This is my first experience in this hospital, which is very good, the behavior of the staffs and doctors(Dr. Jainendra Kumar, Dr. Shakti Pad Das ) , Mr Pawan Kumar here is very good, along with this, the treatment here is also very satisfactory, I am very happy, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for treating my daughter properly. thank you very much .

This hospital is a life saver . I can’t thank each and everyone that took care of my little daughter .I rushed to this hospital on 7 th Jan when my daughter was dehydrated and was vomiting everything that she ate even water . First of all Doctors here are good listener and they do not panic , rather give you the confidence that you need while your little one is suffering .My daughter was admitted and started on fluids .Dr Shakti was very calm and composed and ran tests to confirm what was the reason of the vomit because it didn’t subside even in 3 days .they made sure my daughter is hydrated.. Dr Deepak,Dr Jainendra , Dr Chandan, Dr Neelay and Dr kiran kept visiting us and discussed the next game plan .They we’re pretty transparent and never repeated tests that were already done before .They saved us a ton of money . All the doctors there are just brilliant. Finally she was diagnosed with urine infection and started on antibiotics . The nurses there are amazing and made us feel Pritha is their little sister .Thanks a lot Mercila, puneeta, Anupam’s and Deepanti for bearing with the impatient mother who literally did not know what to do . Thanks to the HR Mr Rishi who took care of the hospitality and made sure cleanliness was maintained .. finally the staff at the reception Mrs Meera and the other two ladies ( sorry I do not know the name ) , Mr Rohit you guys deserve a standing ovation for the relentless hard work and the smile that you guys maintain on your face for the entire day . The canteen there in the first floor is open throughout the day and serves homemade food.. that is a great facility one can have .Thanks a lot for the right diagnosis and make us feel at home . If anyone wants the best pediatric treatment in ranchi at reasonable price please do not go anywhere else .. Ankursuperspeciality hospital is the best .They make sure to call in the best specialist to treat your child . The only one person who was very irritated with me probably was the house keeping manager who made sure I do not get blankets or pillow cover … (lol) he never smiled … FYI- my 13 month daughter was home after 6 days and is doing well .

Dr.shakti sir help my child from core of his heart.... gave immediate therapy and handle the case deeply...Dr chandan sir and Dr Deepak sir are too very caring and friendly in nature...all the doctors have together counseling for each and every patient...In my case..we need the ortho consultation which they provide the best in ranchi ie, dr.mujammil sir which diagnos my child issue and suggest me to take further discussion... Need to take care on some petty things like mosquito repellent machine should be there inside the entry and exit gate Need to maintain room or waiting area temperature with some centralized ac. Need waiting area for night sleep Not much..thanks

I visited this hospital for surgery of child. This is very good hospital with skilled team of pedia surgeons. Especial thanks to Dr Jainendra Kumar who drived the entire surgery smoothly with proper communication to attenders which is really appreciable. All staffs are good in their profile thanks to Pawan for proper co-ordination through out the visit. Some minor hiccups during discharge may be due to protocols but I personally feel that can be improved. All nurses are good in their work. Not much good experience in terms of canteen. Rooms are clean but attached bathrooms would be expected in some deluxe rooms, again a personal thought. TPA is co-operative and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at this hospital. The Tpa manager Ms. Rishi was very supportive and helpful. Doctors gave sufficient time and listened thoroughly which is rare nowadays. Most doctors start prescribing medicine the moment a patient opens his mouth. Overall the hospital is good.

Dr. Jainendra is good. But the hospital staff has no idea of schedule of the doctors. They are out and out liars and make you wait for a very long time to make a few bucks. They will test your patience. They don't value patient's time. Waiting area has insufficient seating capacity and there is no social distancing. Chances of transmission of communicable diseases is very high here. Another doctor was rude to us as well. Parking is another problem over here.

I am highly delighted to share my views for Ankur super speciality children hospital. They are dealing with patient their atendent in a well systametic manner .
