I took treatment from Dr Tapadia for almost 3 months but, totally disappointed with the treatment he offered throughout.He always told me the same reason that my skin is not ready and you should be patient about the things but instead of cure, his treatment offered me even more problems to my skin such as blind pimple which was never the thing in my case, idk how but his treatments never showed such results that generally patient expect after some sort of time. Also their reception service is one of the worst I've ever seen, they don't keep records of patients properly neither they'll help you in some sort of inconvenience. Totally disappointed with the service.

Your receptionist is very rude , I asked him the dosage time - He frowned at me and said some gibberish stuff. I asked him twice and he yelled at me 😔. I was really embarassed and was kinda feeling inferior. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO EXPLAIN THE PROPER DOSAGE OF MEDICINES TO PATIENTS DIRECTLY!!. AND PLEASE CHANGE THE RECEPTIONIST CUZ I HIGHLY DOUBT His academic credibility. The leady is descent but the both male are very rude and arogent. My intention in sharing this feedback is to see the clinic continue to excel in patient care and customer service. I was suffering from sebapsoriasis stage||.
