Our stay here is really great. Though you cannot see any lake view sceneries from your room. It makes up for a tranquil environment with lots of green landscape, fresh cool breeze air and a lot of privacy without any noise of or normal hustle and bustle from the metro. Room is average size but kept neat and clean. Nice bed and pillow softness and sheets is cozy too. The Staff is very accomodating and really friendly. Bathroom is quite small but good water supply with heater. The complimentary plated breakfast is nicely made as well. They both offer Filipino and Western breakfast as well. Taste is quite delectable for a plated dish so it good. The property has an adjacent spa place where you can just walk for 30 seconds and your there already to cater your relaxation needs. They can also accomodate an in room services in yout lodge. Parking is no problem as they have thier own parking lot. Location is great as well as alot of establishment is easy to access within the area.

Great Family & Pet Friendly Place To Stay & Eat When Visiting Tagaytay. One Of Tagaytay's Best Staycations With Only A Two Minute Walk To SkyRanch And Many Restaurants...WOW! Doesn't Get Any Better Then This Place.

Family & pet friendly hotel with lots of space for parking and for furries to roam around. It has clean and sanitized rooms. It is beside Robinson's Mall and walking distance going to Skyranch Downside is there is no Taal Lakeview, nevertheless the place is still recommendable and would still comeback in future visits. 4 woof woof points as per my pet cooper.

We stayed there May 24 - 26 in their Family Room. We were 3 adults and 1 6yo. Our stay was perfect. Clean and spacious room, fast wifi, very helpful staff, and good breakfast. My 6yo loved it there. Will definitely come back!

The only hotel I know of in Tagaytay that accepts big pet dogs. The area is not as big as it looks on pictures. Enough parking space. Pets can roam around with a leash. Good location, however expect the worst traffic on weekends. I suggest coming here on weekdays. Kind and accommodating staff. Breakfast didn’t disappoint, especially the brewed coffee! The room we stayed in smelled though. I suggest replacing the bedding with a new one. To furparents: please teach your pets not to pee on the bed! Lucky we have a scented candle which was given as a gift so that helped alleviate the smell.

Place is a little old, but location is great. Close to tourist attractions in the city

We enjoyed our stay here last December 2019 with my family, the ambience was good, the food , the bedroom and more available parking slots, also accessible to other destination like the Sky Ranch, just a walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are nice too , we will surely come back

Breathtaking view. I’m the midst of nature. Although the rooms are old, they were comfortable. We just got bugs in our bed, that we need to check thoroughly before we went to bed. It’s best to be ready with bug spray. If you really want to enjoy the tub,I suggest the Murano room instead. The older rooms tub doesn’t work so we weren’t able to enjoy it. Overall experience was great. Location wise I will not walk outside. It’s pretty dark not their side of the road. It’s not ideal for crossing, dangerous.

The staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. Service was easily a 10/10. They went to us and greeted us when we got there, they served breakfast on time and overall very polite and responsive. The place was cozy, homey and quaint. Good for people who are travelling with their dogs since the place had a lot of greens to run around in. Room was nothing spectacular but it was clean and everything was working properly.

Very coZy and comfortable place to stay in tagaytay. Near to all attraction especially in sky ranch tagaytay. Also the foods are very delicious. The staffs are very kind and helpful if you have questions in place you want to go. Will be staying again in our next tagaytay trip

We’ve been staying here for our Tagaytay trips even before the pandemic. This is the first time we came back since the pandemic started. The place is still nice. I do think they need to redo their wall paint since it has deteriorated a bit; not much, but if left unmaintained, it might become unmanageable.

Very nice room with small rustic chandelier. Free breakfast delivered to our room with drinks. The Carmelence tapa is okay but corned beef is meh. No view of Taal Lake and Volcano tho, but there are Pines trees near the balcony and are seen through the wide glass windows of the room.

The location is great just beside Robinsons place. The facade looks great as it looks like you are transported in a rest house away from the busy roads of Tagaytay. The rooms are okay they look a bit old and the ground floor rooms kinda smell so I suggest booking rooms on the second floor. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are really nice, polite and very helpful.

Very good price for really nice rooms. Took awhile to check in but they make sure rooms are sanitized. Accommodating & friendly staff, requested for additional food offerings & they happily served it.

We enjoyed our stay here at The Carmelence Lodge. It's a homey, unassuming accommodation that offers good food and good coffee. The staff were kind and attentive. Our room was big and comfortable, although the pillows could use some improvement.

The Queen deluxe studio was ok. Twas nothing special, and definitely didn't merit the Php4k price of the room. The hot shower was clogged, so we had to settle for timba and tabo to have a warm bath. The kitchenette was basic, and didn't provide any service coffee cups and teaspoons for coffee and tea. And worse, there weren't any complimentary tea bags or coffee! The staff were very helpful and courteous though, and apologized for the hot shower issue. The dinner we had -- pinakbet and crispy fried tawilis -- was ok. The danggit with 2 fried eggs and garlic rice breakfast was good. Overall, twas ok but bordered more towards disappointed.

Affordable Price with nice aircon room and free wifi access. Pet friendly Lodge. Our family and fur buddies enjoyed our staycation. It will be better if the garden have more flowers for better pictures and view. For safety of the pets, suggest to have a gate at the entrance and exit areas just to avoid accident as the area is along the highway. 🐶😊
