I have enquired many Gym around the erode and finally took admission over here and I can say that it was an best decision of mine. Trainer : They make ensure all the format and posture is correct, they will given attention to every member. Ambience : It newly build Gym so obviously it will be neat and clean, planning to add more equipment’s and even they will setup a boxing class if they get enough members. Timing : Okay now this is the best part this Gym is open 24/7 so you can go at any time just you need to pay a very minimal amount if you go in odd time. And also it’s women friendly gym, and there are few members who come for workout. Don’t think more just be motivated and build your personality over here. You will never regret on your decision.

Best gym in and around erode. Value for money. Recently opened and I almost enquired all the gym in erode everyone is charging high compared to this. The owner is not money minded. I am from Chennai I just want to do workout for one month. He said just pay the monthly fees not mandatory for admission fees. So paid the monthly fees alone and started going there. Gym equipments: You have almost all the equipments to built your body. They have seperate section for warmups and workout for abs and seperate section for muscle building.
