My
husband
and
I
used
to
be
regulars
at
this
restaurant,
enjoying
many
meals
here
last
year.
However,
due
to
some
unpleasant
encounters
with
the
customer
service
team
managing
bookings,
I
refrained
from
returning
for
a
while.
Last
week,
I
decided
to
give
it
another
chance,
and
I
must
admit
that
the
quality
of
the
food
has
undergone
a
noticeable
change
since
our
previous
visits.
While
it's
not
terrible,
it
doesn't
quite
measure
up
to
the
exceptional
standards
we
were
accustomed
to.
It's
possible
that
my
dining
experience
was
influenced
by
my
choice
of
dishes.
I
decided
to
try
a
new
appetizer
that
wasn't
on
the
menu
before,
and
although
I
ordered
my
usual
main
course,
it
didn't
live
up
to
my
past
experiences.
On
a
brighter
note,
the
panna
cotta
dessert
remains
outstanding,
and
Jerome,
our
server,
continues
to
provide
exceptional
service.
I
genuinely
hope
that
the
restaurant
will
work
towards
regaining
its
former
excellence.
Given
the
limited
options
for
fine
dining
in
the
Philippines,
Antonio's
used
to
be
one
of
our
preferred
choices.
Furthermore,
I'd
like
to
suggest
a
re-evaluation
of
the
customer
service
approach.
Patrons
who
choose
a
five-star
restaurant
naturally
expect
top-notch
service.
I'm
open
to
giving
the
restaurant
another
chance
in
the
future
to
see
if
the
overall
experience
has
improved.
