Purchasing any accessories with this dealer & services point it's an headache... As the did not understand the value of time of customer... To purchase a simple coin cell for car keys they make me wait around 1 hour also the cost of the cell in market is around 35₹ but they charged 200₹ which is 500% costly then market...... So kindly avoid visit such dealers it save your time and money.

First Car is always a feeling... Especially when you don't know anything about technical informations and you need to gift better half something which she never forget. After lots of reviewing and test drives I finally chose Kiger as preferred motoring partner and my choise was Renault Noida 63 showroom and I was cordially invited with a great smile by Mr. Rahul and after that everything was so fast and superb. I was so much confused with type of variant and I changed variant 3 time and colour also 3 times. My first choise was RXT and later changed as RXT optional and finally changed as RXZ AMT Non Turbo. Colour which I booked was Ice Cool white and later changed as MAHOGANY BROWN and finally as Stealth Black. I thought Mr. Rahul will be angry with my unstable decisions but as always he helped me with a beautiful smile in his face. Finally today I got my dream car in my hand and I will definitely suggest both Renault Sector 63 showroom and Mr. Rahul for all my dear and near ones for all future purchases. Thanks to the Renault Noida team for helping me to become the owner of 1st Stealth Black Kiger in North India.

Got trapped by Renault sector 63 , they are sitting to fool people by their wrong commitment. Their service advisor are having no knowledge and just make false commitment without knowing the problem in car. They charged me 40000 rs for a simple running service, and then also I face the same problem with my CAR. I request everyone to please don't come close to this service station ever.

Pros, good sales experience, timely delivery and formalities. Sales executive supportive of all requests. Cons. Refund of excess amount took more time than expected. Staff was polite and understanding about it everytime I called though.

It's good showroom in Noida but ac's were not able to cool the premises.. services are good 👍🏻

I went for the second free service for my Kiger and the experience was unpleasant as - 1. I was over-charged and given zero explanation about charges and consequences of not going for it. Rs. 9910 for second free service is on a much higher side. I have strong doubts if they really did what they committed on paper since they didn't show anything to me while carrying out service. 2. I wasn't allotted even a second to observe my car e.g. cleanliness, functioning etc. The service advisor immediately put the car on the road. The windscreen had internal spots which I cleaned myself. It was a shabby job. Also, one of the buttons to open/close the window has become too tight to operate which was butter smooth earlier. There was no quality inspection. 3. The washroom is filthy and poorly maintained. For sure, I would prefer alternatives for the next services.

The Dealership defrauded me. I handed my car for Service on 19th November and was presented a bill of 15k. On the same day, they send me a message informing me of a winter camp with a significant discount on the Services. The rep never informed me about such a camp and I had to unnecessarily pay at least 4k extra for the same work. I could have easily given my car for Service next day ( during the winter camp), had the dealer informed me.

My experience was good On my last visit at this ws. There location very easy. One thing is very important that there staff very polite, specially miss hema relationship manager was very cooperative person and also provide all things in easy manner.

The overall claims, service, insurance, accessories fitment experience was good but two things that I was not happy with. First, the car cleaning people were not at all interested in doing their work deligently. There were spots all over the car during delivery and I had to ask them to clean it again. Second, I got accessories installed with approx. worth 20K INR and no one proactively informed me that there was a discount of approx. 10% that I could have availed. Only after I made the payment, I was informed about this.

After follow ups I received the video of the suspension which was promised during the handover of my vehicle. Underbody noise is still coming- reported at the time of handing over the vehicle. Proper vehicle check was not done- indicator bulb was fuse, not reported/replaced by the service centre. Cleaning not done properly. Even though it was a Monday and very less vehicles were there, still I had to leave my vehicle and leave for home- staff is lethargic .

Reasons 1.Before delivery, no checks carried out. 2. Lights were out of focus and aligned on pointing the fault. 3. Breaks were making metallic rubbing sound, brought to notice, but was informed that car was washed after drying will get fine, till date the sound is increasing. Have informed Mr Nadeem 4. No test drive carried out. 5. Car average before repair was 12.6. On delivery average noticed was 11.5. God knows what happened Thanks

The waiting time is too much. I arrived at 10:30 am and after 1 hour the engineer came and checked the vehicle. It should be done quickly. Why are we wasting our time. Other than this everything was good.
