This is a very good hotel to stay in when in Tagaytay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The minimalist interior design of the rooms is perfect for rest and relaxation, not to mention the lovely view of Taal lake from the balcony. Staff was courteous and helpful, very responsive to our needs. My only complaint were the cafe and restaurant. Drinks and snacks at the cafe seemed overpriced. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was so-so. Dinner service at the restaurant was non-existent. We arrived for dinner very early; we were the only diners at the time. Two hours later not a single dish had been served and there were also several other guests already waiting for their orders as well. We ended up canceling our order and dining elsewhere. Overall, location and rooms are excellent for a few nights stay. Skip their food service. For a hotel supposedly managed by Enderun, it was quite disappointing.

Excellent rooms and service for the price! (9k pesos for a 2 bedroom suite). Facilities are also top-class (gym, pool, bar - available on weekends) and the food was nothing stellar, but good enough. For hotel food prices, not that pricey and roughly equal quality to others in the area. Breakfast buffet was okay as well - decent amount of options and you can't go wrong with a complimentary breakfast anyway. No issues other than minor nitpicks (outside of window was a little diry). Best to book during promo periods and not during holidays!

Went here to just pick someone up. The security was not that tight. I think it's best for them to train their staffs to not let anyone get inside so easily. They didn't even ask for an ID. I just walked pass the reception straight to the elevator then I'm already in! It may cause future problems. So yeah, suggest to secure their hotel better. Though, the room was nice. Huge balconies.

All of the staffs were very accommodating! Great service! Theyโ€™re flexible to requests and itโ€™s just a very relaxing experience in general. The heated pool, the great service, cleanliness, cozy room, family friendly amenities. Thank you! Will definitely be back โค๏ธ

It was an overnight quick trip but it was a good stay. I especially loved the toilet because of its bidet. It reminded me of Japan where the seat is heated and bidet had various functions. The breakfast food was good and the staff were all very accommodating to our requests.

Rooms are very clean and new. I guess my concern is that they tend to ask for the payment right away during check-in. I got used to hotels charging payment upon check-out (including room services, etc.) Their "managed buffet" is not good, TBH. The food is dull and the only unlimited serving you can get are the salad and fruits, not the main dish. They should have just said "a la carte" breakfast rather than use the word buffet as it would give you an impression you can have more than 1 round/serving.

At this hotel, you get more than a stay. You are welcomed friendly and professional. Everyone is there for you, with a smile. Nobody is standing idle, chatting or not doing their job. They are for you, with you and making your stay worth while. The rooms are amazing modern, spacious and clean into the last corner. The rooms are quiet and the balcony more of a terrace. The amenities are all you need. The restaurant food is great, only one thing, they should serve the food together. Not one and then the other. That's all, and they took the critique with open arms. I know also that little flaw will be ironed out. You will see us back, for sure.

Everything was so clean since the hotel is only 3 years old. Well-maintained. All staff were kind, friendly, respectful & very assisting (even the guards at the entrance were very accomodating) Buffet breakfast had new dishes everyday & was delicious! The pool was big and really warm since the weather in Tagaytay is cold. The room was an ideal size for us & really clean. Internet connection was okay as well. We will definitely come back & recommend!

If there is only 10,000 stars, I'll rate this hotel 10,000 stars as rated by our kids. Clean and spacious room. Nice, courteous, attentive staffs - sincere service. Budget friendly. Excellent place to stay with kids, they have a kids room with various toys and books to enjoy. Heated pool is excellent and can be enjoyed anytime with Tagaytay weather. Will surely come back to this place. Perhaps, the hotel management just need to add more indoor plants replacing the plastic plants.

The rooms are nice and the amenities are new and modern. But staying here for 5 days, I begin to notice that the housekeeping does not refill the coffee, soap, shampoo and other complimentary stuff. On our 2nd day, they forgot to provide foot rug in the bathroom. Their breakfast is great. But if you have a function here, make sure you do food tasting before the event.

Ideal place for overnight stay. Lacks cable selection channels though. Heated pool so dip anytime. Free breakfast buffet with very good variety. Friendly staff and security. Terrible traffic. Recommend getting there and route home via Amadeo. Do not stay in Tagaytay Nasugbu Highway or else eternity waits for you there.

From outside, Hotel Casiana is not so impressive. But, once you get inside, oh very nice! High ceiling, simple, comfy sofa in the lobby, unassuming presence. And they have an ATM inside the hotel!!! A coffee shop that serves nice tasting pastries can also be found inside the hotel and a restaurant that serves great tasting buffet breakfast. The hotel room is also very impressive! Generous space, comfy bed and pillows, coffee-tea-water service station, mini-ref, spacious wardrobe holder with more than the usual number of clothes hanger (I counter 6!), a hairdryer, and a TV with a channel list that is very helpful in finding a show to watch, and connected to the wifi which gives you the chance to watch YouTube and Netflix (if you have an account). What sets the room different from others is that it has an air purifier/cooler, a fire extinguisher, and a balcony that gives you a chance to sip hot coffee while enjoying a view with that cool Tagaytay morning air! So breathtaking! Oh, and the most impressive part of the room is that Japanese style toilet! Warm toilet seat and with just one click, you get water splashing where you need it after that morning date with mother nature! Another click, and out comes air to dry everything out! Get up and it flushes all the "evidence" away! ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜ The shower head is impressive too --- big and gives you rain-like style of a shower! And with easy to control hot-cold water! The staff are all nice and warm and greets you every time they see you. Indeed, everything is so impressive! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ Downside? Very limited TV channels, that is why I mostly watched YouTube shows. And internet connection, if you want to use your data. They have good wifi connection though. And the location --- it is quite far from the bustling center of Tagaytay activity and transportation is quite limited.

We spent two nights in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and a microwave. Once you enter the hotel, it looks and smells clean. We were on the 7th floor but it wasnโ€™t high enough to get a view of the lake. Higher floors would probly be the same. We can also hear some road noise. The room was nice, comfortable and fairly spacious. It had three TVs but only 2 remotes, I informed the front desk but they did not provide a replacement. The shower pressure was good but the toilet bowls need to be changed because the way it flushed was weak. The bathroom and rooms also had no hanging hooks so it was a challenge to find where to dry your towels. Speaking of towels, they need to be replaced because theyโ€™re not white anymore. The hotel needs to get new and quality treadmills, the ones they have in their gym randomly stops and goes, it squeaks and is a danger for users who might fall. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a good selection of local dishes and an egg station. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The hotel has a weird policy of asking for a php300 โ€œdepositโ€ if you want an extra key card or you have to leave a government ID card. I found this odd because we were booked as three adults but were only given two key cards. It also says in the small key folder that if you lose a key card you will have to pay for it. Internet was good inside the rooms, restaurant, and lobby. Location was good with several nearby restaurants and a supermarket. Guarded parking is free. Despite some minor issues, we had a very good stay.

Our favorite hotel in Tagaytay. Service is good. Room is nice and clean with good amenities. Heated pool. We love swimming here. Even if it's cold or raining, you can still swim in their warm pool.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean and spacious. I can say that the room was quite new and not outdated. The balcony was also spacious and railings had adequate amount of height. The room had a view of the Tagaytay mountains and the Nasubgu Highway. The food in room service was really good. Buffet breakfast was great but i just wish they had chicken options for those who donโ€™t eat red meat. Nevertheless I still had an egg and fried bangus. Theres also breads salads, and cereals available. Desert options were brownies and fruit slices. We personally did not use the pool since it was raining during our stay and it was located outside but i heard it was heated. The staffs were accommodating and friendly. Overall we had a great time spending our quick vacation โ˜บ๏ธ

Rooms are very clean. They had a swimming warm pool. Function halls are wide and comfy. However, what I didn't like most is their audio system during our activities. It didn't go well so as their internet is poor and it can't accommodate a larger audience (90 pax). Not meeting my expectations for a high class hotel. Hope, they improve this around the premises since it's a must for everyone.

My family and I quite like this hotel. - The room is spacious with sufficient amendities. Nice view too. - The frontline staff are attentive and helpful. - The swimming pool is nice, it's heated. My son and I had a great time there. - The breakfast was good enough. No complaint from us. - My aunt was a bit handicapped with a need for wheelchair. The guard at the entrance was super attentive and quick, who grabbed the wheelchair and had it ready the second my aunt got off the car. That was impressively good. Overall, I will surely revisit this hotel.

Ample parking space, clean and minimalistic, friendly and efficient service. Booked the suite, very spacious, hi-tech toilet is a game changer, bathtub is great. Check-in and out process was very quick which was appreciated. No nonsense, straighforward which was amazing. Outdoor pool is temperature controlled, a big plus. Room for improvement: F&B - food quality and variety can be improved, employees crowding around one area during breakfast looked lost, wasn't offered coffee, buffet needed replenishment, they definitely need more training. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, value for money.

Enjoyed our stay! Food and drinks were really good. Hotel staffs are friendly and courteous. There was a construction beside the pool area though, and while it didn't bother me, i know some might get a little uncomfortable. Nonetheless, everything was great!

It was a comfortable place to stay in. There wasn't much of a view when we peeked out the balcony and it's important to note how close this hotel is to the main road. If you're sensitive to sound you'll be hearing all the cars speeding through. The walls and curtains aren't sound proof. The rooms, on the other hand, are super nice. Their spacious. My friends and I stayed in the room with three room in it and it was good for more than 3 people. The beds were super comfy and each room had a temperature controls. The rooms come with bathrobes and the shower is clean and big. They have a bar to order alcohol but its only open 24 hours if its Friday to Sunday. If it's any other day they only have it until 11pm. So if you're looking to drink make sure you know the time.

I was pleasantly surprised by how pleasant my stay was in Hotel Casiana. The rooms were good as new and the service was sincere. Staff are well trained. The breakfast buffet could have more selections given the expectation that the Enderun brand brings, but other than that staying here is recommended. If you want to get your money's worth, then give this hotel a shot. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Clean, and highly efficient staff. Great if you need quiet to work. Large sources and rooms. Not at the ridge but you'll see it. Needs more amenities. Good price points. Only call out is the sparse breakfast

    1. Room was comfy, neat, and worth of my payment coz i had a flash deal from agoda. So instead of paying 5K++ from their regular discounted weekend rate..i had it only at 3k++ w/o breakfast. 2. Ordered breakfast amounting P380.00 wasnt satisfied. (Better order bf at Reynaldo's smoke house) 3. Cable & tv programs very poor. 4. Wifi disappointing.

I had a great time at Hotel Casiana. For a discounted rate, the suite was actually something I'd compare to a three-star hotel. Also, the staff were courteous and I loved that the pool outside was heated. I'd just like to point out some minor setbacks which I noticed: 1. The suite looked too plain to my liking. Not sure if this was the motif for modern design but it would be nice to be welcomed by a room with a homier feel on my vacation. Maybe some framed paintings on the wall or flowers in a vase would help. ๐Ÿ˜Š 2. The suite didnt have a sink in the kitchen area. It felt disgusting to have to wash the mugs and spoons in the bathroom. 3. Some of the food at the breakfast buffet was more of something people would have for lunch or dinner like the pancit and the stir fried chicken. For a Filipino breakfast, I was hoping for something like beef tapa, corned beef, sausages, eggs, etc. Also, the servers didnt seem to know much about the food they were serving when asked. 4. One of the servers had sweat dripping from his forehead while putting food on our plates. We couldnt help but think about how much sweat had dropped onto the food we ate. Hopefully the management would address this to the staff politely but also effectively so it doesnt happen again. It would be nice to stay at Hotel Casiana again next time with a much better experience. I would definitely still go back. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I recently celebrated my birthday here. They have a complimentary slice of cake and a greeting display on TV (the bouquet of flowers was a surprise gift from my husband and was arranged by the hotel). The room was cozy and big enough for the 3 of us but the bathroom was small. The room was not carpeted, only tiles that look like wood but it's fine. We had their buffet breakfast. For 3 mornings, the food they serve was almost the same. These are some of the food they served: rice (plain, garlic), arrozcaldo, champorado, sausage, bacon, tapa, corned beef, fried tawilis, longganisa, cereals (koko crunch, corn flakes), eggs, pancake/waffle, veggie salad, etc. For the amenities, they have an outdoor heated swimming pool, gym and play room for kids (with a fee of 100pesos). Sky Ranch is also near the hotel but unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we didn't get to visit. Their location is good because there are so many restaurants near the place. The hotel staff was nice and helpful too. Overall, we had a very relaxing and stress-free staycation.

We celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary here and had a relaxing experience. We stayed at the Casiana Suite and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. My husband was able to connect to their fast internet as well as he had to work for a bit and attend video call meetings. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with great customer service and an awesome big heated pool near Sky Ranch! Sulit stay! Thank you Hotel Casiana!

Very good facilities and amenities.. Pool area is well maintained. Employees greet you every time which makes the stay more enjoyable. Spacious parking although signages for entrance to parking could be improved to identify where cars should enter. Highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and pleasant, with a balcony. The toilet is high-tech, with a Japanese seat warmer and an automated bidet. Great location with spacious parking area. Lobby and cafe area feels luxurious. Buffet area is quite small but good enough for their guests. My only bad experience is the check-in time. They were one hour late and the staff didn't even apologized - as if it's a normal situation. If we don't have senior citizens with us, the room might take longer even.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. We'll definitely visit this hotel again!

The hotel rates are good, for our pool view twin deluxe room, it costs an affordable price... The place was so clean, foods are great and so delicious. The hotel staff are attending and welcoming. I hope to get here again...

Spotlessly clean, modern, and comfy accommodations. Plus, I really liked the top-of-the-line Toshiba air purifier. Definitely international standard! Kudos!
