C grade hospital. They didn't give admission during covid even when beds were available. No transparency. Didn't allow cashless or pension diary during covid. Added additional costs for treatment which weren't given. The call hardly gets answered at the reception. Total focus is on money making. Pathetic experience overall

Nicely constructed in poach area of ajmer, situated in Panchsheel Nagar, area is developing under construction in Panchsheel. KHRC is well cooled and well maintained medical facilities providing growing hospital in the district. Increasing their facilities day by day. Competitive group in healthcare professionals among corporates. Spacious front and backyard. Medical facilities are good and in favour of the patients.

These guys show that they're professionals but in real they're not. You just keep waiting for the doctor to come and get some information about the patient in ICU. Here's a picture of people waiting in ICU early morning with no clue since they saw the doctor i.e. last afternoon. After that neither staff nor the guard allows you to see the patient or even assistant doctor, like I have seen in most of other cities, where they do. Visiting time is only 3pm to 3.30pm limited to 2 visitors in entire 24hrs. They're running ICU unit with such rules that one will question their intentions to be genuine. Facilities for attendents in ICU is pathetic. Hospital cafes are expensive and useless with very bad food.

We have comed under a emergency for my mother in law Mrs. Anjali jhala age 57 on 08/09/21 as the other dr have refferd us to see dr. Anand agarwal and his schedule time to come is around 1 pm in the afternoon and it got rescheduled for half and hour and now it is been 4:15 pm and the doctor is not been arrived yet. And also as the patient is been taken in emergency then again she has to wait for 3-4 hrs and still the doctor is not been hear is this they service that an emergency hospital with multiple specialist doctors works like. I would request owners and higher authorities to have a look on the same and work on the same We use to spent a lots of money to get some additional services which can save our time in big hospital. But this was not done . Saransh mangal

Worst experience ever so far regarding hospital facilities in my whole life..... I visited with my mom to see the doctor and the people from Radiology department (specifically from X-ray) were very rude to give answers to people. For 1 patient x-ray they were taking 1.5 to 2 hours of time. That is so pathetic, i guess JLN hospital i.e. a govt hospital run their administration in a better manner than this hospital. To Mr Ramesh Kshetrapal (Chairman) of this hospital i guess you need to drill down to the basics of these facilities to run your hospital in a proper manner. Worst experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the hospital, thanks to Dr. Shikha Gupta and her amazing staff. The care and attention I received during my visit were truly exceptional. Dr. Gupta's expertise and compassionate demeanor put me at ease, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I'm grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend this hospital and its dedicated team.

Doctors are good but unprofessionalism is there. There is no management at all. I visited this hospital twice and faced the same issue. You will have to wait for 2 hours just to collect your medicines. Nobody values others' time. Staff is like we are super busy we don't have time. You wait we will call your name. No time management.

Today I with my wife visited the hospital as RGHS beneficiary but found at 7 PM that staff forced me to go here and there to give copy of prescription to them. Give them photo copier. I know Dr.Khetrapal when he was in JLN . Please ask the staff to behave seniors like anything. The staff is not courteous and no proper guidance is given.Keep GUIDES to help patients

The nursing staff specially male is horrible. They don't have work experience as well as emotions to patients. Even one of their male nurse doesn't know how to insert canula, he literally pierced hand of my mother severly while putting canula. I will not recommend this hospital for its worst male nursing staff.

I am very much impressed and satisfied with the physiotherapy department of this hospital. I had knee issues and was not able to lift my knee for an inch even. But Dr. RAMJILAL MEENA from physiotherapy department has personally attended me and in 2 weeks time I can see improvement. My legs can feel the strength and now can lift the knee fully. He is still sure that in another 2 weeks I will be able to feel more strength and better. Sincerely Thanks to his attention and dedication towards the patients and understanding the root cause of the problem and working to get it treated.

One of the best hoplspital in Ajmer. Doctors are too good special thanks to Dr. Kapadia (Heart specialist). Cleanliness is good except comon washrooms including on 1st floor ICU. The only problem with builling counter staff and process of discharge. Once doctor discharge you it will take more than 4 hours time to make summary and discharge papers. We got discharge confirmation from doctor at 11:00 am on the other hand we got discharged at 05:00 pm. Seems that it's management strategy to get entire day charge so your file visited counters and you have to wait for long. Apart from this everything was excellent. Doctors, Security, attendents, cleaning staff all are doing their jobs professionally and hats of to them. Overall we should ignore such small issues and move on. It's a best place for treatment. Thanks everyone.

The doctors in Kshetrapal Hospital are good, but the nursing staff there is very careless and loose service provider, even after saying 100 times, there is severe negligence in the care of the patients admitted in the hospital ward, till 3 days after the discharge, the dietician has still followed the diet chart. Not given, on the day of discharge, even a Narsingh staff did not give medicines to the patient

My experience in kshetrapal hospital was very very good, my patient admitted in hospital last week under neurosurgeon in very critical condition but now he is very fine and now able to walk without support, I like the behavior of drs was so humble and his determination towards the patient was unmatchable, most interesting thing in this hospital was four sharing department's nursing staff and there incharge, they are too good with behave and very intelligent in working, I feel familiar With them, I would like to shout-out Mr Rahul,mr Manoj and Mr Narendra and two female hk staff, sir keep more like them, thank you 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent management at the hospital where Dr. Shikha Gupta practices. The seamless coordination and organization were evident from the moment I walked in. The administrative staff were efficient and helpful, making the registration process smooth. Additionally, the scheduling of appointments and follow-ups was well-handled, showing a high level of professionalism. The management's commitment to providing a positive patient experience is truly praiseworthy. I'm grateful for their efforts in creating a supportive and well-organized environment for both patients and medical professionals.

Pharmacy staff is too inefficient. Consultation will take much less time then the total time that you have to spend standing in long queue at pharmacy where the staff is lost in finding the prescription letter that they misplaced while finding your medicine through each rack - they are not even aware about the location where they have placed the medicine. Prefer availing service from other registered medicine distributer in case you are RGHS or CGHS card holder.

This is to Sincerely Thank Dr Drishya Pillai, Kshetrapal Hospital Ajmer. She had been absolutely so very caring to treat my 11 year old nephew Narendra. Her approach was so patient, gentle and kind. With all her professional expertise she checked upon him, diagnosed, prescribed right tests and medicines. It was heart warming to see her sensitive approach towards children. The hospital staff was also very cooperative and helpful in getting the formalities done. Narendra is now healthy and active. Wishing the very Best to Dr Drishya and to the Kshetrapal Hospital team.

I have undergone a laser surgery of Pilonidal Sinus at Kshtrapal Hospital recently, done successfully by Dr. Vivek Kumar Sharma on 20th Oct and got discharged very next day from the hospital. Now I am completely alright and recovered. Remarkable thing of this surgery is that the recovery period is comparatively very less and leaves no open wound or scar and you can resume your work after two days only. It is great to have taken care off by the expert hands of Dr Vivek, even more that you are doing such advance surgeries here in Ajmer with great proficiency. This is not my only one experience of this hospital but many of times I visited here for consulting other doctors also regarding my family and friends and got very positive, prompt and warm responses by the doctors here. Response of Vice President of the hospital Mr Alok Sharma is also commendable which I would like to mention here as I always found him stand by me and others also solving the problems regarding this hospital, remarkably during the covid period his efforts were truly appreciable. Thank you team Kshtrapal hospital and I wish you will keep your name bright and shining. Prashant Jha

My Corona got treated here during the second wave, for which I'm very thankful, and yes, its a good hospital overall. I've still reduced one star, because I believe staff behaviour could be better. At night, I couldn't sleep because the light was on. When I requested this young guy from staff, he flatly refused, saying that they have work to do, and they need light for it. What work is more important than your patient who can't even sleep properly? It was very torturous. But its just one employee, a young guy... Rest all was great. The 6 day stay's overall bill was around Rs. 95k which is ok, considering its a private hospital.

Staff is not at all cooperative, took 1.5 hours to shift a patient into his ward, the patient was applicable for single room but they denied to provide that and said they were full at that time and also they don't show any proof of availability. A patient seeks facilities if he decides to come to a private hospital but the hospital itself denies to provide us. At last come at your own risk.

  • 4/5 Amardeep S. 10 months ago on Google
Staff really acknowledge your concern but didn’t take it seriously or might be they don’t have enough time or the resources to fulfil the patient’s need on a very 1st request, once you bring your concern to the desk they will surely do it within a couple of minutes, I came here for one of my family member, she’s feeling stable now since the time she got admitted here..hoping for the best for her discharge. Here they have neat & clean washrooms &floor but the cafeteria on the 2nd floor have very limited options that to depends upon the availability. Overall it’s a mixed experience (more then average).

A few day ago I was taken into emergency and I saw the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful. Suraj Rathore Thai, in charge of the hospital. everything worked great They neither wasted any time & nor asked us to fill additional forms or anything like that, as is the case in other big hospitals. Their priority was to take care of arisen emergency, which they did with extreme care. Additionaly, the doctor took special attention to ask me if i was feeling better, as did the nurse. They were extremely kind, helpful and attentive. Also, the beds were clean and the services were very affordable. I was very impressed with the services provided. Thanx

Excellent experience with Dr. Vivek Kumar Sharma, Khetarpal Hospital, Ajmer I recently underwent Hernia surgery at Kshetrapal Hospital, Ajmer and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Vivek Kumar Sharma who truly exemplified what it means to be a good doctor. From the pre-surgery consultation to the post-surgery follow-up, the doctor's care and attention made my recovery process much smoother. Before the surgery, the doctor conducted a thorough examination to confirm the diagnosis. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions, which helped to alleviate any anxiety I had about the surgery. Additionally, Dr. Vivek provided clear instructions on how to prepare for the surgery and what to expect during the recovery process. Dr. Vivek performed the surgery with precision and care, which helped to minimize any discomfort or pain. He also explained the recovery process in detail and provided guidance on how to manage any pain or discomfort. Additionally, Dr. Vivek's communication style was patient-centered and empathetic, which helped to build trust and confidence in their care. In conclusion, I and my family were satisfied with the treatment and would highly recommend him in case one has to go for Hernia surgery. Ashok Kumar Sharma

Disgusting, Health check ups are a joke here for the staff, they take it for granted. The staff especially the eye, dental and ent department just want to shrug off the duty and give you the positive report. Dr.s aren't available in the cabin, had to wait long. Complete waste of time and money. I would recommend never to go for a health checkup in this hospital.

Worst experience, general ward very unhygienic. Doctor behaviour with elderly patient is not good, overall irresponsible behaviour. The staff do not have coordination with doctor, my patient was admitted then even after 4 hours medication was not started. When I requested for the same doctor's response was absurd. I am highly disappointed with the services.

So we went at kshetrapal hospital emergency department...as I come from medical field I could sense my father needs emergency care...as we visited we were immediately attended by casualty staff who were well trained and Dr Sandeep marathe very efficiently diagnosed my father and gave the best treatment...my father was restless but by Dr sandeep's counselling he was really relaxed and started to co-operate him...this was my third experience with kshetrapal hospital and also with Dr Sandeep and must appreciate we were very much satisfied all the times we consulted in emergency...must say this is the best hospital where patients get proper treatment...i must mention Dr Sandeep marathe has been a saviour...he is a doctor who actually treats his patients in the best manner physically as well as gives mental comforting to patient with relatives and ensures good coordination of entire emergency team excellent who worked finely as doctor guided quickly...he explained the details of my father's condition very clearly to us and we were relaxed as he was also counselling and satisfying other patients too all very patiently ..doctors like him feel like family so we don't think twice to consult as we trust completely if doctors like this we are grateful to him and his team and entire kshetrapal team and management👍🏼

Kshetrapal provide excellent care and services. The hospital's facilities were clean and hygienic. The medical professionals were outstanding, particularly Dr. Prateek Kothari (Pulmonologist) and Dr. Dargad(Ortho). My mother, who is an asthmatic patient, had a severe lung infection when we visited the hospital. She suffered from relentless coughing that often led to vomiting. Dr. Kothari promptly directed her to the ICU for a day, followed by 7 days of treatment in the IPD. The nursing staff, especially Mr. Aslam, provided quick and generous support, regularly checking my mother's condition. All the staff members were responsive, arriving promptly whenever we buzzed for assistance in the IPD room. The treatment was so effective that not only did her infections and cough heal, but my mother also did not experience any further illness from the disease. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Prateek Kothari for his exceptional treatment and consultations. The nurses and support staff were sincere, professional, and genuinely concerned about well-being. They took the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions.

Dear Alok Sharma Sir, The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor ( Dr. Prateek Kothari, & Dr. Gaurav Chauhan) put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff (Usha ji, vikrant ji, utkrusht ji , prajapati ji, all nursing staff). was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. Service and treatment is very good. Thank you for taking care of my father
