    Fantastic restaurant. Steaks done to the right wellness we ordered. Burger was juicy and flavorful. The steak burger was surprisingly good. It takes a good chef to turn a NY strip to a good steak, but it takes a great chef to turn cheap cut (sirloin?) to a tender flavor bomb. And they did it. Photo doesn't do justice on this dish. The server was attentive. Overall I highly recommend this place.

    Tonight we arrived to Shula’s at 8:15pm unaware that the kitchen closed at 8:30pm;They seated us with no problem,smiles on their faces and made us feel welcome. Our server,Darren,was as professional as they come.He was friendly and we had zero issues with our order. The food was EXCELLENT!!! Better than expected… we are already talking about coming back! Thanks for not turning us away 15 before you closed! We appreciated it :)

    We reserved the private room for our party of 10, and although half our party cancelled the staff adapted and treated us courteously and professionally. Our server, Barb, was the best. She made us feel like we were her only customers, but I later found her cleaning tables and serving many other customers in the dining room. Her attention to detail was impressive, but what made her so enjoyable as a server was her pleasant demeanor and sense of humor. Our experience was terrific and we will be back again soon.

    It was early, service was fantastic. With reservations we got to choose a high top in the bar. Far better service than we expected! Food was excellent, absolutely nothing for picky me to complain about. The only thing Big Daddy had to complain about was no bread, nor did he ask for bread or rolls.

    I searched on OpenTable for Mother’s Day reservations. I made one for Sunday, May 8 at 10:30am. I then searched the menu and noticed that they aren’t open for brunch so I called to ask if they have a special Mother’s Day brunch menu. The man that answered the phone said ‘we aren’t open for brunch.’ I then asked ‘are you maybe having a special Mother’s Day brunch?’ He said ‘no we are very short staffed.’ I said ‘well that’s a problem and it shouldn’t be on OpenTable allowing people to make reservations. People will show up on Mother’s Day.’ His response ‘it doesn’t matter because no one will be here.’ I then told him that was a terrible attitude to have and he said ‘we are so short staffed we haven’t crossed our T’s and dotted our I’s yet’

    Short staffed and my significant other watched me eat my dinner because they forgot her meal. Our waitress was great! The people who was in the cooking area seemed very unorganized. Everybody's food was messed up or forgot a whole meal. This was for SWEETEST DAY

    Best steak I ever had. It was absolutely amazing! The service was great, and margaritas were strong! Definitely want to come back.

    Davia is the best, always smiling, and makes you feel at home. Food is always good too Davia is the only reason I come back to this hotel. The hotel needs updating not terrible, but needs to be refurbished. The only constant is Davia, always a smile, and always goes above and beyond to keep customers happy

    Cool little hangout in the hotel. The bartender Dazia (I think) was so nice and attentive. The morning staff for breakfast were so nice and professional.

    I had the maple mustard salmon, which was good. Perhaps a tiny bit overcooked, but still moist. The mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables were also good. The waiter was friendly, my meal was served quickly, and he checked back a couple times to make sure all was OK.

    Fast service and the staff was friendly. Food was good. My steak was overcooked, but they fired a new one immediately and the second one was perfect!

    The staff was very pleasant and professional. All three of us had the salmon and it was just ok. I would not order it again. The waiter was very attentive.

    Not terrible, food was overpriced. I've gotten a better burger at Red Robin for $8.00 less. Service was very good though

    Our server Darrin was amazing. The food and appetizers were so tasty. If you go there to eat,I highly recommend you ask to sit in Darrin’s section,everything will be 100% done correctly.

    My connecting flight was canceled and American Airlines put me up at the doubletree. Had dinner here(thanks for the $12 food voucher American, totally didn't even come close to buying a single entree). The food and friendly staff definitely helped to make up for the abysmal experience with American Airlines.

    We have called multiple times to inquire about reservations for a birthday party to no avail. The first few people were really nice but there was someone that was asking if we had the money it was really expensive. We never received a call back from the planner at all to check prices or menu for a party of 15. Horrible service

    I ordered the swordfish, which is supposed to be tender. It was not. It was tough, which it is not supposed to be. The good part is they let me order something else. I ordered a spinach strawberry salad that also had candied pecans, dried cranberries and feta cheese. It was delicious!

    Cebrated my birthday. I had Voodoo pasta, husband had a steak. Both were perfectly delicious. Would have given 5 stars if we weren't seated next to office meeting. There were 2 tables seated us and them 🤔
