remind your security personnel to answer questions politely. We are being humble in delivering our queries yet it is your front personnel who are not accomodating. This is not to deprive their job. We also consider their work shifts by the time we arrived. But in a matter of life and death, please, remind them of courtesy and politeness. Thank you.

Service Experience: 2/5 - HMO patients were set aside during check-up, with cash paying patients prioritized regardless of patient time arrival. May I call the attention of the Hospital Director Leo Bustamante..Why your doctor was unprofessional- Dra.Amoranto a pediatrician schedule sat 4-6pm, it was worst experience understandable that most of the time they came late for the said time schedule, Were patiently waiting and notice that though we’re supposed to be next..she called the next patient after us, neglected my daughter’s name.She didn’t bother and ignore the fact that we were there waiting so long, and said your next after them when I approach her why were not being called instead the last 2 patient that arrived was finish before us, I have a baby left at home..came to the hospital before her schedule and that’s what happen..I choose BDH for pediatrician expertise but my experience today was not good..never again..
