Some items were substandard. When you about to get out, you have to present your receipt as if you didnt pay foe the items you bought from the store when all the items were packed by their staff. Big malls like SM, RDS, even Shopwise, they don't do as such.

Combine tiangge style with regular merchants & restaurant...the good thing about this place is Cady corner to my hometown palengke where I go to my homemade ube, tikoy, lecheplan that I don't find where I live now...

The shopping mall itself offers great variants of different items from school supplies, tools, clothes, appliances, plasticware, toys, and etc. It is affordable for everyone .
