I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at G1 Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. My father was diagnosed with a liver condition, and we sought medical advice at G1 Hospital. What followed was a series of concerning events. The hospital conducted numerous tests, which cost a substantial amount of money, and yet they failed to provide a clear diagnosis. The doctors appeared inexperienced and couldn't pinpoint the exact reason for my father's liver damage. To make matters worse, they conveyed that my father's liver condition was critical, causing immense fear and anxiety for my family. It was an emotional and financial burden. In desperation, I decided to seek a second opinion from another hospital. To my astonishment, the new hospital provided a completely different assessment. They found my father's liver to be in a non-symptomatic and perfectly fine condition. We were charged a fraction of what we spent at G1 Hospital, and more importantly, they understood our concerns and provided reassurance. This stark contrast in diagnosis and the enormous price difference left me deeply dissatisfied with G1 Hospital's services. The lack of clarity, the financial burden, and the unnecessary stress inflicted on my family are unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking medical care. I urge G1 Hospital to seriously consider the quality of care they provide and the impact it has on patients and their families.

Everything, other than a slightly higher costs of the services, is fantastic. Our stay at the hospital was very comfortable. The chores and activities of the staff are highly synchronous to the need of the patients. Nobody needs to be requested to do his/her job... They do it spontaneously. Doctors, nurses and the non medical staff is also prompt in their duty. I would have given five stars only if the hospital be a bit lower in its costs of services. Fees and costs seem a bit higher than what they actually should be. I particularly appreciate the Pharma shop in the hospital premises. They are extremely cooperative and helping in nature. Available 24 hours. Shouldn't finish without thanking the security staff at the hospital. Hospital is really full of hospitality, skill, facilities, care and promptness. Seems to be the best hospital for the Gastrointestinal diseases and problems. Thanks

We will highly recommend that Nursing Staff should be well trained and experienced as well. As in our case 3 -4 attempts failed while inserting needle at the time of admission. Cleanliness is maintaining properly. Doctors are very friendly and giving proper time and treatment. Overall service is good.

Recently had my laparoscopic procedure performed under the best best medical GI surgical team. Being my self as a medico they treated me so well. Very good hospital for gastro enterology but also treat equally if patient found other issues. We came here from other hospital where we took treatment for nearly 10 day and we reliefe here within 2-3 days.
