Good place for a day outing. Food is good and also there can be electric buggies for internal commute since the activities are quiet spread. The biggest attraction is it’s swimming pool and water activities. The pool is quiet large and has places for the kids section, activities and slides.

This place has tremendous potential but at present the management has a huge distance to cover. The location is way outside Hyderabad. It's not near anything at all. But the property is huge. There is space for everything but everything is falling apart. Maintenance is non-existent. The rooms are clean but one is used to a lot more nowadays. Everything could do with a deep clean. The wash basin tap was producing a thin stream of water when turned on fully. The flush tended to keep running unless one took pains to turn it off with difficulty. The shower mixer didn't work well. The water was extremely hard. One could barely produce any lather. There's a lot of space for walking. I have a habit of waking before dawn. Here it's almost completely dark as all the street lights go off. There are very few street lights anyway. One sees broken equipment like cleaning machines & battery vehicles condemned and lying around. Yes, even non working solar panels. The entire property is overgrown. The rooms are comfortable. The mattress & pillows was really comfortable. But the AC control barely worked. Some buttons were totally jammed. The thermostat was erratic. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were polite and good. I think the problem lies with the management. I'm sure they can do a much better job.

The overall landscape of the resort is impressive, making it an excellent spot for family time. Both adults and children can enjoy the adventurous experiences, such as the thrilling Human Sling Shot. The water theme park is good, although more rides would enhance the experience. However, it's important to note that the costs are on the higher side. Even during less crowded times, offered a disappointing view due to ongoing construction. Moreover, the restaurant prices are also pricey. Overall, the experience was wonderful, but Leonia should reconsider their pricing to match the quality of service they provide.

It is a very nice property. Very well maintained and we'll organized. The staff is well trained and help you at every given point. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The garden areas are nice. The best part is it has fun park connected so along with stay you can be part of various other activities as well. The swimming area is also very good and the rides there are good. Very nice and a best place for weekend getaway

Hotel was decent however if they could maintain their standards it would be great for the amount we paid them . Zero customer service they smile but can’t sort the issues .Rooms were not cleaned when we asked them they reply - it won’t happened usually but we don’t know why it has happened with you ,cups were not cleaned they don't have proper coordination, they don't have their info correctly different people give you different information . The next day after breakfast the room got locked automatically we could not enter in, when we complained about it they made use go up n down for 3 times with out solution ,their manual key was also not working .They took 2 hr to call maintenance person to get it done . No humanity at all after facing so many problems when we talked up to them staff was rude .Duty manger show was not even sorry . Horrible experience we book a resort to get relaxed from our daily life and to change our routine with lot of expects we booked this place and it was totally a worst experience.would not recommend if any one wants to come here for peace n change please do not .we pay big amount and we barely get anything .we have brood and pictures to add how ever we did not get options to add them 😔

This property is too old. Not much of activities except a huge pool. I feel it is too costly for the amenities they have. You get lot of options with half of the price compare to this resort. Worst thing more than 5 years kids they are charging full adult price 1475. Not worth for adults also. They r providing lunch and swimming pool only. For the price 1475. Really worst experience I had.

We have gone for Day outing and splash pool is highlight. people can enjoy water rides, DJ and rain dance. children pool was nice and they will love it. lunch is ordinary and indoor and outdoor games not so special. worthwhile to enjoy and suits for day outing the best. ticket cost is somewhat high but the facilities are normal.

It was a really good place, peaceful and nature touch. It spread over the large area, having multiple places to enjoy, party DJ, pool, resting rooms, nice food buffet, bar and few Indoor outdoor games. It's having multiple packages according to the services you wanna take, I went with a day package which cost me around 1200+GST which was around 1400 something and I spent time from morning 10 to evening 6. That package includes a welcome drink, indoor and outdoor games, pool with DJ, lunch buffet and evening snacks. I didn't take any rooms there so not sure about that. Overall it was a good time and experience.

We visited the resort on a festive holiday on a Monday, hoping the crowd would be minimal. But it wasn't so. We went with a family of 6 for a one day outing- morning to evening. The fee was 1475/- per head, which was fine. If only the food could've been nicer I'd rate it better. It tasted below average. Chicken tikka was somewhat better. Everything else was disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we availed a welcome drink, dived into the pool, followed by lunch, indoor & outdoor games. The pool was clean and quite spacious. The DJ was so loud, we did not speak, we shouted at each other, lol. Time passed real quick during all these activities. Before leaving we sipped in some tea alongside some biscuits & bland samosas. Overall, it was a nice experience for a day-out with family. We decided that next time we shouldn't opt for a lunch package and instead buy the 600/- passes which would offer the Splash(swimming n games) entry.

Nice place to spend time with family and friends. Rooms are good. Staff were friendly. Food was good in its restaurant. Tried different items and all were good. And cost is bit high compared to regular restaurants. Location is good. Many time pass activities available. Enjoyed swimming pool and it's maintanence is good.

Beautiful place , pool is good , food is great , hospitality is good . Room is clean . The only con I found is the bathroom. It's not maintained well. Age of the resort shows in the bathroom maintenance..it could have been much much better. The bathroom alone makes it look like a 2-3 star hotel. Though everything else seems great.

We are currently staying here. I have fond memory of this place and visited after 7 years with children and parents. This place is just expecting returns from their initial investment. All luxury is history. Hospitality is gone for toss. Really sad. 4 piece of milk bread to room is 250 Rs only. Things are not operational mostly. Just zombie land. Wont prefer again

We haven't been to this place in a very long time...the rooms are neat & clean. The staff needs to be trained in customer service & needs to stay up to date on the service being offered (and timing of it). I feel the overall campus has can be further developed and maintained well. The food is good but priced high...

A good resort with a great ambience and located in a peaceful environment. A best place for hangout with a family or friends for the holiday. Especially pool was impressive, big and able to swim comfortable for all age people and rain dance was superb with a punching sound system. This is the one of the best resorts I've ever seen. Definitely recommended! 👍❤️

Went to the resort for my cousins wedding. For the wedding they booked the resort for two whole days. The location was very far way from the city. Staff was least bothered about the concerns that we had. Room service was not upto mark. We stayed there for 2 days and they offered us the same type of food for those two days. Menu was limited and food was just average nothing worth mentioning.

Trip with family along with children's is okay, but carry swim ware and Air balloon(tube) from outside. Food also u can't buy there but we can go outside and eat. Swiggy and zomato are there to delivery our food, but we have to collect from entry gate. Better to book breakfast while booking the tickets. Swimming pool and rain dance are free amenities remaining are chargeable.

This hotel was an amazing experience whole together! It’s great for couple or with friends or also solo at it! Food and drinks and nightlife was very good! Even spa was great experience! Must place to visit!

I have absolutely no idea what has made other reviewers to rate so highly for this resort. Location is very far and secluded. It’s very confusing. Not maintained to even 2 star standards. The worst part is the food. It’s very exorbitantly priced for the services provided. Definitely don’t recommend for family stay!

Wonderful experience in the villa. The rooms are exotic with personal jacuzzi. Very peaceful and serene. Swimming pool is so large and full family can enjoy. Go carting is large and enjoyable. This is not included in the package

The worst experience of a hotel I had here. They gave us a room where flush was not working. I had followed up with them 3 times in the morning. They told its working fine. Evening when I came, it was still not working! I was sharing my room with a office colleague and we both faced the worst experience of our lifetime

Was part of a wedding party...great place with excellent rooms, great food and halls and open air spaces for all wedding related events. A built in a water park with swimming pools and rain areas and adventure zone with go karting, zip lines, rope climbing etc was amazing and a perfect place to unwind.

Location is good but looks congested, good for people who play lot of indoor games. Swimming pool and rain dance is another recreation... Don't expect too much it will disappoint you... Good place but not meeting expectations. 🚩 Food in the resort is a big disaster.

This property is little old, but maintained properly. Not much of activities except a huge pool. You have options for paid activities in an another resort 'district gravity'. I feel it is bit costly for the amenities they have. You get lot of options with half price, but need to travel little away from city.

We had a team event here. Lots of staff, helpful and a well maintained property. Food was surprising good and lots of variety for our buffet option. Pool was quite nice, large and lots of areas for multiple groups without feeling crowded. Changing rooms, locker aea can be much much improved.

A great destination for 1-2 days of outing in our daily busy life. Amidst greenery, 55 kms away from Hyderabad, there are plenty of options including outdoor games like volleyball, basketball, big ludo, snake ladder etc. along with these, indoor games like table tennis, snooker etc people can enjoy. Though cricket, football or tennis is not available. Swimming pool with multiple water activities will make it enjoyable entire day. Food is also having plenty of options in their buffet. Overall great experience.

Ambience of rooms was very nice. Food was great. And the main part- fun activities were time engaging and full of fun and entertaining. The distance between the various areas for food and activities was near. This is a plus point

Very good place to spend some time away from City traffic and chaos. Infrastructure and facilities are good and the staff is also very courteous. Good quality is at par with the expectations and they offer multiple fun activities. Recommended if you want to disconnect from day-to-day activities and have a "Me" time for a few days.

Awesome location. Lots of fun activities and splash area (pool) is lot bigger. Many grounds for playing large groups. Indoor activities are available. Food was ok. Services are good. No dedicated pool as such for kids though.
