Great place to dine. Relatively inexpensive compared to a lot of restaurants in the area. I love the option of eating at nipa huts thoughtfully enclosed in what I think is mosquito net, though we decided to eat at the main hall as we were all tired and just wanted a straight forward eating arrangement. 😊 Update 2022 September. This time around we tried to eat in one of the nipa huts. The place was surrounded with healthy plants, and we even saw a pair of playful butterflies. The food is still great, and the staff were all coordinated. Still 5 stars and I look forward to coming back. New photos uploaded. 😊

Great ambiance for dine in and spaceous restaurant that can accomodate large number of customer. They even have parking space if you will go there with your car. The facility have warm and friendly staff that welcome us. They even offer us to stay in their one of 'nest' cottage that added beauty to their place. They offer Filipino cuisine and beverages that are tasty and delicious whereas, I highly recomend their Balinsasayaw egg soup that has the authentic flavoured taste of the famous Balinsasayaw bird's nest.

Been here twice in the past 3 weeks. It’s a great place for life celebrations! Great place and relaxing ambience (especially with the different kinds of huts available for “alfresco” dining), lots of greens, and great Filipino food! It’s a must-try and worth the long travel!

6-3-23 I highly recommend this place for their good service & food. Balinsasayaw is a Nipa hứt restaurant & serve Filipino cuisine. You can pay in cash or through debit/credit card. Parking available infront but uncemented. Wheelchair unaccessible.

We first tried dining at Balinsasayaw wayback in Palawan. I never forgot their halo-halo. We enjoyed our meal and the ambiance, a great place to celebrate our Mom's birthday. They are also pet friendly.

Our fave resto in Tagaytay. Delicious food and very nice ambiance. I love it here because you can dine in their nipa huts if you want privacy.

We always come to Balinsasayaw whenever we're in Tagaytay. It's quiet most of the time, except when there are guests that talk really loud. The food, really great and worth its price. The service is good. You just have to ring the bell in your kubo or casita to get the crew's attention if you need anything.

Big parking space, affordable and worth the price. We ordered kare-kare, sisig, laing, half bulalo and buffalo chicken with drinks. Super sulit, we decided to take home the leftovers.

This is the most worthy alfresco I have tried. Even though we dine during lunch, it was not that hot. Staffs are very attentive and initiative whenever we need to order something. The food is excellent, best sisig!! Comparing the prices with other restaurants near they are much cheaper but without compromising anything from service and food quality. Definitely will comeback!

The all time go to restaurant in Tagaytay! Food were great and delicious ❤️ And also their Baby Back Ribs is fall off the bones and so tender. Will definitely come back here more often.

Went here because of the reviews but was somewhat disappointed. Maybe we expected too much because the place is highly rated but their bulalo, tawilis, and sisig were just fine. Not the "best" as some other reviews here have claimed. It's nothing to be excited about or to go back to. The place is nice though, IG-worthy as kids would call it but there are many dirts (small black stuff) falling from the roof of their kubos so that's one more thing we didn't like. Parking is available. Pricey pasalubong shop with items from other places is also by the entrace.

This place was excellent!! The food was so good and delicious. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly. It was so good, we went back a second time. This place is definitely worth going to. I didn’t have a chance to take a picture of the food because I ate it too fast, but here’s a picture of the soursop shake. It was so delicious and healthy. This place sells fresh fruit and pastries, as well as tea on site.

This restaurant is a great place to dine, especially in the cozy huts. We have visited four times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend trying the crispy chicken kare kare, Sinigang na bagnet sa pakwan, pinakbet con bagnet, chicken binakol, and Balinsasayaw rice. These unique dishes are not found in many other restaurants. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. This is now our go-to restaurant whenever we are in Tagaytay. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and a cozy atmosphere.

We went here during a very rainy bad weather, hehe.. so we were not able to roam around the place. We were not also able to seat in one of their kubo as the available one where far from the main dining area and im with seniors so we just settled there. Service - fast and attentive people although not very accommodating maybe coz there are lots of customers that tine Price - very affordable Food - loved eveything that we ordered, from the kare-kare bagnet to the grilled bangus and mixed vegetables Parking - lots of parking space and there are staff to assist you

I will always go back to this place. Ambiance is good and food is awesome. I highly recommend Kare-kare with Bagnet 😋

  • 5/5 Randy L. 1 year ago on Google
Not much to say but it's worth the price. Bulalo meat is quite tender and huge, given that the portion we ordered is the small size. Pancit portion is just meh. Taste is okay. The place's ambience, decor and feel is instagrammable and relaxing.

I gave this 4 stars overall. First the good stuff: Food is the star here, we ordered sisig, lechon kawali, nilasing na hipon (drunken shrimp), garlic prawns/shrimp and of course Bulalo (beef bone broth soup). They arent salty, just enough taste but delicious. Photos are attached. Food price is not expensive. About 450 PHP (10 USD) per head. Service is fast and efficient. They also have bells that you could ring so crew can hear you. Food were cooked and served in decent amount of time. Atmosphere is good and the nipa huts add some ambience to it. However, I gave it only 4 stars because of the mosquitos. There's some mosquitos flying around our hut though they have kulambos (mosquito net covering the huts)

Very very good dining place. This is ideal for groups, friends, officemates or your families. The food was amazing. They have options for bilao on the menu which are already worth it. They also have kubo that you can occupy for exclusivity. Amazing. The parking area is also spacious. This is a great find. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

We were looking for a nice spot to have our desserts that night and found Balinsasayaw by a mere chance 😊 and we’re so glad we tried it! The only regret is, wish we would have seen the place while looking for our dinner! Haha! So yeah, our experience was great not only the food but the cozy Nipa hut was quite relaxing. We ordered halo halo, turon, coffee, cheesecake and hot choco and we all liked it. The service is fast and their staff are efficient👏🏻 Will surely be back and try their other menus on our next 🇵🇭 vacay. Thank you, guys! All the best.

Enjoyed our dinner in one of their nipa huts. Any food we order here are delicious. We especially enjoyed Crispy Kangkong and Spicy Ginataang Talong, both are vegetarian dishes. Very nice place, staff are friendly, delicious food and served quickly. Has enough parking space, too.

At last! After so many attempts to dine in here whether it is full or closed!! We've tried dinning here last saturday. And there were still vacants! We had lunch at one of their kubos or nippa hut. The place was huge!! There were more nippa huts down the garden. The weather is cool. The place was great. Food was awesome! One thing i've noticed eating in Tagaytay in this kind of restos is, they have huge amount of serving!! So I suggest before ordering, ask the waiters if your order is already enough. *Pineapple rice = yumyum! 👍 Mauulit ito 😁

Bulalo, kinilaw, adobong pusit, balinsasayaw express, sisig, mango green salad and a pitcher of iced tea for P2,500+ for 6 person was all good and worth it. Price ranges from P275 to P605 bulalo good for 6-8 people. It's my first time in this branch but secons time in Balinsasayaw. Both experiences were good. Friendly staff, fast and efficient service, good food and cozy ambience! 👍👍👍

The food and ambiance were both amazing! We were seated in an Ivatan-inspired cottage which was a great experience! What's great about this place is that they allow pets, especially if you'll be staying in their cottages
