    I love Outback. There steak is so good and there pasta as well. We went here for our anniversary dinner. Something quick and simply that the kids would like the food as well. And as you can see my son loves there mashed potatoes and my daughter likes there cheeseburger with fries she just acted like she didn’t want to take a picture lol. My husband loves it here and this is our go to spot if all else fails. Something for the whole family to eat. Service was kind of slow but our server was so nice and polite that it didn’t matter. Always a great experience when we come here. The food is always delicious every time.

    I just want to thank the staff and our server Catherine, for the great service we received last night for our party of 13 people. From the time we walked in, the hostess was very pleasant. Catherine, and the young lady she was training, were so accommodating and professional and caring. They both made us feel welcomed there! And we did not have to wait long for our food to come out either, which I was concerned about since it was late Friday evening and a large party too. Everything was delicious!! No complaints!! Thanks again!!

    I want to write this review to Megan who came in and saved the evening we was waiting for awhile but she just arrived on her shift took are order and made sure we had the best experience ever I will visit this restaurant again because of Megan❤️ and the food was good

    11/6/2023: Another great experience at Outback in Independence, OH. I don't know if I'm blessed to always catch them at a good time or they're just that good but I will always stick to THIS Outback location. Old Review early 2023: I'm not an Outback fan simply because I've had so many bad experiences at them in different locations. However, today was amazing. Service was exceptional. Our waitresses' name was Ashley B, and she was amazing. Attentive, full of energy, polite, and always smiling. Not 1 complaint of her. The place was pretty empty, which made for a great atmosphere (imo) so we received all of our food very quickly. Everything we ordered was very good. About 20 minutes from entry to eating. We even ordered dessert, and it was out fairly quick and extremely delicious. Don't sleep on the brownie dessert. It's worth all the calories. I promise! The lesson I learned today was only go to the Outback in Indepence.

    Service was the worst one we have never had. At first overall was ok, but when the waitress took the bill to our desk, her attitude was starting show up. She keep trying to take away all the dishes on our desk while we were deciding how much tip she deserve. And she was saying like “ Oh, no rush I just wanna clean up all the dishes “. Wait a minute, she was the person just stand there and stared at us to figure out the tip! Unfortunately, if you want good tips , better to look at your service and your terrible attitude and so impolite kept standing there and try to get her tip and push us to leave. Outback always have good service, but this one we got to mark the waitress.

    My friend and I visited Saturday night. We didn't have a long wait and the manager was kind to sit us near an outlet for me to be able to plug in my portable oxygen tank. Our server Lontonio was nice, professional and accommodating. We felt bad because he had 2 huge parties that were giving him a difficult time but he remained calm. To no fault of his, the kitchen kept sending my friend's steak out rare and she asked for medium well. The manager adjusted my check for the inconvenience. My meal was perfect. I had a 6oz sirloin, veggies, baked sweet potato and blue cheese chopped salad. Gingerbread martini was well balanced, not too sweet, but had too much whipped cream. I'll be back soon! Thank you for being kind and not making me feel bad for my health challenges.

    It was a nice experience. The restaurant was a little busy but we did not have to wait long. There are a few new items on the menu, so make sure you check them out. I did not care for the mushrooms. Though it said it was on the "lighter" side as far as calories. The taste was like a bloomin onion due to the batter being heavy and salted.

    Awful experience, All the way around. Service was unpleasant, Server was kind but rarely came to table, Meals came before our starter salads, Chicken breast was raw. After flagging my server down at least 15 minutes after food was delivered to make her aware.. the manager stopped by at least another 10 minutes after that. The manager apologized, But was not transparent about what he was going to do to fix it. Was respectful, offered to remake it, we declined letting him know we’d like to wrap up and leave, he said “I’ll take care of it”. We wait another 10-15 minutes..flagging down the server AGAIN to bring the check.. in addition, Salads never came after asking twice, We could hear another table near complaining about their experience as well. ended up leaving our check with a different server as ours was not around. Disappointed.

    Our server Mika was a sweetheart and super attentive! Everything I ordered came out perfect! The drinks she recommended were great too( get the rum punch)!

    I decided to sit at the Bar to place my order to Go and thought I'd have a drink while I wait. While sitting, overheard the employees in the back and they were EXTREMELY LOUD. Anyway, should have looked at my food before leaving because when I got back to the Hotel, my chicken sandwich was missing cheese, very little lettuce and the piece of Chicken was so freaking small, you could cut the bread to eat as a half sandwich. Literally! Not anymore. I'm Good!

    (THIS WAS YESTERDAY, MAYBE THEY WAS WAY TO BUSY CELEBRATING OUR SERVER AMANDA'S 30TH BIRTHDAY )Worse experience ever....Been here since 6:30 pm,now 8:13pm..We kept asking for a manager, manager would not come out until now....We had a bowl of chili with dirty silverware,had to eat it with a fork. MANAGER FINALLY CAME OUT AND SAID THEY GETTING KILLED WITH TO GO ORDERS, I POLITELY ASKED WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME,WHY NOBODY CAME OUT TO RELAY THE MESSAGE...MANAGER SAID YOU GOTTA PAY FOR YOUR DRINKS AND DID AMANDA BRING YOU A CLEAN SPOON TO EAT YOUR CHILI BUT I WILL TAKE THE FOOD OFF...SHE DID NOT CARE,DID NOT OFFER ANYTHING AND SHE WALKED AWAY(SHE NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED AND PROPERLY TRAINED)..WHAT A DISGRACE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT....EVERYBODY ELSE CAME IN AFTER US WAS EATING...IT WAS ONLY 2 OF US......THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

    Best service we've seen at a restaurant in a long time. Every employee was hustling. This starts with the manager on duty, Ashley, she instills the idea of helping the customer in every employee. The food was tasty and plentiful. We will definitely go back.

    I really should have taken a picture. But I ordered a rib eye steak, baked potato, and salad. Let me just say my steak was cooked to perfection. Seasoned beautifully. I haven't had such a perfectly cooked steak that was so delicious in a long time unless I made it myself. I wanted to hug this chef. Hubby had steak with lobster mac n cheese. He loved it. I gave him a large portion of my steak , and he even was wowed. I like mine cooked medium as opposed to medium well. The service was great. Can't wait to go back.

    Disappointing visit compared to past few visits. I normally like coming here due to usually being seated quickly and fast reliable service and good food. Today it took almost a half hour just to get addressed for our drinks. It wasn't the waitresse's fault, but she had a very large section. When we finally got our drinks the sprite had no syrup in it and we had to wait again to get something else. Our blooming onion came out half raw and unbattered and uncut. We expected better for 9.99. The salads and main course actually were prepared well. (I was also charged seperatly for a 6oz. Sirloin and coconut shrimp which I ordered as a 20.99 combo but was billed 15.99 steak + 7.49 for shrimp add on) not the biggest deal but dollars count these days. Today's experience overall was lacking. I hope next time will be better. 😞

    I took my daughter there for mother's day and we really enjoyed ourselves, it was about 10 people. We sit at the bar and the bartender was really, really good.

    I gave a 4 cuz they were pretty busy and we had to wait awhile for our dinner. We came in around 6:30 Sunday evening. Hostess was very sweet. Katie was our waitress and she was very pleasant. Great service. We both got the 6oz sirloin always very tasty and was cooked perfectly thank you. It was also very interesting and heartwarming to hear that outback employs the disable as well. That's awesome!!!

    I ordered takeout at 7:09pm. Was given a 7:29 pickup time. When I arrived at the restaurant, at 7:27, I was told that the appetizer I ordered was no longer on the menu and asked what appetizer would I like to replace it with. This is something that should have been done by phone as soon as I placed my order, not wait till I arrive at the restaurant expecting my order! Instead they decided to wait to make my entire order until I arrived at the restaurant! I ordered ahead so I would not have to wait, hence the order ahead option! I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes until I had to enter the restaurant and ask where my order was! Upon entering I found no one by the car side pickup entrance. When I finally made contact with an employee and expressed my concerns, I was told “sorry we’re busy” and still hadn’t received my food! I went back to my vehicle to wait and my food finally appeared! No apologies for the unnecessary wait! I asked to speak to a manager to let him know of my displeasure. I was greeted by a young man who could not have cared less about the situation, which has now caused me a extra 1/2 hour of my time! Again I was told “sorry we’re busy” as an excuse and was treated as if I were wrong for ordering an item, from your website, that you no longer carry! Instead of apologizing and trying to make me feel that he actually cared, he made excuses as to why he and his staff were ill prepared for the light amount of people in the restaurant and unable to handle a very simple customer order issue! I paid almost $70/tip for dinner and an appetizer for 1 person! If you insist on charging a premium for your food I insist that the customer service be of the same level! This entire experience was avoidable with proper management! I would expect this from a hole in the wall greasy spoon, but Outback Steakhouse is a national franchise and should be held to a higher standard, again given the premium price! I would at least like my tip back if not more! And when I arrived home I had to cook the steak I was given as it was raw not even close to medium! 0 stars was not an option.

    Food was good. My people had a problem with a server that was wearing a head scarf while serving and that didn't go well with my people. And they were quick to let her know about their dissatisfaction with her attire.

    This was a 5 star visit; worth every penny. First of all the serving staff was friendly and on top of our needs. Megan was outstanding. She was checking in with us frequently. Also, our food was delicious. I devoured my chicken tenders in no time flat. My friend’s steak was just right. Juicy and flavourful. We will come again.

    We were there late on a Friday. We got a seat quickly and even had our order taken quickly. We ordered drinks, apps and our meal all at the same time. Our food came out fast but our apps came after our meals. Not sure why that was the case but either way, it was fast and that was much appreciated.

    Great experience. Our waitress, Shannon G. was exceptional. Our drinks were refilled quickly and our appetizers, salads, and meals were all very well-timed. Shannon’s friendly, polite demeanor along with incredible service made our experience very pleasurable. I highly recommend this Outback location.

    Catherine, our server, was excellent. My Mom ordered grilled salmon, which she said was delicious. I had the shrimp on the barbie. While very tasty, not enough shrimp. The price for two was more than reasonable. The loaded baked potato was good, the skin had a little too much salt for my taste.

    Service was fine not great but not terrible either. I have to grade my experience badly though for this pathetic steak. Not sure how you can claim to be a steakhouse putting food out like this. I ordered this ribeye medium rare and it came out medium well. They mashed potatoes and bread were tasty and our server was happy to take my steak off the check which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Will not be returning.
