It was very beautiful day. Best place for photographers and bird lovers. Very best knowledgeable service and local guide to give you a wonderful tour of the place. He also gives good insight of birds. Rates are very affordable. Best way to book with prior appointment to get the better tour. A must visit destination !

Been there twice, my advice would be to call and check 2 things with the boating person in advance 1. If they have boats available early morning for bird watching 2. If flamingos are there or not If you don't get to see the flamingo then also I will say it's a magical experience to do boating at sunrise time, all the sunrise colour makes the water more beautiful. When we went first time we didn't get to see flamingos but we watched so many other migratory birds from very close. If possible take the binoculars with you for better experience. Watching flamingos and their beautifully colourful feathers was wonderful experience. The total boat ride time was 1-1.5 hours. There is limited parking available for 4 wheeler. There are some photobooths also available. Try your best to reach before sunrise for closer view of flamingos. I did not had camera to capture the beautiful fast flying birds but attaching few clips from my phone for reference. Must activities to do I would say.

These birds are very beautiful and attract people and we can see actual Nature how it looks like and we can get amazing experience in between our busy life . Superb place for one day outing with family and friends. The best time to be here is between November to April first week. You will find a lot of migrated birds at one place.

This place is a must visit if you love Wild life, specially migrated birds. Some very beautiful birds including flamingo can be spotted here. Lot's of options are available for food on highway. Boats are available along with guides at very reasonable rates. We booked it for 1000 rs for 3 people for 1 hour. As per locals, best time to visit is between November to March .

Awesome experience. Fantastic boating and migratory birds watching. Flamingo watching was test to the eyes. Team of Vijay, Sachin, Somnath and Rushi made our experience unforgettable. Night stay at the tent was amazing. Food was awesome. Great teamwork!

It was my very first time to visit any bird sanctuary...but it was a worth one!! We hired a boat and Akshay guided very neatly with detailed information about the birds...here we saw many types of birds we don't have chance to see in our daily life...and the main attraction here was the flamingo.!! We got chance to see them..but as they are very shy type of birds..they just flyed away as we got there...! But we enjoyed the trip...and one who is nature lover should try this!!!

Wat a memorable trip it was! We spotted so many exotic birds. Ofcourse the flamingos were the major attraction. Kids were super happy. Stay options are not very many. Decent home stays are available nearby.

Huge species of exotic and Indian birds to witness while riding the calm and huge water spreads during boatride. Had a great guide Mr. Sachin Devkate who had good knowledge of different bird species and the locations where these birds can be spot. The boatride lasted for approx. 3 and a half hours and cost for it was 2000₹. One boat can accommodate around 6-8 people and you have to pay per boat not per person so for family it's not that costly. Overall it's a must try experience for children to adults everyone to experience the beauty of nature and astonishing birds which visit this place from Australia, Alaska, Africa, Europe and what not !

Our tour guide Mr. Sachin at the bird sanctuary was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience truly enjoyable. He also pointed out unique bird species and shared interesting facts about their habitats and behaviors. The trip was well-organized and ran smoothly, and we felt comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this tour and our guide, who truly made the trip a memorable one.

The best time to visit Bhigwan Bird Sanctuary is between the months of November and March. But, if you want to witness its true beauty you must visit this place in February. This is because a lot of rare and beautiful birds migrate here during this period, including the flamingoes.

It was great experience. If you're so stressed then you must visit this place you'll find a peace here. You'll see various species of birds here. Flamingo is the main attraction of this place. Other than that, you'll see grey heron, osprey and many other birds who come here from various countries like Russia, Mangolia, etc. Bird watching can be experienced more effectively by taking a boat ride. This place is on the Pune Solapur Highway.

Very nice experience, guide have sufficient knowledge about birds and areas around. They provide binaculer for birding. It takes around 2 hr. To complete the round via boating. It is recommended to carry a telephoto lens camera.
