So one of the iconic place of Hyderabad. Cafe Niloufer... The place was crowded. It is popularly known for their biscuits and chai and other bakery items. I found the chai was too expensive for the quantity. I mean who serve 100 ml tea for 40 rupees. And that was strictly okay. Osmania biscuit were good. Even they charge 70 for bun maska which was too much. I mean I had very good bun maska at half price. And that too good. Overall they should try to work on their price model but because of popularity,it wont affect them...

Best place for tea in the town. All items are fresh n tasty. Kova with bun will be served between 4am-5am and few are lucky to get it. Osmania biscuits, puffs, buns, cakes are also available here. Tea powder is also sold with their own brand…

Well maintained Bakery. Neat and clean. The biscuits are awesome. You get different varieties of Biscuits. Tea is really tasty. Feels like taking one more cup. You get a lot of varieties of bakery items. It is crowded always. Osmania and fruit biscuits are to be tasted.

Best place in town for Chai. 15₹ per cup for normal tea worth every rupee. This place is always crowded and famous in Hyderabad. You can visit this place any time between morning 5 to late night 12. The taste of tea remains consistent all the time.

Went here to check the hype. The place is over crowded but yet ppl race to get their Chai. I tried there bun muska which was ghee n sugar inside freshly cooked soft bun. It was definitely tasty but not worth of rs70 each. I've had tastier maska buns in Bangalore for rs30. The tea which is again high priced but the hype was true about this chai. You get the feel of best tea in Hyderabad. It's brewed with spices and costed rs40 for a single tea. The grilled club sandwich and paneer roll were not great. Sandwich was heavy served with chips but the cheese inside was not molten. Paneer roll was just paneer curry inside a fancy looking bun. I also got eggless cakes which costs rs240/200gm. The pastries looked yummy. They also sell birthday cakes and fresh biscuits. I wish they improve the management to tackle the crowd and make more space given the high price charged.

A fantastic place to have some good snacks to cool down the evening hunger. I have visited this place for the first time and it seemed very good. The place was crowded and this outlet had no seating area. Its an old place and has many branches of it in the city. The tea, osmani biscuit & the fruit buns were awesome. Overall rating: Food quality: 4 out 5 Staff service: 4 out 5

Pretty ordinary setting for tea lovers. But but, the Tea is very good. But the price is very high for a normal Tea. Minimum rs. 40 is the lowest rate. I suggest to try it's cakes. Very tasty but expensive too. Try it out definitely.

If you are a tea lover visiting Hyderabad, you will be definitely recommended to visit this place. It's always full and crowded. one of the most loved places in Hyderabad for Chai lover. I did bring a box of their variety of tea flavours, but it dint work. They put magic in their tea 😅 They also serve packed biscuits. Their Osmania biscuits are to die for. They melt in first bite.. My favorite. Do not miss this place on your next visit..

We can call it as a very good cafe and bakers too. I am big lover of chai. I loved it very much the every drop we drink is valuable for money. Like the full chai costs nearly 50/- they give in a ceramic cup. The taste of the biscuits are good like should try Osmania biscuits and the malai bun which is too good and the combination works well like every one will like the combination of both tea and having malai bun or Osmania biscuits. Besides these we can find different types of pasteries, burgers,Sandwich’s, veg salads. Like all are good in taste we had a veg burger which has a unique taste when compared to other bakers and the cost is reasonable. Here we get apricot delight which is at 120/- the every bite we eat is very smooth and the taste of it is very excellent it is not that much sweeter every one likes it and if you visit that place my suggestion is to have the apricot delight to which is very reasonable when compared to other stores. The taste of rasmalai cake is bit a very unique taste. Here we find different types of pastries at reasonable price the food they serve and the price they collect is valid and coming to the taste of the biscuits must try is multigrain biscuits they have the unique taste with different type of dry fruits, sesame seeds which are commonly called as nuvvulu in Telugu and the flax seeds which are commonly called as aushalu in Telugu these 3 combinations are very unique and the taste of the biscuits is not that much sweeter sugar patients can also have these types of biscuits. Good to visit the store with neat and clean ambience the staff are friendly.

Loved everything here so much! Especially malai bun maska (which you get max till 8am, it starts from 4am and everything gets over by 8), chai was the best and the osmania biscuits are super soft and melts like a butter in your mouth, super satisfying

Niloufer was famous for Irani Chai..now the Cafe Niloufer is the Game Changer..The Thick Authentic milk tea with the Natural Aroma of tea is one at its best. Malai bun, khari biscuit, osmania biscuit, sandwiches, pastries, cakes are also famous. One must try Tea with Malai Bun or Tie biscuit.

Best and must visit place for Irani chai and bakery items. This was a new finding on this trip, usually we used to go to Karachi bakery. Couldn't capture the bakery items we tried like Dil-Khush, fruit biscuit, osmania biscuit. Irani chai was perfect here.

Not sure the reason behind the popularity of this cafe. This is just like any ordinary cafe. - tea is good, cost 20-30 if you take at ground floor. It is not easy to grab tea in rush of hundreds, that too around 4:15AM. - if you go to second floor which is a restaurant, then every item cost you double. Tea is 60 INR. You will not get seat without waiting of at least 10-15mins. - Malai bun, the mail attraction cost you 100 at second floor and 70 at ground floor. I did not like the malai but this is my personal opinion. Overall I would say there is nothing special here this is same as any ordinary cafe in any class B city.

We had visited the other Niloufer last time we were in Hyderabad. So we thought of visiting this Niloufer. But it isnt anything like the other Niloufer. It was too crowded. There was no place to sit and dine and even the menu didnt have all the items, the other Niloufer had.

I've been having Biryani at this place from many years. The Chicken and Mutton Biryani taste so gooood! The Panner Butter Masala and Tandoori Roti combo is great. The Niloufer special Chicken curry costs 275 bucks, it is surely overpriced and the taste isn't that great too. Better stick to Chicken and Mutton Biryani or Veg curry + Roti here. The Fish Biryani is a no-no.

I visited out of sheer nostalgia, in fact the first of three (Niloufer Dining & Hotel Imperial) which I had last visited about 30 years ago... Obviously a lot of changes, but rudely shocked by the prices, ₹40 for a cup of tea and ₹70 for a malai bun!!! Also, there was nothing special about the taste of the tea nor the bun that warranted such steep prices. Even the quantity was disappointingly less... However, there was a lot of crowd, and people were enjoying themselves..

Location: Right beside the main road. Car park: Limited Car parking facility, Valet available. Ambience: Ambience is good, especially on the top dining area. It has the history of the cafe well mounted on frames over the wall. Wheelchair accessible: Not to the first floor as it involves stair climbing. Best known for: Rich history of making Osmania biscuits, chai, other snacks. Food: Food is good. Snacks are the main attraction, however they have soups etc too some of which delighted me. One needs to climb to the 1st floor for the dine-in options. Overall: It was a good experience and real authentic osmania biscuits always would draw me to this place.

Must try : Niloufer Tea and Lemon Honey Tea. Bun maska is also very soft and delicious. We also had spicy paneer sandwich and it was really good! Place is very crowded though. They don't have sitting area so you don't get proper space for yourself to sit and relax. They also sell Tea Powder and other bakery items which are very popular!

Visited along with friends at night around 1am. Too much crowd and because of that vibe in place is not that great. Management can look into this to make it better. They also sell different cookies, bread and soft drinks too. Tried single tea @40rs - Nice Osmania bisuit - smooth and crisp Bun maska - super, must try Prices are a bit high but still demand is also high. Note: In that area there are multiple Niloufer stalls are there.

I adore the coffee at Cafe Niloufer Classic. Even though I try to avoid sugar, when I see their Nelofer coffee, I can't resist it. I end up enjoying two cups full of coffee with full sugar every time I visit the cafe.

Legacy in bakery products since 1974, a most popular place in Red Hills, Hyderabad. Famous for its strong taste Niloufer Milk Tea. Also very famous for its Bakery items like biscuits, cookies, puffs, maska bun, pizzas, pastries. Should try Dum Ka Roat biscuit, Maska Bun, Chai Biscuit and Tea. The place is usually crowded. They have seating arrangements in first floor (Temporarily closed due to COVID). In a ground floor passage you can have tea & snacks on standing position on a high tables. Four wheelers parking is big issue.

Hands down the best chai in Hyderabad. As you would expect its very crowded, but there's a separate parking space available on the opposite side and the queue is well managed by serving quickly. It has its bad days but on most days, you can expect a fantastic chai experience.

Ok so do not make the mistake I did. I ordered kawa chai (not a tea drinker so I was out of my depth here). However it was delicious as hell. Hot and strong enough that it chased my sleep away. The chocolate osmani biscuit was warm and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The irani chai on the other hand was smooth as silk and went down easily that I was surprised I finished it so fast. Even if you are not a tea drinker I would still recommend to come here for the ambience, culture and experience anyways. I can see why they have established themselves for so long cause for the entire duration we were there, I did not see the guy stop stirring that giant pot of tea even once👏 The bakery section is great for picking up souvenirs for the family or for home. All boxes have expiration dates on them so you are not left wondering when they will go bad. The person who helped me there was polite and attentive. He was a great help in explaining the various combo packs. If you want food culture, this is should definitely be a stop on your list.

Hey Chai and Desserts Lovers! Visited Cafe Niloufer recently which is situated at Red Hills Lakdikapul, Hyderabad. Heard so much name for its chai so decided to visited this place. First of all they dont follow any covid protocol every customer enters without wearing mask. The second thing the rush here OMG the rush here is a joke for social distancing. Then ordered chai which was not at all great. Street chai vendors chai would be better then this. The place is really overhyped didnt liked anything about their so called chali or any bakery item. I do not recommend anyone 👎

One of the best quality tea and bakery stuff available here. If you've ever vist Hyderabad do try nilaufer's tea and other bakery item. During my visit I purchase around small bulk products. They also give taster to try before purchasing it. They even sell tea box you can give it to your dear ones as a souvenir or you can purchase it for your self. Highly recommended place to have evening and morning tea and other snacks.

I recently visited Cafe Niloufer several times and while the food was good, the experience was somewhat marred by the crowded and chaotic atmosphere. The restaurant was packed and it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. As a result, it took a long time to place our order and even longer to receive our food. The food itself was tasty, but it was hard to fully enjoy it due to the chaotic environment. The prices were also on the higher side for the quality of the service. Overall, I would give Cafe Niloufer 3 stars. The food is good, but the chaotic atmosphere and slow service detract from the overall experience.

This is the place where this franchise started. They have the lowest price for all items at this branch and so is most crowded. It gives a proper old city Irani teashop vibes. Tea and biscuit taste and quality is good and is same as you will find in any other branch. Not visited by families generally and you will only find men here. Crowd manages among themselves, you may end up having your tea on the roadside as there is hardly any place to stand inside the store.

But, in general, freshly brewed, good quality tea should have a fresh, lasting aroma, a refreshing first taste and a lingering after taste. If the tea has a bitter note, it should be balanced and not overpowering.

They have to niloufer hotels, one is old niloufer hotel have a irani tea, new one is a Cafe Niloufer Classic, I recommended to go new Cafe Niloufer Classic is a really good place specially for Tea, I really like a niloufer tea, they provided to sugar less tea also, osminia biscuits, fruits biscuits, Dry fruits biscuits, maska bun, plum cake, and many types of varieties of breads and my favourite one is kaju katli pasty really too tasty you gusy must try this one, there have a big cup of tea and hanging to all the details to how old this place you must read hanging photos. Parking to big but not enough, hotel front and back two sides are parking available and surrounding have shopes a mandi house, pani puri, pan shop, perfume store also available that place. I like a special night view from the hotel, many more people are coming to a cup of tea, families, friends are coming to explain the time... I really suggest you guys your must go their place and test the all items, I guaranteed you like all items. Thank you

Relaxing and Tasty Chai Stop cozy place that's perfect for a chill time. It's got this calm vibe and soft lights that make it super comfy for thinking or chatting with pals. You can hang out alone or with friends without feeling rushed. Now, about their tea—it's amazing! They've got a bunch of flavors that taste awesome. What's cool is, despite the great taste, it doesn't cost a lot. So, you get this awesome tea without breaking the bank. Overall chill spot with yummy tea that won't empty your wallet. It's a great place to relax and enjoy some quiet time or hang out with friends in a cozy setting.

The tea is strong which is why I loved it and about the cookies they tasted heavenly.

It's a very cute and small cafe. Beware about the location though, there are atleast three cafes/restaurants with the same name in the same line. The chai here is a must try. The pizza's are also really inexpensive and tasty. However, the seating needs to be increased as it gets very crowded in the afternoons.

*Staff forced me for this* I was checking the biscuts section and this biscuit box which fell beside me coz it was kept loose despite I didn't touch it. The staff boy forced me and said I have to buy it as the biscuits are broken. Idk if it was broken by just falling from so small height so had to buy it anyways. Worst staff.

Over rated. 50rs for a full cup of tea. Recommend not to go here instead go to their older location or NIMRAH near Charminar. U will get worth of you ride at NIMRAH for a tea. Here the full was 50rs and single was 30rs Whereas I took the single tea empty cup. The contents of full tea completely were able to fit into the single cup except for a 4-5 ml. Not worth it for 50rs. Nor a single tea for 30rs. Local shops sell for better prices of 12 rs for a full tea. If u buy their tea powder for 65 rs u can itself make the tea of around 30 larger cups at home. If there was a minus rating I would give it.

POV: I am an non hyderabadi. This is the best budget cafe where we can chill with our friends gang😍. I am a ginger tea fan, where ever chai tapri I visit I used to ask add extra ginger but this Ginger Tea by niloufer is exactly what I wanted and niloufer breads, cakes and especially ginger bun for 35 rs is must try and those priced reasonable. All the best for your experience 🤩.

Cafe niloufer is one of the best cafe, tea shop and bakery in entire Hyderabad. Pricing of tea and bakery items is so good and affordable. The tea taste is so fresh that any one can fell in love with it. Quantity of the tea is good for the price. Bakery items are also so fresh and crisp. Some bakery items are so popular that we can buy them only in the early hours of the day such as maska bun and malai bun. Niloufer also started selling their own tea powder online and offline. This cafe is so near to the niloufer hospital which is jam packed with ppl all the day. Serving and billing is also so fast. Overall this cafe is the best cafe in Hyderabad for a good, sorry for the best TEA to have in the morning.

But when it comes to taste I would still prefer Ks bakery.

This is Red Hill’s New Niloufer Cafe which is different from the Old Niloufer just beside of this cafe and much more ambient and developed. Irani Chai is the main attraction of this place, I’ve witnessed a significant difference in both Jubilee Hills Niloufer & this Niloufer and also the old Niloufer which is beside this one, although the pricing is also very different, I never understood why/how a single owner maintains three different standards of Irani Tea. I’d rank the Irani Chai of this on second, where Jubilee Hills Niloufer ranks one. The other verities such as Dum ka Roat, Osmania Biscuits, Huge Verity of Cakes, Bakes such as Bun Muska etc are same as main brach. It is undeniable that Niloufer have raised the bar in Irani Chai which is still unmatchable by anyone, atleast in Hyderabad as I’m a huge fan of Chai and have been almost everywhere where a good tea, regardless of price, is claimed to be offered.

DELICIOUS DILKHUSH WHAT: DILKHUSH WHERE: NILOUFER CAFÉ Dilkhush literally means a happy heart and this version of the traditional bakery special is something else at Niloufer Café. The bread is perfectly soft, fluffy and has a spongy texture; made delicious with a sweet coconut filling. A long-time favorite with Hyderabadis, wash it down with Niloufer’s famous Irani chai and we assure you that this will be a memory to cherish. Cost: Rs 20 Location: Red Hills, Lakdikapool

  • 5/5 Arpit P. 2 years ago on Google
10/10 for the Irani chai and the Osmania biscuits. They also sell tea power with the gold varient higher priced than the other two. The cafe has wide range of biscuits, cookies and snacks. They also serve sugar free Irani chai, it tastes as good as the one with sugar. The place is always bustling with people trying to have a nice cup of tea with some biscuits.

Tried Maska bun, but it is not as expected, it is little expensive, and also tea powders in store is more expensive compared to same item in Zomato

  • 3/5 VAIDYA S. 9 months ago on Google
Tea and muska bun tates good, Bun is soo soft and smooth. If you compare with irani chai I personally give 3 star rating to this chai. In Neloufer cafe the tea cost is 20ra its just distan6in 50 mtrs if you want to try the chai in classic cafe its 40 rs single 60rs full but its bit high cost I personally think. I have tried here Maska bun and malai bun. Maska bun was fantastic and mali bun was ok ok. Malai is bit sour and rhe sugar is too much in that. I recommend you that if you want to enjoy full malai not wasting anything before ordering tell them to serve Malai with out sugar and and as per your taste you can add sugar afterwords. Because of heavy sugar I cannot eat the full malai wasted half of malai. Its fully crowded in early mornings, starts around 4.30 to 5 am between. Malai bun is bit big and taste also good. Other breakfast items avilable and they serve you at the table. There is heavy crowd in morning times so cleaning section is full busy so waited for sometime to get the table. Over all taste wise good and price wise bit high. Over all good. If you want to drink irani chai its opposite to Niloufer dining section and tea cost 20rs parcel section also avilable. Well maintained place.

I shall remember Hyderabad for this delectable, soft Malaibun at Niloufer, which is such a perfect piece of magic. It is not the Biryanis or Haleems at any other place that i would recommend to anyone visiting the city, but guys, this is the one place you shall visit.

This place has best tea but the place is kind of congested and there are lots of people coming here only for tea. Tea is a must try. Snacks are kind of good but still price is little high.
