I
recently
had
the
opportunity
to
visit
your
clinic
for
a
dermatology
consultation,
and
I
wanted
to
take
a
moment
to
provide
feedback
on
my
experience.
First
and
foremost,
I
would
like
to
express
my
appreciation
for
the
exceptional
care
and
professionalism
provided
by
Dr.Ravi
Tapdia.
Their
expertise,
attentiveness,
and
commitment
to
addressing
my
concerns
were
truly
commendable.
It
is
evident
that
Dr.Ravi
is
dedicated
to
patient
well-being,
and
I
left
the
clinic
feeling
well-informed
and
confident
about
my
treatment
plan.
However,
I
feel
compelled
to
bring
to
your
attention
an
aspect
of
my
visit
that
did
not
meet
the
high
standards
of
care
and
courtesy
that
I
encountered
during
my
consultation.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
the
receptionist
was
quite
different.
I
found
their
demeanor
to
be
impolite
and
dismissive,
which
was
disappointing
and
disheartening.
I
believe
that
every
interaction,
from
the
initial
phone
call
to
the
moment
a
patient
leaves
the
clinic,
contributes
significantly
to
the
overall
patient
experience.
As
a
result,
I
hope
that
my
feedback
will
encourage
a
thorough
evaluation
of
the
receptionist's
customer
service
approach
to
ensure
that
every
patient
is
greeted
with
the
respect,
courtesy,
and
professionalism
they
deserve.
Your
receptionist
is
very
rude
,
I
asked
him
the
dosage
time
-
He
frowned
at
me
and
said
some
gibberish
stuff.
I
asked
him
twice
and
he
yelled
at
me
😔.
I
was
really
embarassed
and
was
kinda
feeling
inferior.
I
HIGHLY
RECOMMEND
YOU
TO
EXPLAIN
THE
PROPER
DOSAGE
OF
MEDICINES
TO
PATIENTS
DIRECTLY!!.
AND
PLEASE
CHANGE
THE
RECEPTIONIST
CUZ
I
HIGHLY
DOUBT
His
academic
credibility.
The
leady
is
descent
but
the
both
male
are
very
rude
and
arogent.
My
intention
in
sharing
this
feedback
is
to
see
the
clinic
continue
to
excel
in
patient
care
and
customer
service.
I
have
confidence
in
the
clinic's
ability
to
address
these
concerns
and
provide
a
positive
experience
for
all
patients.
I
look
forward
to
my
upcoming
visits
and
hope
that
they
will
reflect
the
same
high
standards
of
care
that
I
received
