The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. We had less oxygen problem but the hotel staff helped us alot they provided us oxygen bottles.Super cooperative staff. I am really grateful for their cooperation and concern.They never denied our any request. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.Overall experience was awesome 👍 and outstanding [8 may 2023]

It was a great quality vs price stay, breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly, it was clean. No problems in staying overnight in the city and you can access the hotel easily.

I must say This was the best Hotel i have ever visited. The staff was so helpful. Specially the two persons - Captain Jack and Mr Sonu. These two guys made our stay so cozy and awesome. I celebrated my wife’s birthday at this hotel and they arranged cake and setup very nicely. Coming to details - rooms were so clean and everything was there, Dining Hall was very spacious and clean. We daily had an awesome and tasty meal. They have multi cuisine restaurant, without any doubt I can say they offer a variety of food and prepared by professional chefs. Ambience and Garden area were so cozy. They treat you as real "Atithi" and welcome you with a great gesture and smile. Room service is very fast.. We thank hotel team for giving us a memorable experience.

The entire staff is connected with walki Talki and because of it ,it's service is very fast. The food had awesome quality both at dinner and breakfast. Sangaylay Palace is an excellent example for good food and hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staffs are attentive and services are amazing. Evening bonfire and music was icing on the cake. Thanks to Mr. Sonu, who planned our trip so well. Captain Jack and Mr. Sonu recommended some of the sites which had really amazing view and i and my family enjoyed a lot. The knowledgeable staff made our journey a memorable one providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction.

Very good hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Good quality food. The garden area is very beautiful with Apple tree all around. This hotel is a bit far from Leh market, however they provide free transport from hotel to market on demand. The staffs are very friendly

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, beautiful location, extremely professional staff, nice food and great level of service. Shuttle service to market, born fire in evening with soothing music and oxygen cylinders on demand were some more add on services which made the stay more pleasant. Special mention for manager Mr. Sonu for his professional attitude and helpful nature. Definitely a complete value for money experience for all of us(3 families stayed for 2 nights).

Excellent week long stay with my family. This Hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean, the mountain view from the rooms is breathtaking. The information provided and the images put on website are identical. Most importantly the entire staff is amazingly well behaved, polite, helpful and hospitable. The view from the rooftop cafe is spectacular and gives a 360° view of an unbelievable landscape. The entire staff is humble and warm. They offer you the best itineraries according to your timeline and try arranging for the best rates without commission with the cabs. I am looking forward to visiting again with my friends and chilling in Leh!

I stayed here for a month or so. This is a decent place with a very nice staff especially Cap Jack. The service and food was beyond par. The staff is very friendly and hard working. So overall, my stay was really good.
