To tell you honestly this is a nice place to leave in ..but it's like buying a house without owning it. I know that there should be rules to keep things in check. But the rules seems to be an overkill. If ever you are interested in buying ask your agent how is the water supply in this place. It is a deep welled water. It really smells bad. It's a good thing we have a three way filter system. But be ready to spend like 1K to 3K a month to replace the filters or else you will find a monster inside your taps. I will show a photo of the filters to make you see what I meant..

Be careful to take houses or lots from Antel as they will take your money away especially if you will pay in installments. Their properties is overpriced for common folks. They are not considerate leaders.

Charming, quite, clean and secured village. Hospital, schools, malls, etc. are near the village and it has great amenities as well. Downside is, considering its size, there is no chuch built so you have to go to Lancaster. Also, aside from water interruptions (seldom), water also sometimes tend to be murky. Commuting is also difficult so be prepared to walk to be able to get a tricycle out of the village.

Place is nice and the admin staff are accommodating to my requests and concerns.

Just passing by but the quality of ambience here exudes elegance.

It's very cozy to live here.

Friendly but firm duty guards. Grab your map for you can be lost. Lots of available lands. Friendly neighbors.

Very nice and quiet residential community. The roads are wide, each village has its own entrance gates and guard house. Security a bit tight. Place is clean.

The place was very cool. We have a lot of memories their, then I would like to suggest it to other people to be there. It so much fun.
