Mike’s customer service was extraordinary. He worked with us to help custom design a band for my wedding ring that came out extremely beautiful. He was confident in what he explained to us, and was not pressuring in any way. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process, and wanted to make sure we were extremely satisfied before we paid anything. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JARED'S!!! I can not dote on Jessica enough. I lost my Grandpa and best friend in 2018. My Grandpa's patron saint was St. Jude. He ALWAYS wore his St. Jude necklace. After I lost him I inherited his St. Jude necklace. I wanted to wear his necklace, but was so scared something would happen to it. So I asked Jessica to help me create an exact replica of my Grandpa's St. Jude necklace . It is phenomenal! I could not be more impressed with my necklace, and the service I received. I worked with Mike and his knowledge base, experience, professionalism and genuine warmness was very much appreciated. I bought a diamond engagement ring from James Allen and wanted someone to verify that the center pear diamond was not exhibiting a significant bowtie effect. Saundra and Mike helped me and my Fiancé create a custom wedding band to accompany my engagement ring. The process was seamless. We looked at what we wanted, drew up the plans, send them in with my engagement ring, and received a printed picture of the ring and a wax model to look at with the actual ring. I’m so excited to get the ring soon and so appreciative for these two who treated us like family. I’m so happy we chose Jared. The whole team is a dream. Let me start off by saying Mike was fantastic! We had questions about some current rings we had, settings and more. Mike was more than professional, personable and welcoming.
