Very rude attitude by the billing guy, did not reduce a single rupee from the charges. And I am OK if that's their policy, as wholesale prices, but everything can be conveyed to a customer in a polite manner. You don't even facilitate some space to sit and stand in your conjusted shop, still it's working because we are coming to buy things. After travelling 20 kms, and purchasing items for 10k, the guy does not answer questions, respond rashly without eye contact, did not reduce a single rupee also, and then after I paid via gpay, he confirmed infront of me with the girl in counter that did she pay the right amount?as if i am running away without paying. Although I got my items of choice but coz of this rude behaviour, i am never stepping my feet again in that shop. But will surely call out the helpful attitude of the boys there, they were patient while I selected my items and I got some really pretty and unique stuff from this shop. To be specific, the god temple. Few things to keep in mind before visiting the shop: 1)They keep only god idols, urli's, very few variation of decoratives, but in all shapes and sizes. 2)They don't keep Puja related accessories like utensils, diyas, bhog thali's or any light weight items. 3)They don't have cooking or eating utensils like kadhai, pan etc.

After exploring plenty of brass statue shops, We ended up our journey with Swethamber Arts. After making the purchase and from my personal experience, I strongly believe this is the best option for Brass statue shopping. Not only brass they deal with Panchdhatu, Copper etc artefacts as well. They have a huge collection, From a 1-inch piece to a 5ft statue, Everything you will find here and that too at a pretty decent price. The staff is extremely helpful, especially the Lady staff. Shop owner Shruti helped a lot in choosing the right product with respect to our needs. I want to mention one salesperson named KAVITA here. She's a true gem. I have never ever seen an enthusiastic person like her. She put her 500% to fulfil the ask of the customer and She gathered great knowledge of stock that too in just 1yr of shop experience. They are pretty lucky to have staff like her. Kudos to her. Spare at least your half day if you're planning to visit this shop because It's huge and you need a fair amount of time to explore everything. PARKING is the BIGGEST ISSUE here. They don't have any authorised places to park the vehicle. They have only a space of 1 car park that is in front of their shop. You can't simply park your vehicle anywhere on the road as the area is high congestion and Police patrolling is pretty high they will lock your vehicle and the person sitting at the entrance is of no use. Neither he will help you to suggest the parking nor he will ensure that you will get the parking slot. Will definitely recommend this shop for all kinds of brass needs.

Loved the selection they have. Spread across multiple floors this place is go to for idols, gifts, home decoration etc. The customer service is unbeatable. Very reasonably priced and you get both traditional and contemporary designs. They ship items also.

I went to the store today. It is spread across 5 Flores with huge varieties and collections. I fell in love with everything in the store.
