I have a appointment yesterday and That is my first time to have my check up in pillar hospital, I was really shocked the way they treated me there, specially the ultrasound doctor MARGARITA DELOS REYES- GUERRERO and staffs from ultrasound department are not approachable, very rude in the way they talked to the patients, please tell your patients if you don't want to assist us well then let us know onset so that we can find another hospital who can assist us well and nicely, the Doctor is not very accommodating knowing im pregnant, very rude, ang dameng side comments behind the patients , luckily for us nadidinig namin mga negative comments and wordings nila,we are paying so we should have accommodated nicely , sana merong RESPETO wag pong BASTOS kasi nakapag aral naman sila, I hope that the management will take actions on this, Thank you.

1 to NO STARS AT ALL!!! I take back my previous rating of 3 stars for this hospital. This time I ain't rating them because of how friendly their ER nurses, but on their pricing and service! I just got my billing thru my HMO, and found out that they'd billed me a whooping P1,440 for just checking my f*** vital signs! They didn't do anything to me at all! No cotton, alcohol or whatsoever involved.JUST PLAIN F**** CONVERSATION!!!! That amount is the same amount I was billed in a private hospital in Quezon City! Plus with utmost excellent quality of service!!! Their cashier doesn't offer credit card billing, I would've accepted the reason if the server is down but they just said they have no credit card billing. Only to find out in my neighbor that they do have, in fact that's what they used when they paid for their hospital bill. For HMO updates, they just tell you to wait for a call for like an hour then when you go and ask them again, they simply forgot! It sucks! I really regret the time spent here waiting for my HMO and billing to be released. Never again!!!

The place is so clean. And the personnel are very polite. I just went for a clearance from a dermatologist so I could come back to work after having rashes post flu in the middle of the monkeypox scare. But this doctor, kept saying people are using skin rashes as an excuse for sick leave. My sick leaves were already approved by the company clinic, and all I needed was a clearance but this Dr. Michellende Gatchalian kept on being rude and won't listen to events leading to my rashes. She even said that I could have simply edited my picture of skin rashes on my phone. Unprofessional, arrogant and on scolding mode when all I came for was a simple clearance and not a diagnosis. Even when I repeatedly said that her clearance would not be a basis of my sick leaves. She even demanded for a 200 peso-fee without issuing a receipt despite my hmo approval for a consultation.

If you go here, bring your final wishes and testimony. This place WILL kill you and not give one care at all. The malpractice in this hospital is off the charts. They need to fully be investigated for fraud, embezzlement, malpractice, abuse of power, and negligence.

Avoid this hospital!!!! They increased the price of dialysis fee and dialyzer to double all of a sudden without any notice or advance notice!!! In other hospital dialyzer is free and dialysis fee is free especially if you have philhealth. This hospital killing the patients for the price they are charging knowing tge govt have fund for this in every hospital. Duterte administration should monitor this. My mom was forced to transfer in other hospital because of that she have the philhealth and senior citizen. They charged from P275 to 500 dialysis fee and dialyzer from P1500 to P2k I think they high rocket charged the patients because of the building extension they are doing. Thats how they want to recover their constructons expenses! Plus your parking is sucks! Deep bumpy parking, stagnant water, muddy when it rains and dusty when sunny. THOSE ALL STARS REVIEW WITHOUT COMMENT BELOW ARE FAKE REVIEWS.

I have been just diagnosed with hypokalemia I was treated good nurses were very attentive. The only this saddened me the most is when i was about to go out of the hospital discharge process is very slow and unorganized they could not even contact my doctor in terms of wether the doctor is affiliated with philhealth or not such a mess and waste of time when about to be discharged...

I will sue the physician who caused antihistamine overdose to my child. I'll include the hospital for it's doctors' malpractice. There are lot of resources and even doctors who can prove that my son was a victim of antihistamine overdosed. My son had seizure after taking the amount of antiistamine that the doctor had prescribed. This is unforgivable because the incident to my son may cause a miscarriage to me. I started to have spotting after that incident and I am pregnant with a very delicate condition. You better watch out!

Had the worst service and experience here in this hospital. The Doctor and her assistant nurse is very rude and shouting without apologizing even it's their fault. Imagine, they have neglected to inform the patients that the doctor will not come, twice happened already. She's also saying that 3 or 4 patients are not many. So, how does she want it to call? My parents are both not in good condition that time. Imagine all the efforts just to talk the doctor but no information of new schedules been given, we have patients information, FYI. And this not just happened to my parents but also to other patients there. To Nurse Alene, I hope this won't happen to you or to your family so you will not experience the feeling of anger and disappointment, stress and all.

Slow service for HMO users... I was admitted last March sa Medical Imus Center and the service were good and fast. Unfortunately this is the only hospital accredited by the HMO of my husband company and the service is so s***! When you do follow up the nurses will just tell you to wait for a call.

I had a very poor patient experience when I visited your ER on July 22, 2023. I arrived at around 8:40 AM. The night before, I had an accident at home. I went out of balance and I tripped falling on my left knee. I am on the heavy side and had difficulty in walking as a result of the fall. I was in so much pain and had to wait over an hour to have my left knee x-rayed. I waited another hour before the ER doctor talked to me. I felt no care and concern at all. The doctor did not even look at my knee or asked how I was feeling. She showed me the xray and her findings. I asked if I could get a medical certificate so my mngr could allow me to work from home while I am healing. She said I need to return on monday to see an ortho. I was released with prescriptions and instructions. Zero care. Zero concern. I was told to rest for 3 days. I know how I was feeling and 3 days will not allow me to recover completely and I could not return to work after 3 days because I will not be able to take 3 bus rides each way to get to my office and back home. Telling me to go back to see the ortho is as if I am not in pain and can travel at will. Isn't there an ortho available so I can be referred right away. Is the ER doctor a mere facilitator or cases coming in to the ER? I felt like garbage. Like no one cares. My daughter who had ankle sprain weeks ago and was brought to lasalle UMC shared to me her great experience in the ER. She was attended to, had xray done to her and referred right away to an ortho and was was properly managed. She felt valued. Compared to my experience, I felt no value at all.

Very rudely, the nurse told my mom and my aunt that β€œimmediate” family members are the only ones who can visit the dying patient, so they sucked it up and went home (they’re nieces of the patient). But, when the immediate family (the sons of the patient) came today, the nurse told them the same bs they told my mom. I wonder what this hospital considers as β€œimmediate” family. Better change your hospital name. Don’t use the name of the Lady if you are going to let nurses treat emotional family members like their lower than them. Didn’t your nurses get quality education?

Went to this hospital last Jan 20, 2021 to see EENT Dr. Vilog for my 3 yr old, she was very good with my child, using soft tender voice, felt she cared. I wouldnt mind paying 1300 consultation fee with the help.

Trying to get scheduled for an appointment. I called but call was declined right away then got a text for an instruction to "please text me". Asked if there's still slot for today, got a reply after 30 minutes later stating tomorrow's Dr next schedule. Asked if I can be scheduled or walked in, got a reply after 2.5 hrs which states getting scheduled depends if there's still slot. Long story short, if this person just answered my fking call we could've checked if there's an open slot and get scheduled for less than 15mins time! Called the hospital to escalate my situation but was just repeatedly told that that person is outsourced and just keep on texting. Worst customer service ever.

(Translated by Google) The admission process is very long. After hours of interview and processing, there is no room available. We were also placed in the ward only. Their pillows are very comfortable, thin and itchy on the face. I went home and got a pillow and a blanket, the guard blocked me, it was forbidden. Their solution is to sell us an extra pillow that is very itchy on the face and cheap for 200 pesos each. Tinde! (Original) Napakatagal ng process ng admission. Umuwi ako sa bahay at kumuha ng unan at kumot, hinarang ako ng guard, bawal daw. Ang solusyon nila ay bebentahan na lang daw kami ng extrang unan na napakakati sa mukha at maimpis for 200 pesos each. Tinde!

All about money. The hemodialysis section is one of the worse sections here. They have favouritism with the patients and they don't make you feel welcome and they're not even responsive if they feel like you or one of your relatives is "masungit". Where is the patient care of these nurses who swore an oath? They will really tell you every chance they get that you owe them a favour since they accepted you. So, go look for other dialysis center instead, some of the nurses even favours some young men even if there's a list on who should go first. They also gossip about other patients when they are not there. Very unprofessional.

I would not recommend the psychiatric sessions at this hospital. It seems that the psychiatrist is not actively listening to what you have to say and fails to initiate questions for the conversation. This creates an atmosphere where you feel scolded rather than heard. Additionally, the sessions feel rushed, lasting only around 30-40 minutes, all for the price of 3000 pesos. I feel like I wasted not only my money but also my time. Instead of helping me with what I'm going through, I just feel worse after the session. What a traumatic first experience.

The doctor from the Ultrasound department is always late. They tell patients that the doctor will arrive around 10 AM even though they know that's not the case. That's always their script. The doctor arrives at 12 noon onwards. Prepare to wait or choose a facility that respects you and your time.

I can never thank this hospital enough for taking good care of me and my baby. I was hospitalized 3 times here and the service exceeds my expectation Sept 2016 - I was hospitalized due to preterm labor. Oct 2016 - I had an emergency surgery (removal of gallstones/gallbladder and appendix while I'm 7 months pregnant) Dec 2016 - I gave birth (Normal Delivery) My daughter is now a healthy 7 months old baby. Thank you so much to my OB: DRA. ANGELICA T. LEGASTO and to my Surgeon: Dr. Mendoza. ☺ The nurses are very kind and accommodating. Especially those nurses on the 4th floor. Everyone is very helpful and kind which made my stay here stress-free though I'm on a very stressful situation during those times.

(Translated by Google) I SUGGEST DON'T EVER PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY OR SOMEONE IN THIS HOSPITAL. If ever there was a choice without a star I would put it. POOR SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR NURSES, THEY ATTITUDE THEM ESPECIALLY WHEN TALKING ABOUT THEIR OWN, YOU TALK THEN BACK. We all expect that nurses should be caring, but here there is no such thing. They didn't watch my mom's dextrose, my mom even called the nurse to say that she had low dextrose, she watched last night because it was going down. I had an ultrasound mom earlier so fast sha last night 12am, 8 hrs fasting seems to be morning iuutrasound, gosh! My mom was hungry, they had lunch at noon, then the nurses did not say what was forbidden to drink, so my mom drank the milk given by the hosp last night. Then after the ultrasound, the person said why he drank milk, it was forbidden. Nurses do not seem to be updated on the patient's condition. THE RESULTS OF THE TESTS TAKEN ON THE PATIENT PERIOD OF THE RESULT BECAUSE THE DOCTOR IS ALWAYS LATE, whenever test results came, my mom said there was no specific pain, so another test, another and another test. My mom has 2 x-rays and she still doesn't have a result that can be properly provided to us so we know what to do, then she says she needs another xray? What ?! Pity my mom for the xray radiation! just takes my hosp mom. THE PATIENTS WILL JUST LAST HERE BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR SERVICE AND THE DOCTOR IS ALWAYS LATE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE SPECIFIC THAT THE PATIENTS ARE SICK THE DOCTOR SO BLINDED THE PATIENTS AND FAMILY WHEN THE PATIENTS 'PAIN WILL COME SO IT LASTS IN HOSP. My mom has been here for 3 days, she only visited the doctor once, less than 5 minutes left, the xray result has not been announced yet. Then kesho holiday daw bukas wala daw choice kung magtagal mom ko dito. whatta business. (Original) I SUGGEST DON'T EVER PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY OR SOMEONE IN THIS HOSPITAL. We all expect na pag nurse dapat caring, but here walang ganun. YUNG RESULTS NG MGA TEST NA GINAGAWA SA PATIENT ANTAGAL NG RESULT KASE LAGING LATE ANG DOCTOR, whenever test results came, walang specific na sakit daw ang mom ko, kaya another test uli, another and another test. Naka 2 xray na ang mom ko wala padin result na maayos na maiprovide saamin para alam namin ang gagawin, then sabi need pa daw isa pang xray? What?! Price for the services are a bit pricey considering that the equipment is not new and the service is also slow. The rooms here are ok but the equipment shows sign of aging. The canteen does not offer healthy choices as well and parking is bad when it rains since it is not cemented. Staff are ok I had my PT here and it is ok. They had a branch in the district mall but it closed already.
