Very very bad service . Worst Service given to passengers. Our family really suffered a lot almost more than 15 passengers lives were in danger. Very very Nalayka... Definitely don't take this service of this Tours and Travels . very Haram khor..

pathetic service. bus will not work for 4 5 hours. and they’ll not manage alternate bus. kept us waiting for 4 5 hours both times. fraud company.

Very bad service by Sunil Kangane owner of Rani tours and travels if you have care of your self and family then you cannot effort this plzz we are facing so much problem he was very care less and he does not proper management we took his service and the buss was fully damage and 1 also part of the buss was not original and all parts was fully damage and in his service he not effort the proper driver and takin g so much money from the customer we during traveling we face many difficultly and many obstacles bus is not available in proper condition all bus was fully damage owner of the Rani tours and travels he cannot took any care of customer we take but in few hours between 30 km the gear box of bus was not working and we repare by us only and owner of bus was saying that money of all this take by party he is not responsible for any of condition do not effort this travels

Worst pathetic Service... Worst management worst driver. Worst traveller bus. In two days two times it broke down. We total 24 family members are currently facing lots of issue here. Currently Stuck on road. Sunil, the worst traveller agent. He doesnt care about us. He not even consider alternate vehicle option when vehicle broke down 2 times in 2 days. Please don't go for it. I request you if you want to secure your life and maintain peace of mind then please dont consider Rani Tours & Travel, Kalyan.

Bhangaar vaale buses bhi aapke buses se jyada achi and smoothly chalti.. oh sorry.. daudti hai🤡. You gave that bus for 2 days which has very poor maintainance and servicing. Coolant leaked inside the Engine, brakes literally FAILED, gears doesn't operate smoothly. How you can give that bus to your dear travellers which has so many problems. Imagine DEATH 💀 of all your dear travellers due to your bus getting out of control. You literally risked your passengers life by giving a FAULTY bus that too for travelling through a GHAAT.

Dirty service....not taking responsibility of passengers.....bus is not in good condition....not supportive owner and driver is also not skilled....

The whole experience was worst ! If you care about your family and lives please never ever book this bus . These peoples are playing with lives. The bus they were providing to us was totally damaged. On the way to madhi and jejuri we repaired this bus two times while travelling and second time mechanic said that within few minutes of driving the handle of bus would’ve locked and the breaks could fail !!! We were in the bopdev ghat at that timeee !!!😡😡😡worstttttt
