Very classic looking McDonalds! The employees are always cleaning and wiping down tables. In my opinion this McDonalds is the best in the Cleveland area. The service here is fantastic! Highly recommended

Double decker McDonald’s. Rare

Super lame that they would close down the upstairs area. Looks really nice up there. To make things worse, they created a blockade using giant trash bins to prevent entry. What a missed opportunity. Also, none of the available tables are clean. Maybe if they opened the upstairs area, that wouldn’t be the case. This unique McDonalds had the rare opportunity to be the best McDonalds in northeast Ohio. Perhaps it once was in its glory days. Not anymore though. Not anymore.

This is the famous double decker Mc Donald’s. We came for breakfast and I stepped out the car to use the restroom. There comes a moment when you must be blatantly honest. Clean this place up!! It’s total neglect on the part of management. After walking inside, I completely lost my appetite. I usually share my reviews with my mom but, today I will keep this one a secret. She’s happy with her pancakes and that’s what matters, right?? WRONG. Customers deserve beautiful views.

Disappointed. The lady working the drive through today around 3:15 was off putting and cold, she also questioned my choice of sauce which I found to be unprofessional (I know it’s a McDonald’s but still) The lady at the next window just handed me my food and closed the window. When I parked and checked my food they gave me one pickle on my sandwich and the tiniest pinch of lettuce and one sauce. For such a nice looking McDonald’s this place is nothing but a disappointment. Won’t be coming back.

Was reading an article on the internet about weird and different McDonald's locations around the US and world, and this one was right here in Ohio. Had to stop in on the way to a Cleveland Cavs game. Definitely an interesting building, and two stories at that. It's just a McDonald's though. Wasn't really pleased with the food, Big Macs was thrown together, and fries were overdone and not really hot. But gotta give it five stars just for the building and checked something cool off my list.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the McDonald's restaurant located at 6201 Brecksville Rd, Independence, OH 44131. I visited this restaurant with my children on Tuesday, May 29th at 5:22 PM, and had a very unpleasant experience. When we first walked into the restaurant after placing a mobile order, we were immediately struck by the sight of dirty tables. There were several tables with food and drink remnants left on them, and no one seemed to be cleaning them up. We were hesitant to sit down at a dirty table, but eventually found one that was clean enough. Our experience was ruined by the following: * Dirty tables: There were several tables with food and drink remnants left on them, and no one seemed to be cleaning them up. * Unprofessional behavior of the employees: The employees were continuously using foul language and were always on their cell phones. * Nasty-looking chicken nuggets: The chicken nuggets looked gross and I had to ask the employees to remake them. * Overflowing garbage cans: The garbage cans were overflowing onto the top. I am disappointed with the cleanliness, the customer service, the quality of the food, and the overall cleanliness of this restaurant. It was my first time entering this restaurant with my children who were impressed by the upscale, unique look of the restaurant from the outside. I am even more disappointed that the restaurant was not even busy at the time of our visit. I hope that McDonald's will take my feedback seriously and make some changes to improve the experience at this restaurant.

By far the cleanest and most friendly McDonalds I have ever been to anywhere in the nation. Not to mention that building architecture is out of this world for a restaurant little less than a McDonald’s. Well done

The fries were cold, we received no straws for our Dr Pepper that tasted like sparkling waters not Dr. Pepper. It looks fancy but the customer service did not match the rest of the building.

Awful service and got order wrong. Got home and was shorted 2 burgers and food was cold. Waited at the window for 8 minutes watching kids goof around while a line was forming behind us . Ordered 5 cheese burgers and fries, got home had 3 cheeseburgers and 🍟. They even told me what was in the bag when they handed it to us 🤥. Kids just don't want to work these days, not sure if a Manager was around but with the kids goofing off inside I doubt it.

We came on Sunday afternoon around 2pm and the inside was open on the 1st floor but the second floor was closed. The food order came out fast and everything was correct. It tasted good. Only complaint is that the tables were not wiped off or someone wiped them but not very well because we could see crumbs on every table. Overall we enjoyed our meal here.

Restaurant very dirty. No one available to take order. And the kiosk will not let you take off mustard a Happy meal. My daughter is allergic. So I had to order it at the counter which would be fine if anybody would help. Staff walking within like two feet of you without even acknowledging you're there. Very disappointed

I have been pumping my autistic daughter up for 2 weeks now about coming here. We go in to order and my daughter wanted to sit upstairs. At first they refused but I didn't give up until we were allowed upstairs. Once up there, it's absolutely disgusting. Nobody has cleaned. Most of the tables were dirty and the chairs. Our shoes stuck to the disgusting floor! I took a video where you can hear it. 🤣 The trash can was overflowing. Downstairs was no better. Like nobody has cleaned in forever. I'm calling the health department! Because imagine how disgusting the kitchen is...🤢🤮 Almost forgot about the dead fly and dead bee laying on the windowsill.

I want to give credit to this location for their quick and efficient service. Multiple times a week I grab lunch here using curbside and they are always quick and friendly. Exceeds the service given at many other locations. They do a good job overall.

The outside looked nice. (Must-be subcontractors maintain). Dirtiest McDonalds I have ever visited. Floors sticky, windows smudged, restroom with feces on the floor and stool. Cash register mumbling in what seamed to be some strange form of English. Had to ask him to repeat several times. We took are food( reluctantly) and ate in my truck. An absolutely disgusting place. Go somewhere else!

Was handed just a bag w double cheeseburger n fries and a sauce for my nuggets informed her there was no nuggets she looked at me as if I wasn't telling the truth no apologies handed me back my same bag w nuggets closed window had to also remind her I wasn't given my soda got to my work saw that my burger had no onions when I asked for extra onions she took the bag bag remade it by just adding the onions on at this point I was handed my original cold burger I had ordered 10 minutes earlier the young girl at the second window showed nothing but disdain and a complete lack of caring for my order acted like I was in her way asked me if I had wanted a refund and I said I'm simply just trying to get my lunch no apologies no fresh food could've cared less about the whole situation.

Probably one of the best ran McDonald’s that I’ve seen in a long time very efficient. I’m a long time fast food management person. I’m 56 years old. I spent at least 25 years in the business. I no longer do it, but I still can recognize excellence when I see it kudos to their team.

Very dirty inside. Floors needed cleaned. Tables needed wiped. Kiosk had no table signs and receipt printer did not work. No one was available at counter until I called out for help. Sandwich was not hot. Really not a pleasant environment at all!

Walked into dining area around 9AM Saturday anticipating getting mid morning breakfast. Went into the restroom first but couldn't believe how dirty un sanitary. They have hand dryers which seems to be a reason why no one cleans the restrooms if there were paper towels to dispose of. Walls have snot all over and both sinks are turning black with dirt. Smell of urine by urinals also. Didn't order breakfast after that.

When we walked into the restaurant, a number of teenage workers seemed to be having a party in the back and did not notice us waiting for a while. In order to finally have someone take our order, we had to ask if someone could help us at the register, to which the crowd reacted with snickering while peeking from behind their phones. Thankfully one gentleman did take our order, and after the order of one shake wasn’t being given for a while, he inquired if we were still waiting. After that one of the girls from the partying worker crowd finally made the order. Overall very unpleasant experience. We’ll try to avoid this location.

The best McDonald's in Cleveland (probably the world)!!! I eat here every day and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. Awesome atmosphere all around!

Not everyday you see a fancy McDonald’s like this with 2 stories! Nice McDonald’s and all. The service was alright.

GO TO DQ First of all, it is a crime that the grimace shakes cannot be purchased individually. But, after some discussion, my group decided to go get and split a grimace meal after our evening activities finished. We pulled up at 10:58 when it was supposed to close at 11. We were told that they were closed. This is unfortunately to be expected these days, but there are much better fast food restaurants in the area. Dairy Queen in Seven Hills stays open until their closing time. Even if you come a couple minutes after, they will still serve you. It is a much better dining experience. McDonalds, you can do better. You lost me today and in the future if things do not change.

This is definitely a very clean, beautiful place to go if you want to grab a cheap but clean cooked and taste great. There milkshakes are great if you have one you will agree with me and get one everytime you stop by there!!

The girl at the cash window couldn't even bother to look up at us. She acted as though we were bothering her while she texted on her phone , can't say anything about the food since we only got drinks. But their ice cream machine works.

Kinda of annoyed because everytime i make the drive there the upstairs area is closed, having a upstairs in a mcdonalds is unique, you would think people would want to come and check it out so why close it. Probably not gonna come anymore unless in the area but thats not why i give 3 stars, the person at the counter seemed miserable and really made me feel like an inconvenience.

We went through the drive through around 8pm and the kids working did not seem to care about anything but fooling around. I asked for a small deluxe chicken sandwich and I was charged and got a medium meal. The chicken "patty" was so small too. The chicken was about 1/2 the size of the bun and very thin. There was very little mayo and very little lettuce. It tasted good, but could have been a lot better.

Came here for the famed chandelier. Well, it's now outside. Above the entry way. The upstairs is blocked off. Only 1 employee was actually working. You order at a kiosk. They deliver. Or she did. Bathroom was a mess. Out of order sign was just thrown inside. Sinks didn't work.

Ordered quarter pounder with cheese only. Meat patty was not size normally get from McDonalds and only half slice of cheese and most of that was off the burger and just on bun. Entire sandwich was basically just meat only.

Always a pleasant experience. The inside was renovated recently. Two floor McDonalds. Once ordered they will bring your food to your table. Drive thru is always packed but it moves fairly quickly.

When this McDonald's is open, I've had good experiences. Although the past two times I've tried to order in drive thru, with about 30-45 minutes left until close, on a Friday and Saturday, I was told that they were having a system update and couldn't take any more orders. Is this truly the issue, or employees not wanting to stay much longer past closing time to cleanup? Odd that I was given the same reason twice, with those visits being a few months apart.

Dine in states on line that it is open but once I arrived is closed. This has occurred twice, both times are before 4pm on Saturdays. Please update hours online to reflect true dine in hours.

I stop by McDonald's a few times a week. The last three times it is as if the person taking orders is not paying attention. Recent example: Employee: Go ahead with your order Me: Number six with an iced caramel macchiato. Employee: what size? Me: large please. Employee: anything else? Me: that will be all Employee: total is 4.67 Only heard my drink order. Previously ordered an number six again and when I got to the window they said number 2 with a oj and biscuit sandwich. I recited the proper order. They for xed it by adding what I wanted to it and charged me 25 dollars. For the wrong order and the correct one. Will not be returning to this establishment again.

The "two-story" McDonald's: legendary in its own way. I grew up near this place and although it has changed over just the past few years, they always seem to keep the quality and speed consistent. I have been disappointed in the cleanliness in the past but it has improved overall with the renovation. All in all, still a great location and good service with a smile.

Is there a way to give negative stars? This place doesn’t deserve the one star I have to give them. We went through the drive through ordered 2 cheeseburgers fries and kids meal and we didn’t get the cheeseburgers. Didn’t have time to go back tried calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone. How hard is it to check an order before you hand if out? You want to be paid $14 an hour then maybe actually do your job.

I went to drive through. I feel it took too long. I got my food and left. I got home noticed I was charged for my coffee with a value meal. I though it was included with value meal. Tried to call twice later that day just to find out if I was mistaken. I was put on hold and then disconnected. I give up and will choose another drive through in future.

Visited today, the dining room advertised to close late in the evening, arrived at 5:35 and it was all locked up. Beautiful building, wish we could have enjoyed it. Pls update hours so others aren’t disappointed.

They tend to pretty good making orders but!! No matter what time you go they tend to go very slow!!!! One time I even waited 30 for a small fry and soda. Solid 3 stars.

Daughter didn't like the taste of the eggs in the burrito. The restaurant was beautiful.

I went here thinking that I would have a decent time since it was the "fancy" McDonald's. I was dead wrong. I did not expect 5 star service, but the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Half the store was closed off for cleaning. And the food was worse than the McDonald's on Pearl. I used to work at that McDonald's and let me tell you, if your food sucks worse than that one, you have decided to purposefully make the worst food imaginable. I digress, bad atmosphere, bad service, mid food for a McDonald's

Came here from hours away because they said they had a play place THERE WAS NO PLAY PLACE the food made me gag it was so nasty I never want to eat in the establishment again I’m so over it 👎🏼😤

I literally walked in and the man called out my order. Service 5/5 Quality 4/5 Customer service 5/5
