Buying experience was good, but product seems to be an issue, in first wash itself color came out for 3 dhoti , reached the store with help , they instructed to do dry wash, but color did not go. So overall experience with dhoti is very bad as first time buyer.

This store is one hell of a stockist. They have every kind of Odisha sarees serving every kind of budget. Bigger showrooms seems to be small in front their creations. Awesome uncommon designs. Don't believe me? Please pay a visit. This place deserves infinite stars. The shop owner, Mr. Patra, is really helpful while choosing and the employees are well informed too. This review is purely non biased and coming from a customer.

Went there to exchange the saree bought a day before because it has stitching default and the exchange saree was 300 lesser than the previous one ( to be exact 9750, earlier one was 10050 ) i didn't even check the retail price while exchanging as i thought it must be same and just asked the owner's son that the price is same right but the dude said ( in egocentric way ) i gave you ₹300 discount i thought great experience at the end we got discount right? who cares how he said but i had doubt in my mind and i immediately checked the price once i reached home( should've check their only) and the retail price is ₹9750 and I'm writing this review after checking it. Why he has to say that while he's not giving a single penny discount, we didn't even asked that actually sucks, hope he shall read this review. Also i shouldn't lie earlier experience was good and his father has great salesmanship skills, he knows what suits you the best.

Poor quality.. This place should be banned from using the word heritage from their name. They are selling all synthetic materials. They don't have a single article which is handloom and natural.they are looting innocent people. I hardly suggest not to buy from these fraudsters

Worst material. After using 1 tym after drywash the material of the cloth melted away, because of low quality of material and high cost is taken away by the shop. Don't bye the product from the shop.

Have purchased some amazingly beautiful sarees from this showroom. Cordial and helpful staff. Products of different ranges and varieties are available. So in case someone thinks that since it’s a big showroom, only expensive collection would be available, then that’s not the case. They have products of all ranges and all varieties. My relatives have loved the collection and wish to connect to the showroom manager to share to my friends and relatives who wish to make their purchases. We have been going to their shop in Puri for a good 25 years now and have never been able to leave without buying a sari. Their behaviour and hospitality is impeccable.

We go to Puri every year and since last 10-12 years atleast Bhima Patra is one of the main attractions for us at Puri. The variety is just immense.. not only in terms of types of saree but also quality and price range. This is possibly by far the best store at Puri. We always recommend Bhima Patra to all our aquaintances.

The price is very reasonable and the quality of saree is very good . They have a nice collection of sarees and the staff is very warm and helpful.

We had purchased from this store last year on visit to Puri. It was a good cottons purchase although we felt prices were very high. Recently based on the product experience, we purchased through WhatsApp call, the owner's son Mr Ayush attended my wife and myself, we are highly annoyed because he has cheated on the fabric and price too. He sent defective and stained sarees and on return and reselection, charged us higher rates for the same quality and that too the fabrics available locally at a much more economical price . Never recommend his store. Absolutely no business ethics at all. Do not buy from him.

We shopped with them through WhatsApp call recently. Experience has been bad, sarees which are locally available in Bangalore, they charge fancy and exhorbitant rates. Product quality is average. It's not worth buying from them.
