The team's approach to the sale was that of a supportive, knowledgeable consultant, devoid of the hard sell approach. This was extremely refreshing. What I experienced was a sales team worthy of the leading Japanese car maker, providing dispassionate advise on the car purchase, proactively pointing out comparative elements. This gave me a lot of reassurance and trust in the team. Of note was the extremely professional approach that the team took in reassuring the customer about Honda in general and the car in particular in light of news articles indicating potential changes to Honda's India plans. First let me thank Mr. Rajesh, Sales consultant of Vision Kottayam for his impeccable approach towards customer till delivery. Very good Sales team and service team. All details.of car and buying process explained. Other than the WhatsApp group created for buying improvement, Mr. Rajesh had been in constant touch for any issues like finance, insurance, accessories etc. Please do create a group likewise for service also. Ms Sanu of accessories has explained the various accessories and how they can change the looks of the car. Suggestion:- Please keep photos of stock vehicle and same vehicle fitted with accessories. It will help customer to choose. Have photos of various colours choices. Now coming to areas for improvement. 1) Delivery of car need to be made colourful as this a lifetime event for many. Give some gifts and merchandise to customer as gifts. 2) Please fill fuel tank with sufficient fuel. After taking delivery of car within 800mtrs the warning buzzer came ON with a loud sound. Thanks to minimal traffic, I could reach the fuel station and refill. Heavy traffic or more distant fuel pump would have left me stranded with. A new Honda City with nil fuel in the middle of the road.

Recently purchased a car from Honda thorough this dealership. This is located on the side of MC Road near thirumoolapuram. If you are going from Chengannur side you will find this in the right side after Balikamadom school. This is a small dealership, must say a sales unit and won't find much car for display However if you want a test drive they can arrange it within a day and they get the test drive vehicles either from kottayam or from pathanamthitta. Mrs Anu Kuruvila was exceptional in dealing with the customer. The doubts were addressed properly and also provided really good commitment. She kept her words and commitment and never gave any over commitment. The delay/waiting period was communicated during the initial discussions and also gave concrete dates regarding the delivery/arrival of vehicle which is really good. There was no over commitment or any fake promises which I really appreciate. I really enjoyed purchasing the vehicle from Honda, especially through Vision Honda and would love to appreciate the service provided by the manufacturer and the dealership. Hope I would be getting a better experience during the periodic service as well. NB: The review is based on the vehicle purchase experience and it may change during the service. If so I would be editing this based on that.
