I
live
in
the
outskirts
of
Chennai.
I
regularly
visit
my
native.
Whenever
I'm
on
my
house
terrace
used
to
watch
the
Sanjeevi
Malai
and
a
temple.
I
always
wanted
to
visit
the
mountain
top.
Finally,
I
went
with
my
cousins
in
the
evening.
It's
a
well
maintained
place
and
easy
to
climb.I
saw
birds
such
as
Dove,
Black
Drongo
and
Mynas.
There
was
a
pillayar
kovil
on
the
way.
We
reached
the
temple
but,
unfortunately
it
was
closed.There
were
my
temples
for
different
gods
sorrounded
by
rocks
and
trees.
It
felt
relaxed
and
we
sat
there
for
some
time.
I
left
alone
to
trek
the
mountain.
I
was
exited
and
started
climbing
and
reached
the
top.I
saw
a
closed
temple
with
a
Vel
outside.
With
strong
wind
blowing,
I
enjoyed
the
sceneic
beauty
of
the
western
ghats.
There
was
a
huge
rock
on
the
right
with
Bee
hives.
It
was
getting
dark
and
I
decided
to
climb
down.
I
panicked
for
a
moment
when
I
forgot
the
way
down
,
But
soon
I
was
back
on
track
and
walked
down
fast.
My
heart
almost
stopped,
when
I
heard
a
sudden
noise
in
the
bush
and
a
mangoose
crossed
me
and
vanished
in
to
a
small
cave.I
was
frightened,
but
managed
get
down
fast.
My
long
waited
trek
came
to
end.
