I have two dogs..Sheru who is Indie and Champ who is a German Shepherd. They both were suffering from Parvo Virus and we were having our hardest time. I went to this clinic with lots of hope and am happy to announce that both of them are doing well. They had everything they need it to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis of my puppies. They explained everything I needed to know about my puppy's condition and made sure I understood the what, when, why and how of the medicine they were sending me home with.They had a speedy recovery. The staff members are really friendly and nice. Special thanks to Mr. Himel Kumar Sarkar and Dr. Sujit Das they put a lot of effort and took really nice care of them. Highly recommend!!

Best pet clinic Paws & Tails..Few months ago my puppy had a serious issue with his legs even he couldn't stand properly..I contacted them,very helpful employees and polite behaviour..Dr S. Das is the best veterinarian I have ever seen..within one week my pet completely recovered under his treatment.. Always great full of them(specially Himel da) for best suggestion and services.. I visited the paws and the tails when my golden retriever of 1 year and 6 months was very sick - It later turned out to be a double variant infection of tick fever which was worrisome. Like any other paw parent worried with a complete mistrust in Kalyani's health care system for our loving pets. Himel and the staff of Paw and tails made sure to dissuade my doubts with providing constant reinforcement and assistance through home visits and clinic visits with my fussy young pet. They are cooperative and provide good care to our pets. The time can be lengthy as many patients are allocated but the procedure used to operate the patients are efficient. I could not find a reliable place to neuter my female dog but after looking at the online reviews I contacted paws and tails. I will say that I was satisfied with the treatment my dog received.

I rescued a street cat and brought her to this place. The doctor didn't take the fees and only medicines charges were taken. Even Not the saline charges. They are really humble to any kind of animals. They never send you back. Always welcome you with warm heart. I hope that cat never felt that she is a stray. They treated her so well. And after 2-3 days, she got a new life. She is happy and healthy. I, highly recommend this place. They are doing great job. Paws and tails. ❤

Paws & Tails is the best pet clinic in Kalyani, they are very helpful , and do their service on time. Few monthes before my pet had serious issues with his liver, I called them at midnight aroud 2 and within 1 hour one of them came to my home and started the treatment. Couldn't think of this much help . They are just best.

I took my kitten to Paws & Tails. She was really very ill. She got all the necessary treatment there, even saline and antibiotics were required for her condition for 3 consecutive days. She has required completely now . I'm really happy with their service and care. Great dedication and work by Paws & Tails.

My dog needed two week long dressing on a deep wound. Dr Sujit Das was spot on with the treatment which helped to heal the wound faster. Paws and Tails owners were very professional with the wound dressing and took utmost care to ensure the wound is not infected.

My Female cat is bitten by some street dogs & very badly injured. Then I call a local vet , he prescribed some medicines but when she (cat) swallowed the medicine start vomiting. There is no chance to recovery, almost going to die. Then I rushly go to the clinic with my pet ( Paws & Tails . A Pet Clinic, Kalyani). They treated her immediately with saline, antibiotic & other medicines ( 5 Days continue ). Atlast miracle is done. Now ( after 3 weeks) she is totally fit & fine.
