And now faridabad has got really amazing , authentuc kashmiri cuisines to enjoy. They even have varities of kashmiri dishes even if you are a pure vegetarian maintaining the flavour of each meal. Got a fan of this place. Here i ordered - paneer kalia, nadur yakhni, paneer roganjosh, dum aloo, kashmiribrajma, haak, chok wangun. All were served with mooli and walnut chutney making even more lip smacking. - much much cost effective - good servicing - highly recommended

Kashursaal is my weekend getaway to Kashmir! Their food and service is awesome. A very reliable source of good Kashmiri food in Faridabad. Definitely recommended! My personal favourite is their Kabargah, the best mutton recipe that is decadent yet subtle on the palate... Loving the attention to detail in regional cuisine!

Happy to say Kashursaal is the best option for reliable, consistent, high quality authentic Kashmiri food. Ordered Zamtur Thaal and Vaishnav Thaals with Kabergah and Meetha Pulao... It was a feast for the senses! On the veg side, Tamatar Chaman, Kashmiri Dum Alu, Rajma, Nadur Yakhni delighted the palate, and for the carnivores, the Rogan Josh, Masch, mutton seekh, Yakhni & Goshtaba ruled the roost! With Mooli Chutney, Flaky Parantha and Meethe Pulao rounding out the meal, it was a party for the taste buds! Solidly recommend for whenever you want a break from rigamarole butter chicken and rara meat!

It's a small restaurant run by a gentleman. Honestly(food) it's good(not excellent). I have tried multiple dishes specially tabak Maas/kabrgaah but it was not as good as expected. Methi mutton was tasty but a little chewy. I might go again to try a few other things.

Ordered Mutton Yakhni & Mutton Roganjosh. Tried Mutton Yakhni with home cooked rice. It was awesome. Perfect gravy & tender mutton.

One of the best meal i had in pong time is Faridabad. Change of culinary scene which was much required in the city as I was bored of same dal makhni and butter chicken available at every second outlet. Had mutton seekh kebabs which is a speciality probably one of very few who are making in house and chicken roganjosh - probably nothing you will get anywhere in faridabad. Even the elders in our kashmiri family who can be perfectionist critics when it comes to food, quietly acknowledge the authenticity of the effort.
