It has been an incredible experience. The school has offered me the possibility to deepen into the practice of yoga as traditionally taught. The teachers have great knowledge of yoga and they teach it from the heart and with great commitment. Accommodation was also great.

This summer I did the 200h YTTC and it has been one of the best experiences in my life! The whole experience was great: the theory classes, the practice sessions, the meals, the excursions on our free day, the installations, the location.. and specially the professionals 🙏🏽 thank you so much for all your support, knowledge and positive energy before, during and after the training.

Really loved Aatm Yogashala!! Complete paradise in Rishikesh. Amazing decorations and places to relax and rejuvenate. Yoga classes were of high quality and many options in the courses. Amit Guru Ji is best Yoga teacher in Rishikesh. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was amazing- best I’ve had in India. Rooms are clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend to others and to come back.

I practice Hatha and Ashtanga yog from Aatm yogashala and i learn many things from here. They provide deep knowledge of asanas, they mainly focus on proper alignment and adjustment, which i experience the most. The Environment Is soo good and calm, teachers are friendly.The view from Yogashala is mesmerizing. View of Hills,clouds and river Ganga is beautiful from there. I recently completed my yoga trainer’s course from Aatm Yogashala. It’s a very well curated course and the teachers ensure that you approach yoga with the knowledge and understanding of how it impacts the body and mind. It’s not just about learning to do asanas but also understanding the science and the philosophy behind them. My teachers, Vineet ji and Khushbu jee were both so committed to my learning. Khushbu ji is so thorough with the theory part of it and makes her lessons very engaging and simple to retain. I’m especially grateful to her for the meditation and Ayurveda lessons, and keeping it all so authentic with mantras and chanting. Vineet ji is an excellent physical yoga teacher and he not only made me practice the right techniques for asanas but also painstakingly elaborated the benefits and guidelines around who should and shouldn’t practice certain asanas. If you’re looking to take your yoga practice forward by becoming a certified trainer, I recommend Aatm Yogashala to you.

The Aatm YogaShala 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course was exceptional. Neeraj, the Ashtanga teacher, brought immense expertise and passion to the class. His teaching style was inspiring, making the Ashtanga practice truly transformative. Highly recommend this course for aspiring yogis.

This place is awesome. I did my 500hr yoga teacher training course from aatm yogashala and absolutely loved the experience. The teachers here are so great in their work and make you feel so comfortable about yourself and your bodies. They guide all the students according to their need. On my journey to Rishikesh in India in October 2022, I had planned to sign up for my 300H Yoga training with another school. However once I stepped into Aatm Yogashala, they where so kind to invite me to the graduation ceremony of the generation prior mine, I meet the teachers closely and followed my heart. I end up signing in Aatm. I felt well guided and taken care of. Was a bless to have Noelia, Neeraji, Rakeshji as my teachers. I highly recommend this school. I stayed one month at Aatm Yogashala for the 200H Yoga teacher training course, and it was an incredible, rich and human experience! Lovely staff always taking care of us, professional and so kind teachers who push us to our limits to give the best of ourselves! I felt like a family surrounded by wonderful and caring friends. I finished this experience grown with a brain full of knowledge and a heart full of love! I didn't want to leave this magical place and I will definitely go back soon! It wasn’t easy to pick one of the schools to do my 100/200hr TTC in Rishikesh, but I am beyond happy I decided to go to Aatm. The program, the staff and all teachers were wonderful and shared with us their deep knowledge. Not only did I learn and got to experience the yogi lifestyle but I also made friends along the way. I loved it there and would recommend to anyone.

I had such a profound and deeply transformative experience during my training at Aatm yogashala. The teachers are amazing specially Ravi sir and Jaggi sir and held space for each of us to learn and grow both individually and as a group. I arrived with much anxiety and left with so many new skills, insight and friendships which was more than I could have ever expected. It was a very healing journey for myself personally and the wisdom imparted to me by the teachers has given me a whole new perspective on yoga and I will carry it in my heart and continue to practice and grow with this knowledge each day. Staff is really good and ready to help at any point of time. I personally experienced good services and cooperation when i wanted my schedule to be adjusted as per my convenience. Yogi Sandeep g has been my instructor during the journey and I had great learning experience. Though attended classes online but still impactful.

My experience with Aatm Yogashala was very powerful. To be there for a month in their 200hr YTTC was a pure awakening. Their team work as a family and give their best to make you feel like home. Teachers are so inspiring and their way of teaching goes beyond expectations. After this experience in there, I feel that the real path in yoga just started for me. I did some research about yoga schools in rishikesh before joining Aatm Yoga and then decided to join Aatm Yoga. Starting from Amit Deswalji to each and every staff have been very kind, proactive and supportive to all the students. The Gurus were very disciplined, punctual which was inspiring as a student we emulate them. All the Gurus Ravi ji, Jagjeet ji, Kalpendra ji, Rakesh ji, and Neeraj ji had great knowledge and their own unique, amazing way of teaching and engaging. Not a single class we found disengaged or disconnected. Learnt a lot from all of you and wish to come again. May be you can have one day in a month or quarter or a year for ex students to meet and interact with teachers for any queries, help etc. The food quality, was also very good and thanks to Deepak ji who would cater to any individual requests. Aatm yoga also kept various programs Bhajan’s, dance excursions which were very exciting and connecting. I highly recommend Aatm Yoga for your Yog TTC. Thanks to Aatm yoga school and the staff.

Aatm Yogashala is a professional online and offline yoga teaching located in Rishikesh, India. We have been associated with them for more than a year and are currently taking two regular one-on-one online classes from the school. Our kid is also taking online kids class and he enjoys it. The coordinator Mr. Anusuya is very helpful and accommodating in scheduling our classes. The teachers Vinit Ji, Divya Ji and Kavita Ji are experienced and give their best for us. We feel comfortable and welcomed in the friendly teachers.

Aatm Yogashala offered me an unbelievable experience of Yoga TTC in Rishikesh. It is my first Yoga Teacher Training Course, and I already decided to come back here. This yoga school is amazing!! Every yoga teacher is top level. The atmosphere is spiritual and welcoming. I really improved my knowledge and practice. Also food is very good and satwic. Can't wait for coming back!
