Duplex house ambient space very secluded place. Approach is a but congested but once u get there u can have fun.

The house is neat and well maintained. Close to the river side there is always a pleasant breeze. Location wise this is a little off the main road - ideal if you have your transportation to get around.

I stayed at this place for 2 days, and it was nice. It is located near a river, so you can feel the coolness and breeze in the evenings. It has 3 bedrooms with ample space and attached bathrooms, all within a gated community.

It has a wonderful location owing to it being right next to the river. It is both a great place to gain privacy/peace of mind as well as a nic view. One can truly relax there. The rooms are also well maintained. The owner GURUJITH* is very friendly and helpful person. It is also close to MALAMPUZA DAM , KAVA ISLAND and PALAKKAD TOWN . Which ensures easy access to food and transport.
