    Hello, I would like to acknowledge your terrible customer service. Jay Ar said that the repair for our unit would start today(Monday). No updates until now and the car has been with your branch for almost 3weeks. No priotization. No care for customers. For this message to be a constructive criticism, I think your management should analyze the performance of each staff. Remove the useless and hire the right people. You are not only ruining your branch but Ford's name entirely. I hope you take action immediately for the betterment of everyone.

    Very helpful staff. I had a problem with the car AC and they checked it even if it wasn't included in the PMS I paid for. As Ford Marilao was newly opened when we went there, the service and the PMS was efficient. Replacement parts came within 48 hours. Although there was one part that took one week (the replacement part had to be shipped from somewhere--it wasn't their fault).

    Just like any other service oriented company, they have pros and cons. Some are well adept with the operation, some are not. Nevertheless, as a customer, we have to be proactive in asking about our cars to achieve the results we want. Been here for several times now.

    Staffs ate accommodating. They can even drive you to SM marilao while waiting for your car maintenance to finish.
