Been here for 2 nights and here's what I have experienced: THE GOOD: Staff are friendly. They have wifi. Parking space are available on the front and in the back. Nice ambiance. They have a rooftop that serves good coffee and have a nice view of taal. They have a small tv and cable. THE BAD: Room is pretty small for its price. No cabinets or anything to store your belongings. Anything you buy will be placed on the floor along with your other belongings and the room will feel more cramped. Avoid rooms #7 to #11. These rooms is directly below the dine area of the rooftop coffee shop. The guests tends to drag the chairs and tables around when dining in, and those chairs are made of heavy steel, and is very noisy when dragged across pavement. The left side neighbours are also quite noisy (of course this is not their fault). They have live bands that sings their lungs out until 12mn. Closing the windows and the curtains will help. If you sleep around 12mn, then this is no problem, but if you don't, then you will be forced to sleep at 12mn.

It was our first time here, the place had a very good location, just in front of the Ayala mall Serin, the room was very clean and orderly, the staff were very polite and accommodating. My honest opinion here, the bed was 2 steps from the door, the comfort room was 1 step from the door, just imagine how small the moving space was, the room we had was with a king sized bed which compensated the small space. there were no cabinets to use, no slippers, tooth brush and toothpaste-just a heads up, considering that this was a 3 star hotel by classification. well, i guess we expected too much considering the price range.

Visited July 2021. I was able to bring my pet for 500php a night. Not much security in the place though, it was kind of scary when we realized that. They have breakfast included in the accommodation. Don't expect a big room, but the bed is comfortable. The window beside the bed is big and lets the light in at daytime, but there are dirt on the sill (looked like dirt from insect). The air-conditioning is good although a little bit loud. They gave us a room away from the road, so the traffic noise was dampened. They have hot shower, and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and lotion. They have 2 floors for rooms, and the breakfast is served at the rooftop. Across is the Ayala Serin Mall, but you have to walk at the side of the road, which looked a little dangerous with all the vehicles passing through before you can cross to the other side. Either that, or drive to the mall doing a U-turn further down the road. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Great room and service. Tho the room is smallish by nature of it being cabin style. Location is topnotch though.

The service was also amazing. They even offered to serve the food in our room and it was plated nicely! The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, and location too! The parking is quite limited, although they allow 1 parking space per room. Pets are also allowed which is a plus points for us. The room was nicely decorated and homey albeit small, they didn't have a closet (we didn't mind) so you'll really have to pack light. They had heaters yay, it was fully functioning and we didn't have any issues at all. We enjoyed our stay here!

Location wise, it's perfect. Comfy beds, cozy rooms, great complimentary breakfast, a really cool rooftop with a view where you can chill out, a lot of restaurants and a mall are walking distance, friendly staff. I can say a lot of good things about this hotel, but it has one big flaw, and that is... in my experience, I can hear the passing cars on the road inside the room. I stayed here on a weekday and that means less tourist. I can't imagine how worse would that be if it's a weekend. I hope they soundproof the rooms especially the ones facing the road. But other that that, it's a cool place to stay. Maybe if you decide to stay here, have a drink at their rooftop before sleeping so the noise won't bother you.

Staff are awesome. But the rooms are small and has an 'old' feel.

Very homey. The way I like a bed and breakfast should be.

Nearby Seirin Mall a little 10minute walk crossing the footbridge. They have a parking area at the back if the front space is full. I love that they also have a bunny yard where you can view the Taal Volcano and pet the 🐰 they also gave us a new year gift upon check-out Not advisable if you're traveling for work as they don't have in-room desk to work on but they have desk in their lounge outside.

Great view on the roofdeck. Staff friendly and accommodating. The rooms were okay but parts of the wooden walls were dusty like they weren't cleaned for ages.

The only good thing in this place is the restaurant--Takao Studio. Food and coffee is excellent. Must try!

The room is small but really cozy and clean, which is what we always look for. The hotel is really taking initiative in being eco-friendly and their rooftop restaurant/bar is a great place to chill. They have enough parking space for guests. Highly recommended!

We like the place as the room feels like our room at home. The staff are friendly and very helpful with our needs. The place is near Pamana and Tsokolateria which we frequently go to for meals as well as the place also allows for food delivery via grab and food panda. We just wish that there is a pedestrian crossing accross Ayala Serin instead of using an unprotected overpass.

Family and I just needed a place to stay the night in Tagaytay so that we wouldn't have to fight our way thru the Manila-bound traffic. Ended up at this place. No regrets. Small cozy room--perfect if you've packed light or just really need a place to crash, not so much if you really wanna stretch, but they have a roofdeck and common areas (and interesting lobby chairs!) just for that. Air conditioning works well though it's not really needed because this is Tagaytay, brrrrr. Our room had a queen bed right next to the window (great for the 'gram), and there was an additional single bed that could be pulled out from underneath. Needed some dusting off but it was comfy too. Just need to pay a bit for extra beddings. I like the little notices placed everywhere about eco-friendly features of the hotel. Staff is veeeery helpful. Breakfast was a blast (it was gusty on the roofdeck when we had breakfast. We were shivering. Food and coffee came fast and tasted good--not michelin-star level but still good 👌 View of Taal was great). And there is a rabbit pen in the back! The place is also pet-friendly--other guests had dogs with them. Walking distance from AyalaMalls Seria. You walk for a minute or two and take a colorfully painted overpass (also with a view of Taal if conditions are right). There's a drugstore, an office supplies store, and a little department store that happened to sell light jackets for shivering travelers. Tagaytay traffic is a different story, but Cabins isn't a local traffic authority so that's not their fault 😂 tl;dr cute cozy place with bunnies in the backyard, would come here again! if there's a surge in 2022 that dents PH tourism *again*, i sorely hope Cabins survives it. thank you for the lovely stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In pictures: roofdeck windiness, and bunnies. I wish I got more pictures argh hahaha

Me and my wife checked in to Cabins by Eco Hotel last month from 16 to 18 May 2022. we used the place asa resting point as we are planning to go to Phrst Park Homes Batulao on the following day (17 May) service is okfor asmall hotel. I do liked the parking accomodation as we were travelling via car. Price is also decent although there isnt any free breakfast incuded since the place is just opposite the Ayala Mall Tagaytay. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. For a couple who just want some peace and quiet at an affordable price, consider this place..

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Rooms rate economical and got cozy look. Ideal for a low budget stay yet comfortable. Located at a strategic place, easy transport access and just opposite a mall. However, roof deck restaurant needs a lot to improve specially the quality of food and prices. As to the room, adding a small working table and a chair would be nice for a blogger and freelance worker like me. You'll get more endorsements if you do.

We stayed here because there was no available room at The Carmelence Lodge. Still this was a pretty decent stay all in all.

Will give 5-star perhaps when we visit again and see if they will be able to maintain cleanliness and orderliness... The pandemic has affected manpower and tourism industry much.
