This commercial area is a nice massive project and I hope the businesses here will be lively and colorful again after the pandemic... stores are slowly opening again. This is a mecca of outlets and there are great finds here.

Such a good place for shopping and it is so big. It is separated by 4 places. Be sure to check the map for your easy reference. Still many vacant space for shops. So much greenery. Also very pleasing to the eyes.

Honestly. I prefer this place vs Nuvali. It has more stores, more food options, more parking and just a very relaxing feel to it. Not super crowded. I had fun kahit sobrang daming lakad na involved.

It's a good place. It has almost all stores you could think of starting from eating places, western union, pharmacies, clothing shops etc. I enjoy this place late in the night because its cooler then than During day. Though it depends on your line of business that will determine the time you go there. Usually just go there for a chill with my gees go to macdonald and grab a bit something like that.

a lot of shops are open even in the midst of pandemic which is great but, having to walk from one building to another is a little bit of a hassle especially if you have a bad foot, has a condition and, pregnant especially when it's scorching hot.. but the experience is great since it's an outdoor mall you get to experience nature even if you're in the city

We had a long walk at the second level of the store. Then for an ice cream stop. Not so crowded as we stayed mostly in an outdoor setting.

Time has not been kind to this place. It needs an upgrade both on its facade and tenants. It used to be the go to place for outlet shoppers. It has become a shadow of its former self. There are still stores open and good food choices (Kanin Club, Murakame Udon, Racks, etc. Hopefully its management will update and improve the upkeep.

Great place to relax. It has a big open space with lots of shops for everyone, plus good restaurants to cap the day. We also chanced a band or a local group playing, which added to the relaxing ambience of the park.

The food was superb! The serving was more than enough for two. The staff are attentive and polite, and the vibe of the place will make you feel like you are dining in a high-class classic Filipino restaurant, which I'm pretty sure that it is. 5/5!

We eat on this restaurant for Ramen, it was beside wet market and we love the taste.

Super hot day. Sale at Nike outlet was not great. They were selling old stock with minimal discount. Park outlet had better options.

In line with my other post on location “paseo de santos rosa shopping mall” Open air walking around with food entertainment and even a go kart track but no go karts in sight. Sorry this is a bit negative of a post. Safety hazard…Watch your footing all around with trip hazards as unfinished flooring gaps and broken tiles. But I seem to experience this all over in travels in the Philippines. Ok so definitely NOT “OUTLET” pricing…for what outlet malls usually are. Very mahal/expensive! Went into a few stores such as Oakley, Marks & Spencer’s and Nike…then left unfortunately. Maybe 1-2 racks or tables with sale items. Not even outlet style pricing. Very high majority of items were original MSRP pricing at like 80-90% I’d say. Girlfriend witnessed a marked K9 security officer between American Eagle and Oakley with his K9 chocolate lab tied on a short leash to the staircase. So short that the dogs collar was not resting normal and had his neck kinked upwards looking most definitely uncomfortable for the K9. All while the Officer seemed to be playing games/texting and not paying attention to anything let along the wellness of his K9 partner in the extreme heat. Very unfortunate and have no intention to return here.

Great place to visit. Easy to navigate. Has a few benches and tables for when you want to have an outdoor picnic. Not sure if pet-friendly.

Run down and a little bit sad with so many closed businesses. However, still some nice stores and restaurants and quite nice stroll around.

Recommended to eat, shopping, and unwind here. Very refreshing and not so crowded (even during peak hours). Very convenient for shopping since most known brands can be found here.

This is a low rise open air type mall. It is known for having mostly outlet stores for known brands as well as discount stores. Aside from these, there are also a number of restaurants and cafes. There's a Mercury Drug here as well as a Santi's delicatessen. Parking is plentiful

Super like this Nike outlet! Even though, it took me so long to pay at the cashier because the pile is very long...pero worth it naman☺️ Grabe, meron pa silang buy 1 get 1 for only 4k👌

I liked how it didn't feel like a usual mall and there were numerous outlet shops to choose from. The only downside is that you have to walk a lot because it's so big.

  • 4/5 Sean B. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of options for shopping, good parking, and many outdoor areas for dining and enjoying the space.

Very nice park and mall. They provide alfresco dining and has QR code for those nearby resto that will deliver to your bench.

  • 4/5 Geraldine P. 2 years ago on Google
Cheap designer brands and attentive sales people. Up to 60% off on topsiders. I just hope they are not imitation.

  • 3/5 Oliver O. 2 years ago on Google
It's OK but not great. There's a wide variety of shops from clothes, shoes and accessories, to gaming, music, bookstore and pharmacy... and of course the many different restaurants to fulfill whatever you're craving for the day.

Good place to buy fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, some essential groceries. The road leading to the parking spaces needs to be fixed. The potholes are a challenge.

  • 2/5 T M. 2 years ago on Google
Place actually deserves a 5 star. I reduced to 2 star simply because there is no more free parking. Management must think that charging for parking will make up for the loss of foot traffic. Putting up more buildings beside the palengke despite the inability to fill-up vacant existing vacant retail/ restaurants slots.

Pleasant relatively cool low-rise relatively conservative building designs compatibly complimented by its Green Park and Garden Like outdoors premises ..Awesome brand stores...walking around dining and shopping surely enjoyable and stress-free... Looking forward to frequent this places soon as pandemic subsides...Cheers..!

Non-vaccinated shoppers can enter the stores, just as long as the health survey form at the entrance is filled out. Enjoy shopping (safely and COVID-free)!

Paseo outlets are great except that items are a bit pricey even if they have a sale, still pricey😂..maybe they should take into consideration also the middle class people? and not just the upper class..especially nowadays when a lot got affected financially due to the pandemic.

Good place to buy cheap but original products like shoes, clothing, sports equipment

Great place to go and stroll around. Hopefully more outlet stores will open up here soon.

I wish there were more shops but the brands we usually look for are still here (Pottery Barn, Payless, 158 Designer Blvd, The Outlet, Brand Smart, etc). Overall, the place looks quite forlorn and tired.

March 12, 2022 Although now relegated to the background since the opening of Solenad, made worse by the pandemic, this is still a great place for promenading. Restaurants are still operating and still offer good grub! For your grocery needs Shopwise and South Supermarket are both just across the street. 🙂

I had my delicious breakfast at Jollibee. Also went to buy medicine at Mercury drug. It was early in the morning so parking was easy.

Last minute shopping! Shopped til we dropped! We basically closed the location, we lost track of time because of shopping too much. Prices here are so GOOOOD.

  • 2/5 Dyan R. 1 year ago on Google
They've been losing shops and the place is no longer maintained. Not entirely outlet since there are stores and items that are not on sale. Acienda is still a better option for outlet shopping and they have more brands there.

Food options are many. From fast food, to traditional Pinoy food, to a pizza parlor and a Spanish barbecue place. You can even find a Japanese spot in Arcadia.
