kuya was very helpful to everything we needed. they even parked our car because the resort lacks proper parking even though the location is not easily accessible even by car. he even assisted me to tell other people who use the karaoke loudly at 1am to stop singing especially because they lack the singing skills and the management doesn't impose a curfew for loud activities. sadly he cannot help me fix the drain of the bathroom which resulted in a flooding bathroom because the shower is so hard to operate. oh and the view and the pool is also very good. mini sauna and sliding windows don't work. and the bidet is too far away from the toilet which defeats its purpose.

Same as others reviews i as i mentioned in my other reviews Tagaytay was a Hi-class areas that could represent beautiful touristic area with full relaxation with good budget for travel especially if you are foreigners who wanted to enjoy vacation to Philippine ...i will offer them to work with me and i will give them kudos also 5*

Along the tagaytay main highway there is a zigzagging slope with lots of small hotels below and one if them is this quaint scenic place you have to see to enjoy especially if you like those quiet private feel. It's in the corner with an amazing view. Just keep in mind about the sharp turns and somewhat tough parking space they have at night when the fog flows. They have affordable accomodations and helpful staff. They have swimming pool and a bar to enjoy the night view while you enjoy a cup of coffee and that piping hot bulalo while enjoying the majestic view of taal lake.

View is superb. Service is dull and slow. We just ate lunch. We are having second thoughts with regards to checking in as we observed that the place is not well maintained as advertised on various social platforms.

Fascinating view of Taal volcano adds to the beautiful sceneries. This is a great place to relax, unwind and stay with your family and friends.

I like the place though they can improve the room by having some area to hang your clothes, racks inside the washroom to place your toiletries, shower curtain so that floor wont be messy, and hooks to hang used towels.

Food was great. Pricey but delicious. Just git lucky on the parking slot. Was told there is vallet but still limited. Mobile internet is a challenge but there is actually a good spot to get one. They do provide wifi connection. The view was great! Awesome!

Superb view, but unfortunately most of the most are out of stock. Good food tho a bit pricey. But again, if you are after the view then it is a good place for that.

ate here w/ my friend a few weeks ago and i would not recommend this place, will also never visit again. almost HALF of their menu was out of stock and the service was horrible. their only redeeming qualities were their food and the fact that they had pets around the area. you could DEFINITELY find something better especially in tagaytay.

5 stars! First of all, the place was really nice. No, nice is an understatement. It was awesome! It wasn't hard to find, although I should warn you that the road leading to this place is quite challenging. But driving was fun! I wouldn't say much, I'll just post photos here so you guys can see. There are only seven rooms, which makes your stay more relaxing and peaceful. By the way, I definitely recommend you try their Lechon Kawali. Sooooo good. 👌

this is a nice place to stay in when you want a good view of taal lake with some peace and quiet. parking can only accomodate 5-6 mid size vehicles and given the mountainous terrain, you might have to park inclined. the food was great, especially the bulalo with kadyos. the pool is small though it has a good mountain view.

Hotel needs better house-keeping and amenities such as shampoo, bath soap & toothpaste. Needs also additional foot rugs specially inside the bathroom. Also, parking space is very limited. But the view of Taal Volcano is really nice.

I like the place though they can improve the room by having some area to hang your clothes, racks inside the washroom to place your toiletries, shower curtain so that floor wont be messy, and hooks to hang used towels. I like the view from the pool and dining area. Pool a bit small so it will get a bit crowded during weekend.

Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting… I’m surprised they even have a 3.8 stars. The rooms stink. They are not clean. The bathroom were gross, broken toilet seats, flush was not working properly, bathroom tiles are dirty, the mildew smell and humidity in the air. I would never recommend this place at all. Do not waste your money!

Great view but, we were disappointed with their nachos. It’s not what we are accustomed to. In the US nachos should be hot. We have eaten nachos in the Philippines and it is similar to the US except no jalapeños (peppers) . This is the first and last cold nachos we will have.

Nice place to chill. Ideal for small group so parking is limited. Customer service needs to improve though.
