Typical rude staff. Kept me standing for 10 mins due to their issues with fastag machine/sensor. When objected for not paying toll due to longer wait time, no one baited an eye and they were ready to fight too.

Government should shutdown this toll most of the time specially in night they ask for cash. There charging so much for toll but no maintenance of roads. it's just Government organizad scam

Toll plaza servant services not good he is very slow every person there so much more problems there

A guy came riding on his bike and stopped behind our parked car. Said he is from authority and asked if we need fastag. We did need it. So bought one. He also explained how it works. Great job

Tolls plazas are always same.. Situated near sehore,( obviously) on main bhopal - indore state highway . The toll has fast tag lanes and 1 cash lane too.

Dewas bhopal toll plaza is very neat and clean.

Toll Plaza Dewas is situated on SH 28 at Phanda or Fanda Village. It's a six lane toll and all lanes are Fastag to collect the toll electronically. It's governed by the National Highway Authority of India. This was the Fifth phase under Design, Build, Finance, Operating and Transfer scheme. For this section Dewas Bhopal Corridor Pvt Ltd is managing authority. At this toll little facilities are provided in the form of drinking water and washrooms for gents and ladies. But they failed to provide the washrooms for disabled and no wheelchair access. Restaurants are run by the villagers which are not hygienic. In this segment they have to work to facilitate the passengers using this toll road. It's maintained well but from Khajuri Sadak to Mubarakpur road is not good though at Mubarakpur toll is charged again.

Use fastage and be yourself fast...and dont use fastage lane if u dont have fastage...make yourself 5 min delayed..because non fastage vehicle not allowed in fastage lane
