Dr are irresponsible, I have an OB but I cannot contact during emergency. She just provide her assistance contact number and unable to reply right away. Their diagnosis is not accurate. I tried 2 different hospital for opinion and it is different on their diagnosis. My sister came here as well and they recommend for operation, then when we tried to other hospital, it can be cured by medicine. And now my sister is perfectly fine. Never visit this hospital, their dr are unreliable and will just waste your time.

Disrespectful staff especially the nurses and supervisors. It's all about the $$$. Might as well pay the same price for better service at other hospital.

Horrendous. I went to this hospital since I’ve been having a high fever around 38.8-39C, chills and back pain. I gave them my RTPCR which was taken in MAKATI MED A DAY BEFORE I WENT TO THEIR HOSPITAL BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS COVID but thank God I was tested negative for Covid19 BUT YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? THEY PUT ME IN THE ISOLATION AREA ALONG WITH ALL THE POSITIVE COVID 19 patients. THEN WHAT THE HELL IS THE PURPOSE OF THE RT PCR IF YOU WILL STILL PUT ME SA COVID AREA? After all the lab tests and finally knowing why I was having a fever, I immediately asked to be discharged because I don’t want to be so exposed sa isolation area na yon. Too pricey as well for labtests alone sa ER, better find a different hospital than this one.

Most doctors give the wrong diagnosis for a certain illness. Most of the doctors don't know what they're even saying anymore. And the OPD takes an hour to call

Poor service!! I submitted my hmo form and doctor's prescription to their staff, and then their staff gave me an appointment schedule. On the day of the schedule, their staff told me that my forms were invalid. Why would they check my forms and give me a schedule if it's invalid in the first place?? Waste of time and effort going there just to discover that my appointment wasn't going to push through. This happened twice and from two different departments.

Without money, they won't really take care of you. The staffs are also very slow to move and give update. They will even get angry at you to ask some update about the patient's case.

It’s too difficult to contact them. This is a hospital, right?! It doesn’t seem like it. Walang sense of urgency ang mga tao.

New hospital with fairly new equipment. The food could be improved. The nurses and doctors were super nice. If you have money, go here.

Pros: *Cheaper accomodation than Metro South *Better rooms *WiFi, Cable, Airconditioned room, Dining Table, Visitor Bed Cons: *Security guard prohibits pillows from outside but gives no explanation why *They seem undermanned, test results are slow and doctors take forever to do their rounds Suggestion: Admit patient first before processing billing from hmo

(Translated by Google) My dear friend here at the hospital has to ... I have a question ... Please answer me ... Why would they not allow the deceased to get out of the hospital before they pay all the bills? Why not buy a drug out of the hospital when it comes to treating a patient? (Original) Naexpirience lang to ng kaibigan ko dito sa ospital na to... May tanong ako...

(Translated by Google) The wait from the ER to the approval of hmo outweighs the LTO for the duration of the process you need to follow up or else it will happen. Definitely will not be coming back to nearby hospices. (Original) Grabe ang hintayan from ER to approval of hmo daig pa LTO sa tagal mag process need mo pa mag follow kung hindi wala mangyayari. Definitely will not be coming back sa mga kalapit na hosp na lang.

(Translated by Google) The nurses are very incompetent. I am an HMO card holder, and rushed to the ER. So, you know everything you do is approved by ur hmo. After xray I was offered a pain reliever without asking if this is ok with me, of course i know n un s bill over hmo. At the time of my admission, the nurse in charge of the ER was not informed of the hospital's pharmacy. Of course i was surprised that i db approve nman of my hmo to? Yes it does seem like there is a new law in philhealth regarding this and supposedly in philhealth nkacharge cases it seems that the drug is not a philanthropic list. I said you should inform him first before being offered a replacement for a pain reliever n billable to philhealth. What about those with a card but no money. Here, since I didn't vacate the private room, my sister agreed to put me in a ward with a condition and move me to private once I was available. In the ward, we said the nurses would be able to leave if they were vacant. Well yes the answer is, when it was late at night, my own son went to admitting and even though he was booking a private room ... haist ... really nice! I have never been to any of them! First time I was taken to that hospital! (Original) Napaka incompetent ng mga nurses. I am an HMO card holder, and rushed to ER. So, ang alam mo everything n gagawin s u is approved by ur hmo. After ng xray ko tinurukan ako ng pain reliever without asking if this is ok with me, syempre ang alam ko ksama n un s bill over hmo. Tas nang iadmit nko, tsaka cnabi ng nurse in charge s ER n may bbyaran kmi s pharmacy. Syempre nagulat ako kc sbi ko db approve nman ng hmo ko to? Oo nman daw kaya lng daw may bagong batas c philhealth regarding this and supposedly kay philhealth nkacharge kaso daw ung gamot n tinurok s kin is unbillable s list ni philhealth. Sabi ko dapat pinaalam nyo muna s kin bago iturok para npalitan ng pain reliever n billable kay philhealth. Pano n ang mga may card nga pero wlang pera. Eto pa, since wlang vacant n private room pumayag ang sister ko n ilagay muna ako s ward with a condition n ilipat ako s private once n mag-available na. Never ever n ako mgpapaconfine dyan! First time ako dinala s hospital n yan!
