🌸 Food - ordered their Paborito Set and added a few dishes. Loved their Bulalo, meat is tender. Baked mussels and Laing con Lechon is good. Baked mussels is okay. Grilled Tuna belly is surprisingly good. I highly recommend getting their Turon de Leslie. 🌸 Service/Staff - there was no wait when we went here. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. They were able to attend to our requests on a timely manner. They offered soup when we arrived and while waiting for pur order. 🌸 Place - Great view of 🗻 Taal, but it was rainy at that time. Great ambiance and interior feels like home. Health protocol is observed. Place is well maintained. They have comfort rooms available. They also have space allotted for pasalubongs. 🌸 Parking area - plenty of space for parking 🅿️ 🐾 PET FRIENDLY restaurant 🐶 😺 Highly recommend 👍👍👍

This restaurant has great tasting food, the servings are ample, the decor provides a very calm atmosphere, the cliffside location provides a fantastic view of the Taal Lake, Taal Volcano and the surrounding areas. Dinner here the previous night was the reason for returning for breakfast. I strongly recommend that everyone experiences the food at Leslie's Restraunts. I will make this my Go-to-place whilst in Tagatay.

Went to Tagaytay for a short family break. We went to Leslie's for lunch. There were around 20 of us. We had to queue for about half an hour to get our table. There's a waiting/reception area for customers to stay at until tables are available. While waiting we already checked the menu so we could order food as soon as we were seated. The restaurant has a breath-taking view of Taal Volcano. So guests do not mind waiting since they are busy enjoying the view and taking their photos. We ordered restaurant's set menu which included fried tawilis (fresh water sardines found only in Taal Lake), beef bulalo. chicken barbecue, etc. Taste was good. We were not disappointed Service was good. Staff were very attentive and accomodating. Ample parking space although it would still be difficult especially during holidays and weekends. Prices are quite touristy though.

Honestly speaking, I paid for the view and not for the food that I ate. I was not satisfied with the services they provided. There were staff around passing our table but when we needed some assistance they will just look at us and continue to walk away. We need to approach them personally to ask for help and assistance. We needed to follow up our orders because it really took time. The food was average. Nothing special for my own perspective. Their bulalo didn’t taste as good as I expected. It was overrated. And again, as I always says, bring your own water. Their 1 liter bottled water costs 78php. Upon payment, we also have to look for them to pay our bill. Service is very poor. If you’ll ask me if Ill come back? Definitely not. *do not bring your child or senior member of you family. They will not allow them to enter.

Food was okay, it can fill your stomach, but it's not the best. Reasonably priced. The service was really bad though, had to follow up 4 times for my companion's can of soft drink. The one of the bathroom was also out of order

Leslie's: A very disappointing experience. Warning: A long review ahead We arrived on a sunny afternoon from a very long motorcycle ride (150km). There was plenty of parking space and we didn't have to wait in a queue as they also have their own parking for motorcycles. The table queue was empty but we waited for about 4 minutes before being seated by their staff. I asked about their menu as I noticed that the food that they are serving are much more expensive than their competitors. They told us that the platter is good for 2 to 3 persons. So we ordered just two viands, sizzling sisig (490) and Kare-kare (599). We also ordered a mango shake that was served almost immediately. It took around 30 minutes and two follow ups for our order to be served. When I saw our orders, I was really surprised and got disappointed afterwards because the food they served doesn't look it can feed 2 to 3 persons. It's either the staff lied to us or their menu is just very expensive. Their Kare-kare was not worth 599 pesos, it was served cold, the beef skin had lots of cow hairs, and did not really look like it could feed 2 to 3 persons. Their rice was also expensive for 89 pesos each. THE ONE SERVED TO US HAD A STRAND OF HAIR! At that point, I really lost my appetite to eat. If only I'm not really tired, I would have left and paid for everything we ordered without eating anything. The sisig we ordered was bland. That's it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice. It seems like they poured all their budget to the development of their restaurant and not on the taste of their food. Also, the change provided to us was 300 pesos short. We had to get the attention of their manager and it took around 10 minutes to get resolved. This was a very disappointing experience for a place that serves expensive food. You only pay for the good atmosphere of the place. Not worth repeating. 1/10

Thumbs up for the fast service and good food. One of few restaurants that accepts card payment. We went here when the temperature is very cold that it feels like we were in Baguio.

Our go to restaurant when we are in Tagaytay and for Bulalo cravings. First time to visit today (14-Aug-2022) after pandemic lockdown. Food was good especially their Beef Kare-Kare. Our food took more than 40 minutes to be served and was all served at the same time. To our disappointment, all fried dishes were not crispy anymore and that the egg on top of Pork Sisig was still raw even after mixing it because the sizzling plate is not hot enough anymore to cook it. Staff were busy but still attentive. The ceiling of the restaurant need some renovation. It has a nice view of Taal volcano but would still prefer their old viewing deck where there is no roof that obstruct the view.

Staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The food choices are plenty, including seafood, veggies and soups. Their servings are large and good for sharing. However, food is bland in general. Also, the dessert is too sweet and has a dry chiffon base.

A great view while eating Tagaytay's specialty bulalo. Windy cold air Service crew are approachable Their food are mostly good for 4 persons so their pricing are quite high. Even its pricey, the ambiance makes up for it. Highly recommended.

Restaurant with incredible view just in front of the taal volcano I have been there more than 5 times the food is really good just the rate is becoming higher and higher the bulalo is 900 plus already almost 2 times of the rate when I went there 2018 and plus u need to wait for 1 hour that’s the thing that really gonna deduct

I was close to giving this place a 4 but it’s reputation and the views got to me so I bumped it up to a 5 star. Everything is well run and maintained (although didn’t check out the bathrooms) food is good and comes pretty quick, and staff is helpful. The views are what really make this place special though. I recommend the Liempo, but was a little disappointed in the Kare-Kare. Overall pretty good.

The view, even with a much needed window cleaning, is very impressive. The Taal lake is essentially a giant caldera containing a richly stocked lake where our fried Tawilis were harvested. Within this, there's an island surrounding a smaller lake inside a smaller caldera. From Leslie's, that's all I could clearly see, but it is a wonderful setting for the meal we enjoyed. Our wait staff was serving us in more ways than with just the great food. One of them happily snapped really great group pics on our multiple phones; another helped older members of the party down and then back up the steep steps that lead to the best views of the Taal volcano and the surrounding lake. It's a family place that's perfect for visitors from far and near and I happily give it the maximum five stars, only wishing I could borrow a couple extra. Leslie's!

This classic Filipino restaurant in Tagaytay offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Taal Volcano. The food was great and my absolute favorite was bulalo and the boneless, marinated bangus. The service was totally topnotch highlighting the renowned Filipino hospitality and warm smile. Visiting Tagaytay without dropping by Leslie's should be considered a crime.

Their bulalo is great, as well as the sizzling tuna. View is amazing. We were able to enjoy the view while waiting for our food to be prepared, which honestly is not too long. 5% service charge is included in the bill. Glad we were able to chance upon this restaurant as it houses a lot of people and still have ample amount of space between each table.

A great place for groups to have a meal. Went there for dinner so the Taal lake view is not that visible anymore. However, the weather in Tagaytay makes up for it. The food was good. They also have a wide variety of options to chose from. We had their Bulalo Special, Kare-kare, and Bicol Express. The taste was fine. Price is just a little pricey from what I expected. Service was good considering the number of customers during our stay in the restaurant.

Great view, great food and plenty of parking space. Open dining areas, it gets quite cold windy. Served us bulalo soup while waiting for our meals. Food is a bit pricey but reasonable! Large serving and taste really good. ☺️

Their menu is best for groups of 4. They got big servings given their prices is not cheap. Their bulalo tastes just ok but not that great. Im still unable to rank it as one of the best tasting in my list.

Quick weekend getaway. This is one of my go to restaurants in Tagaytay. Covid19 protocols are observed. Good food at a reasonable price. Very accommodating and nice staff. Enjoyed the cold weather, fresh air and the amazing view of Taal lake and volcano as always.

This is for me Home of one of the best tasting bulalo restos in Tagaytay. And one of the nicest view deck to see the taal lake. It's jam-packed when we visited one Sunday to celebrate our friends 50th birthday. We decorated our cottage with balloons. They have set menus. We had pancit, karekare, chopsuey, tawilis, buco pandan I think. Price is just right for what we ordered. You had to come earlier maybe around 11, it gets crowded by noon time.

One of my family's favorite restaurant in Tagaytay. Their dishes taste good. Their service is nice. You will also get the view of Taal from either of their branches. This is one of our go-to places for bulalo, as well.

The view of Taal Volcano was beautiful and the aesthetics of the resto made us took as mamy photos as we could while we waited to be seated and while waiting for our food. Really enjoyed their bulalo and kare kare. The only downside is that the food was a bit warm to the touch. It wasn't hot per say, but like the food was left to cool a bit before being served to our group. Granted we were a big group of 11 adults and 2 kids.

We visited Leslie’s in Tagaytay just to try their famous bulalo dish. We were already full from our earlier buffet, so we only ordered the bulalo without rice. The staff were friendly and attentive even though we only ordered one dish. The soup was a bit salty, but we found that squeezing calamansi into it made it taste better. We ordered the bulalo special large, which the staff said was good for 4-5 people. When it arrived, it was very big and we couldn't finish it all. We were happy with the value for our money and would definitely go back to try more items on the menu.

Pros: -Service from the resto staff is great. There were 13 of us on a weekday at lunchtime and we got seated immediately. The serving time used to be slow. Last year, a serving of turon took about 40 minites but recently, they did improve. The meal set we ordered for lunch got served after 20 minutes of waiting time. -We enjoyed the food. Would recommend the Paborito set for Php 4,200.00. The Meal set that has Bulalo, Tawilis, Lechon Kawali, Pancit con Lechon, Laing con Hipon, Steamed rice and turon. - Great ambiance. From the interiors with plants and wooden furnitures, the amazing view if Taal Lake and its volcanoes, the huts and terrace dining areas - this place makes the dining experience enjoyable. Their comfort rooms are neat and well-kept too. -Spacious parking area. -Accessible location and they have a pasalubong center too. Cons: - Their individual food servings are pricey. Eating in groups here is preferred. -No diaper changing stations in their comfort rooms. -They have options for vegetarians and pescetarians but very limited ones for strictly vegan diets.

Went here for the bulalo. Unfortunately, no medium size available so we had the large one. We ended up taking home the remaining food. 😃 Its soooo cold, no view of Taal at night tho. Staffs were great. Pets are allowed.

30DEC19 Highly recommended! We end up spending 7k for a motherload food. We ate: 1. Special Bulalo 2. Lechon Kawali 3. Fried Chicken (Taste like Max) 4. Sugba platter (Grilled Chicken, Squid, Liempo, Prawn & bagoong) 5. Sizzling Sisig 6. Crispy Kangkong with bagnet All of the above exceeded our expectations, damn good!

Food ok, prices moderate but it smells like there is a toilet nearby!!😞 Stuff keeps on telling that the smell is caused by the Taal Volcano/Lakes Sulphur dioxide emissions but why other Restaurants just near Leslie's facing Taal too are free of such a 'thing'?

Nice restaurant with a big menu - food was good and service was fast even though the restaurant was completely packed with queues of people waiting to be seated. Their specials were all quite tasty and the outdoor area has plenty of seating too, as well as nice views of the lake.

We spent a very good lunch here plus the overlooking view of Taal lake and Taal Vulcano even its wet and rainy, the view was so amazing🤩😱. Food - a lot to choose from the menu. Since majority of us doesnt eat red meat. Forgive me bulalo☹️ not today not even tomorrow. We managed to order our food that suit for our diet (for oldies😁) and kids ate the meat. My food verdict, they have one good chef in the kitchen. Food not too oily, not salty and sinigang fish was perfect for me. Surely i will recommend this place!

This restaurant in Tagaytay is a well-established and beloved spot that's perfect for a family meal. The portions are generous - my boyfriend and I ordered the bulalo and crispy pata and couldn't finish it all! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The cherry on top is the stunning view, which is easily the best in Tagaytay. Even though the restaurant has been around for a while, it still maintains its high standards, making it a must-visit dining destination.

We love their very beautiful Taal Lake view while dining... They have a wide parking. The food prices were a bit high but considering the place, service, ambiance and food quality, it was actually understandably expensive. The experience was superb and we would love to go back at Leslie's... We had special bulalo (900+), tawilis, liempo, seafood chopsuey and plain rice platter good for five pax where the bill is less than 2,800.

A place where you will have a good view of the taal Volcano. It looks so near. The place is big enough to accommodate lots of customers. We also didn't have a problem parking our vehicles although it was raining. Bring an extra jacket if you easily get cold person because one jacket is not enough. The food is good. I love the fish fillet, the chapsuy, shrimp sinigang, fruit shake, sisig, everything that was served on our table. It was all tasty.

We arrived at 1:50 pm and there were a lot of people/queues. The receptionist told us to wait for about 30-35 minutes for a table of 2, and it was already 45 minutes but still no table slot for us. When we got a table and were able to order our food, it took another time for us to wait but our food was so cold. I ordered sizzling beef tapa but it wasn't sizzling and so cold, I was so disappointed because it is so expensive for 650 pesos and you can see the amount of beef tapa in the photo. We spent P1,700plus in this place for 2 viands, 2 rice and 1 calamansi drink and 1 avocado milkshake that the ice cream was already melted when they served it. Not such a great experience.

Filipino Ambience and food. Waiter was attentive and helpful even if he needs to go back and forth with the utensils and water. It’s only unfortunate that the Nipa Hut was not available to use. It would have been a unique experience for foreign tourist to enjoy while dining. Food taste was average but the servings of Bulalo was generous.

Their food is great, specially the bulalo. The price is quite pricey but definitely worth it. The waiting for the food is quite long for around 30 Minutes. They are practicing health protocol by handwashing first before entering and social distancing. If you want the taal view for dining in, you need to come early for that. Note: - They accept all major Credit Cards but not Debit Card. - They use StaySafe App for their Contact Tracing. - They are charging 10% Service fee (a top of 10% of Total foods you ordered).

Always our favorite visit in Tagaytay. The restaurant terrace offers a great view of Taal lake, and the food is something to reckon with as well. Our favorite (aside from the Bulalo) is the crispy pata, which even with their smaller portion is still enough to feed an entire family. Overall great value for money, and the view will make your stay worthwhile.

Aside from the ambience of the place, the view of the Taal lake is very nice especially in the morning. Their staffs are very nice and hospitable. They really cater the customer's needs. Visited, 24th of April for a quick fix of Bulalo. Though the ambiance remained the same, the price of Bulalo did shoot-up, probably with the rest of the items too. But, not much of a concern as the serving and the service are both big and gracious. However, for this instance I can certainly tell something was off with the usual taste- it was salty. Salty enough that every time you sip the soup, it would be automatic for you to say 'ang alat'. Anyway, all is well. Still good enough for a Sunday night bulalo in Tagaytay, before you start your manic Monday.

Food taste is good, could make the bulalo meat a little more tender though. I'm surprised that the tawilis (small fish found in the Philippines) is big, it could've been more crunchy if it did.
