They deserve 1 star. The girl at entrance looks arrogant. She calls the patients with the come here hand gesture. She is like no mouth, speechless. Disrespectful. Secondly when we asked for the dermatologist, we were told the doctor will come pass 1pm, even tho I confirmed her schedule was 11 to 1pm. Because she attended a meeting. So we just hoped she will come around 1pm, not like 2 or 3 pm. I will update this to tell if she will come or not That is really big problem in private hospital, especially within Cavite. No doctors come on time or are available on the scheduled day. They are always late or don't appear at all. No discipline at all.

I went to check up here badly that I need medication immediately. The doctor is scheduled 2pm to 5pm. I went here early. I stayed here 4pm but still no doctor?! But the receptionist said doctor is ready on the way since 2pm. F***. Fully dissapointment. Please dont go here if you need immediate attention.

Worst clinic ever! While my ECG was being taken and my shirt was off, another staff just blatantly entered the room just for a chat with the staff that was doing my ECG. The pulmonologist was also extremely rude and doesn't really listen to patients. Hope she loses her license as I was suffering for days and all she could say was I should lose some weight.

Many staff specially the one in Physical examination are rude. You will also hear side comments from staff just like when I lost my ballpen and had to get a new one. For those staff who are nice, thank you. For those who are rude, please learn about proper customer service.

Very very poor service, yeah it has been renovated but the process and procedure is taking forever, i pity those elderly sick people who needs immediate attention but the hell they care, they should remove the word "care" on their clinic, cuz my experience here was sooooo bad.. so disappointed!

1 star because of how your rude doctor treat me and my wife. Kudos to all the staff who treated us well, i will get your service again but with a different doctor.

Went here several times for APE, PEME and for my girlfriend's checkup. It was always a terrible experience. Regardless weather you book an appointment online or not. We had no choice since this is one of those clinics accredited by HMO. I'd rather pay another clinic for a better experience to be honest. Huge waste of your time just waiting to be called. I spent more than 3 hours just doing pre employment med exam here. There's no signal for globe inside the clinic. Parking outside is very limited mostly reserved for doctors who show up late anyway. They improved the look of the clinic but the service is still a big waste of time. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a choice. If you do go here for APE, bring your stool instead of going back or skipping it. Bring something to drink and download a movie because you're going to be here for a while.

Certain employees specifically in the reception unit and drug testing section should undergo lessons in Courtesy and Respect 101. They should know better that they are dealing with paying patients/clients in need of medical services.

You need to be patient when schedule for an appointment. HMO approval takes a long while

You will spend a whole day of waiting just to be examined.

If you will use your HMO, you need to wait for 4+ hours just to be approved. After that, you need to comeback tomorrow for the actual laboratory.

Not recommended. My daughter was asked to do cbc twice to monitor her platelete after waiting for a very long time for her second cbc they told us that her pedia is unreachable. They even asked if I'm still willing to wait or go to a different clinic / hospital for further consultation. I got frustrated so I decided to get to a different hospital.

this clinic only cared about money they wont check you unless you paid first and the doctor uses google for my check up bad for those who paid for the service.

there is a lab tech here who did the best blood extraction from me thus far. never left a hematoma at all.
